Sept 18, 2018: Terrible, and rude customer service. During a phone call, while trying to schedule a day to take my car in for installation of a part, that was supposedly ordered on June 15th, I was told that the original order for the part (which was paid for on that date) was not ordered until today. When I tried to explain that the part had been ordered in June, I was told I could bring the car in to have the part installed or take the car to another shop. Id recommend avoiding contact with this company. I have a hunch the business is no longer run by Lee Frank,.

I had House of Color Auto Body repair my 2015 F-350 after hitting a deer in January of 2016. The paint started to peel in April. They offered to repair it free but I brought it to a different shop. They never brought the truck down to have it professionally aligned like stated in the estimate. If you value your vehicle I would think about a different body shop.
