I have dealt with all departments in this store. All I can say is everyone is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I dont know why you would go anywhere else. Western States Equipment and The Rental Store is the only place to go in Missoula

Very helpful staff at Western Equipment. I had some issues with the parts I picked up, but they explained the problem and I was set to put the machine to Heather again.

Cody in parts and Cody in service both went out of there way to help me with my Cat powered motorhome. absolutely fantastic staff and service with reasonable prices on parts. the Codys are top notch guys

Its a big kids toy store as big kids going to go Drool on the toys had training there very professional I cant wait to go back to do some more training hell yes that means I get to drive more toys
