Window Tinting & Body Work —Two times I have dealt with Blue Ribbon - once on my own and once due to a collision I was in. I had my windows tinted the first time. As you can see in the first photo there is a vast difference in the windows. Now I don’t feel like everyone is staring at me in my car! The price was great for the time and quality. It also has a lifetime warranty. I dropped it off in the morning (scheduled appointment) and picked it up at the end of day.Unfortunately for me, two weeks later, I was in a collision (see second collage) and the front end of my body shifted backwards - as well as other damage. Blue Ribbon was timely and professional about handling the damage. Luckily I was not on the hook for it, but it was still a hefty bill. They had my car for 49 days, which had been addressed before hand, but they kept me updated every week and made sure to answer any questions or concerns. My car looked great upon pick up and I am planning to go back for a new sound system soon!
The guys at Blue Ribbon are simply incredible. Paul went above and beyond to try and help me with my topper. The professionalism and courtesy makes this place. If you can find something cheaper elsewhere, it wont be worth what you lose in the service and knowledge that is at Blue Ribbon.

Im very satisfied with their service. They quoted me an hour and a half to install my running boards, but completed it in an hour.

I went in there for an estimate, completely upfront in letting them know that I just needed a figure for damages regarding a court case; and I likely wasnt purchasing anything at the moment. They didnt care about that, or at least didnt make it noticable; and went about doing the estimate for me anyway, regardless of profitability. They did a fantastic job, worked quickly, and listened to any of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and explained any of their processes that I was unfamiliar with. I walked out about 15 minutes after I arrived, with exactly what I asked for (and then some).When Im ready to get some work done, Ill be coming back to Blue Ribbon. I can only hope that this review doesnt send a pile of other non-paying customers over there, but Im confident that your level of service and professionalism will convince them that you deserve their business when its time.
Awesome! I have had lots of work done here over the last 10-12 years on 3 different vehicles. Window tint, fog light install, custom stereo and speaker boxes, K and N filter install, and heated seats. Probably some other stuff. Travis is very helpful and sincere.

I have always gone here for cool parts for my truck, but this year so far their remote controlled vehicle department has been what leads in to blue ribbon. Brian is very helpful if you have an rc question.
I never posted a review when the event happened, but I feel the need to let people know the way we were treated. My husband’s new Toyota Tacoma truck was run into and the person left without leaving a note for the damage. We just had the bed of the truck rhino lined and bought a camper shell from Blue Ribbon Auto Inc. The truck frame in the front was dented so badly that it had to be totaled. When it came time to deal with the insurance and everything else, Blue Ribbon Auto refused to pay us back for the camper shell we had for only 6 weeks even though it was not damaged at all. They could have at least given us something for it since we had just bought it brand new from them and they could have resold it, which I’m sure they did anyways. They were incredibly rude to us and told us if we wanted to keep it we would have to come pick it up ourselves and store it, which wasn’t possible for us to do at the time. We will never do business with this company again since we had gone through a hardship that was not our fault, and they took advantage of us even more.

Careless workmanship. Had a truck at Blue Ribbon to spray in a bed liner. In the process they scratched the paint on the outside of the tailgate and and Nissan logo (photo attached). Brand new truck. Youd think an auto body shop would take better care of removed parts. Youd also think someone would check the work before it goes out the door. They also didnt reattach one of the tailgate cables.

First time going to Blue Ribbon. I went in to look at there selection of RC Cars and Trucks. They dont have a huge selection but they can order things for you, which is great. Their prices are also really reasonable. I was able to find somethings cheaper than online so that was awesome. Man behind the counter was very polite and knowledgeable, so extra points there! All in all, great atmosphere and staff. Cant wait to buy my SCX24 from them haha.

I want to give a shout out to Dave and Brian in the Accessories department for the outstanding and courteous service they provided me. My appointment was at 3:30, but I arrived at 3:00 and expected to wait, to my surprise they took my car in right away and what I thought was wrong with it (and they had already ordered the part) was not what was wrong. It ended up just being a fuse. They fixed it for no charge and I was on my way home before my original appointment. I will recommend them for sure.
I had them install an amp in my pickup. They situated the amp under the back seat in such a way that the amp controls cannot be accessed without taking out the back seats. I called and asked about this and was told that they do this to stop customers from messing with the amp. This is unacceptable. I paid them to install my gear not to lock it down and make it unadjustable. Would not recommend.

I called and got quoted for an install of tower speakers and amp. I provided the speakers and amp and had blue ribbon install everything. When I dropped it off I told the audio shop where to mount the speakers. The next morning the installer called and its a good thing because he didnt get the memo where to install the tower speakers and asked me if I wanted to run my amp to my full set up. I was under the impression that I would of kept zone control. As I told the installer I small kids and cant run all speakers at the same level. I also told them where to install the amp on the inside wall under the passenger seat. When I picked it up I found the amp installed on the wrong side under the passenger seat along with I lost zone control. When I question them about it they said it just wouldnt work. Brought it home and showed my wife. She was fully under impressed with how the install and zone control was lost.When I got home and started digging around to see the install I felt the install was not top notch. There were cables that were electric taped and not clean at all. After I installed my own zone control I found there was a back feed and ground loop. Blue ribbon did try to fix it to their best and fix the install at no cost to me. So they do stand behind their work. However I still would not recommend them to get boat work done for audio. After getting my boat back for a second time and digging around my boat my marine rca cables went missing when called blue ribbon they tried to place the blame on me they did replace the cables however mine were marine grade and the ones they replaced with were not marine grade. I would 100% never refer anyone to get speaker work done by blue ribbon after this ordeal. I wish I would have taken my boat to aspen sound.
If you plan on getting your audio done by Blue Ribbon Auto I suggest you check out Aspen Sound instead.I had the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. After selling me faulty equipment I went back and scheduled a time for them to look at it. After telling me there is no way your deck isnt working I told them I just wanted to return it then, which they completely refused and said they would look at it and try to fix the problem. I went in today 7/23/20 to see if they could figure the issue out. After looking at it, they handed my keys over, gave me a partial refund and left me with no speakers, no deck and no adapter to hook up another deck.I went straight to Aspen after they pulled everything out and told them what had happened and Jake bent over backwards to try and help me figure it out. He gave me a run down on how to at least get temporary music until they are able to bring it in and install all the new gear and told gave me way more options than blue ribbon offered.Hands down dont recommend
I took my truck to Blue Ribbon Auto Body for some minor front-end repairs. When I received the initial estimate I was told theyd need my truck for a day or two tops, so I scheduled an appointment and gave them my truck, hoping for a quick turn around. Eight business days and several excuses later, my truck was returned to me incomplete. Extremely frustrating experience, I recommend going elsewhere.
I cant say enough good things about these guys. Extremely professional, incredible quality of work, very reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and very communicative through the entire repair process. I definitely recommend these guys!

DO NOT PURCHASE STEREO COMPONENTS FROM THIS LOCATION! My grandson purchased a JVC Receiver with all the necessary parts needed to replace the existing radio/stereo in his car. After installation, the sound was all garbled and the receiver did not work correctly. He took it out and reinstalled again to make sure all was correct. It still did not work right. He took the receiver and parts back to get a refund and they would not refund his money because the receiver and parts were opened. He now has a receiver and parts that he paid $260 for that dont work and they will not refund his money. The excuse of the items being opened is lame - how are you going to know it doesnt work if you dont open it. I am posting this negative review so this will not happen to anybody else and will also be notifying the Better Business Bureau.

They put a truck topper on for me. The third break light never worked so I to redo the splices myself, works now. They broke the connector for the tail light, it just barely plugs in enough. and the topper leaks around the rubber allowing water to get in the truck bed. They were fast at putting it on but I would watch them do it.

They do awesome work. In the past year both my husband and myself have had to take in our vehicles to get worked on. They do efficent work and both times had everything done sooner than expected. I would recommend them for sure.

Great customer service, and although I can’t comment on the quality of the repair since it isn’t completed, I feel confident that it will go as smoothly as possible.

I visited Blue Ribbon to get an estimate on an auto repair. The gentleman Ben was very quick and to the point, no messing around. He also did me a huge favor by taking proper pictures of my vehicle after it had been in an accident and reported the damage (pictures included) to the insurance firm that was liable. Ben was a huge help and had a no-nonsense approach. I will be taking my other vehicles to this shop due to their outstanding customer service and ability to get your car back to a fresh state.
We took our sports car in for some hail damage and they fixed it. It looks amazing and brand new again. They did scratch a couple of interior panels but when we brought them to their attention they fixed them right up and there was no hassle at all. They were really friendly and very good pricing. Great place to take your car!
Had work done by these folks. Some bumpers and a winch installed. Bolts on front and rear bumpers were not fully tightened down. Went in to see if they could reorganize some wires on my winch so I could put the winch cover over the winch. Something that should take 5-10 minutes. Was advised I could do it myself or schedule an appointment. Sad to see customer service go down the toilet nowadays.
Overall a decent experience. Would be a 5 star business if not for a big inconvenience on install day.I had a last minute work meeting come up at the same time as my topper install. I figured I’d be considerate and not cancel my install, and make the virtual meeting while in the waiting room.Turns out cell service is almost non-existent in the building. Couldn’t even hold a phone conversation much less a video conference.I asked if they could share their WiFi. Nope. No “public” WiFi I was told. I’m spending over 3k on a topper and I guess I’m just “general public”?! It gets better... I was then told that I could “probably get a signal outside around the corner”... by the sketchy apartments on a windy day.Not sure where Blue Ribbon learned their customer service skills, but they sure could use some improvement. Or maybe some help in the IT department?The topper installer was awesome and did a fine job. Don’t recall his name, but kudos to him. Paul the topper salesman was always good to me, but also no assistance in the WiFi dilemma.In this current environment, with so many people working remotely, I’m sure they could afford an extra zero dollars per month to account for customer’s needs.
Head there, regularly, for many vehicles, for all sorts of things. Never, not once have I not had a good customer experience. From Auto body work to accessory purchases and installs. Friendly staff w great product knowledge, too. Ill be there soon.

I took my car in to get a dent fixed on my brand new car. They did a great job and at the best rate in town that I found. A couple months later I decided to have a stereo installed and chose Blue Ribbon to do the installation. Well a little while after getting the car back I noticed that the plastic panel on the door sill wasnt seated properly and was sticking up a bit. After looking at it and noticing that the larger amp wires were ran underneath it I took it back in to have them look at it. I was told that the guy who had done my installation had done some previous poor installations and they said they would install it for me properly with the wires running under the carpeting. Well the door sill panel now will no longer clip down properly and pops up usually one a day or so. I took my car back in and I was told by a guy in the audio shop that there was nothing they can do about the panel and he would be glad to push the panel back down for me if I would bring it back every time it pops up. What kind of condescending remark is that!? I am fully capable of pushing it down myself.... but I shouldnt freaking have to on a brand new car with a panel that was damaged some how by a guy that was incompetent and was fired!
Brought my Jeep in for some body damage. They were great to work with (reminder calls, updates on progress) and everything looked great when it was finished. I feel like you can end up with some flaky businesses when it comes to auto shops and this place is not one of those, Very professional and I would go back if I ever needed to.
They put our license plate back on our front bumper for free and gave us a decent estimate
Without a doubt, the best body shop in town! They have been completing my repairs for several years now and I have yet to have a disappointing experience. My wife and I had a home in Seeley Lake for many years and we joined the deer a year club, and Blue Ribbon handled everything to perfection. It starts with the greeting from April, to the estimate from Ben & others to the pick-up and dive away, smiling! :0)
Didnt know until my amp was stolen a year later, but when Blue Ribbon installed it, they just spliced the wiring under my flooring instead of installing it into the back of the stereo deck. Cheap quick way to do it instead of taking the time to do it correctly. Disappointing.
I’ve waited a year after I had my Toyota worked on by Blue Ribbon before I wanted to review them.First off, I can’t say enough positive things about the staff that work in the office. They were helpful throughout the year I interacted with them. They honored the lifetime warranty work (I’ll detail more below) without any issue. They explained the work they did and needed to do at my knowledge level and were honest about repair costs.The work itself was mostly great. My 2011 Prius was hit while parked and Blue Ribbon needed to fix the bumper, tail lights, and the entire hatch needed to be replaced and painted. The paint has held up over the last year with no issues. Some of the interior pieces that needed to be disassembled were not put back in the right spot, and the molding around the lower rear window does bulge out. It’s only noticeable to me and I haven’t felt compelled to take it in to fix it.The only issue I’ve had is with the bumper. For some reason, which may be an issue with the replacement bumper and brackets that hold it on, does not stay in place. There are noticeable lines where the bumper used to be flushed with it’s fender’s counterpart. They fixed it once for me but it’s starting to fall off it’s brackets again. It’s securely on, but it looks like it’s been repaired.Overall, 4 1/2 stars. Great people and mostly great work.
Blue Ribbon Auto the staff was amazing. Unfortunately it was a month-long wait to get my car in to have it repaired, and then once it was repaired and released to me it was not completed. They had not ordered or had not received in the month that it took for me to get my car into the shop a trim piece for my van. They released the car to me without the trim pieces and I had to wait an entire month before they got the piece in and then had to take my car down again to have them put one piece on the car. I would go here again but theres a possibility that Ill go to Action Auto Body instead
Blue Ribbon went above and beyond for me. After my truck was fixed I was thrilled to come back to a detailed and cleaned vehicle- way cleaner than I have ever seen it. In addition, their customer service is great. Everyone was friendly, helpful and patient when I had questions about insurance, etc. I hope I never get rear-ended again but if I do I will definitely go back to Blue Ribbon.

(Update; called to ask about speaker repair/adjustment, and I was able to get in the same day! Didnt wait maybe an hour on the main floor waiting area before the tech came out and handed me the keys that he was done! A simple adjustment was all it needed. Excellent follow-up service on their work. and Brian in the audio center was very open and transparent about what they offer as far as brands and possible alternatives to my acoustic preferences. Thanks guys, I appreciate it!)Went here to get some speakers installed in my car front doors. Staff was nice enough. They seem to like to hide behind the counter though. 3 times in the door between initial walk - in and installation day, and only once was anyone at the front desk. The only person to greet us was a guy who looked like a manager, and his back was to us while on the computer both times.In the audio section, I wasnt super blown away by the Powerbass speakers, but that seemed to be the only brand they carry. (Update; PowerBass and Kicker in-store, but they have access to a whole other tier of high end equipment) So I went for it anyway and had them installed along with the tweeters and crossover. A little more research found the exact same speakers elsewhere for less, but Blue Ribbon gives a 3-yr warranty vs the manufacturer 2-yr. So that was worth the extra price, especially in these below-zero winters that can really do a number on speakers!Installer did a decent job hooking everything up. There was a small crack in the door panel up by the side mirror where they took apart the door. Not the end of the world, but it is worth noting. Driver side speakers sound like theyre positioned differently than the passenger door - sitting in the passenger seat definitely sounds better.I also had them throw in some sound dampening foam. It cuts down road noise, but it also cuts out any natural resonance the speakers may have sitting in the metal doors. I think thats whats making the driver side speakers sound weird. Just something to keep in mind in case youre looking to dampen your doors.
I have got to say, even though Ive only used them a handful of times, they do great work. Even a simple phone call to find out some info on a product they didnt even install on my truck was very helpful. They had no problem taking the time to go over the details. Looking forward to use their services in the future.
I had been looking to get a topper for my truck for a couple of months, and decided to go with A.R.E. over Leer due to the price difference and the quality difference being negligible. The A.R.E. site directed me to Blue Ribbon and it even gave me a coupon for $50 off a topper. I went into the showroom and talked to Dave, he was very helpful. We went through the catalog and customized the topper I wanted, I got a free headliner as some promotion that was going on as well as $50 off from the coupon. I got a call a week later saying the topper had been scratched pretty badly during shipping and they requested I look at it before trying to fix it or having it sent back. When I got there, I noticed the scratch wasnt too bad and I was assured that the scratch would buff out. They fixed it up and gave me a sizable discount for the trouble (I wasnt expecting that much of a discount!).Blue Ribbon has definitely gained my respect with their honesty. They could have fixed the scratch and not told me and kept the discount, but they didnt. I dont think Ive had a better experience with an auto accessories shop.

I am very pleased with the work done on our car! We were hit by a deer and the whole right side looked destroyed. They were a month out from when they could fix the whole car, however they ordered the light that was destroyed so we could safely drive it the next day. Not only that, but when they installed the light, they fixed the door (it would barely open) so that it would easily open and close. They were extremely thorough and the car looks brand new again!! The front office management was very professional and very helpful. We will be taking our car to Blue Ribbon Auto Body for all of our needs! Very impressive work!

The bumper wasnt damaged, but I took it to Blue Ribbon for an estimate to re-attach it. They looked at it right away, popped it back on in about 20 minutes, and didnt charge me!These people deserve your business!
Everything went smoothly from start to finish. My truck looked better than new after Blue Ribbon fixed the right rear door and quarter panel. Im impressed with their professionalism and attention to details.

Went in for a car audio Install awhile back. I was told I can only install my car audio if I purchased it from them. I asked another employee who said that was not the case and she explained it would just cost more. The car audio expert clearly assumed I had stolen my car audio parts due to my young age. Luckily Aspen Sound gladly completed the $1,000 install and did an exelexcel job.

This place has great great service. My boss bought me a remote start for my car for Christmas and I made an appointment for that service. They gave me a ride and picked me up since they would need my car for a few hours. All the folks there treated me like a queen. I will always take my car there in the future.

We purchased a pick-up from Brandon at Mildenberger Motors and he ordered a topper and Thule bars for us from Blue Ribbon. Everyone was so nice and professional. They got us in exactly when we were scheduled and did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend them and we will certainly use Blue Ribbon again and again!

Absolutely horrible! I was quoted $350 for a spray in bed liner. I got a call a day before the appointment to confirm my appointment and at that time was told the price was $390. I called in this morning and talked the Travis the manager and he refused to honor the deal! I told him so more or less I have to stuck it up and deal with the price difference that is was misquoted, his response was no, you dont have to get in done here. Refused military discount and refused to honor price I was told! What a joke!
