Called the service center on my way through town in our Motorhome and they were able to squeeze us in same day for an oil change and chassis lube on main engine and generator service. Nothing but positive things to say about Scott in the service dept. I feel that they went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service. Thank you!

Great place, very thorough with emailed descriptions and reasonably priced. They seemed very busy and were doing a major job and Lily promised to have my truck out by Friday afternoon and they delivered.

So annoying. Even though its a local phone number, you get stuck calling their main operator in Boise or something for their entire company. You can never just simply get a hold of anyone at a Western State Cat store...Funny that you have to listen to a half hour of recordings while on hold about how good their customer service is and they wont even let you just call the local store and get in touch with someone at the counter.They hide behind an operator and phone system
