I was looking online for an item i needed and was pleased to see i could find what i needed right here in Montana. The website is easy to navigate and ordering was a breeze. Ive been visiting Selway consistently for over a year now. They consistently have the best prices on ammo in town and will price match with any store. In addition to their great selection and prices they also have phenomenal customer service. After picking up a new handgun and running it a bit I found I was consistently having malfunctions. Brought my pistol to the shop and Matt, one of the Employees, was more than helpful in assisting me with identifying the shooter error that was causing the malfunctions. These guys know what they are talking about!

Insanely fast shipping, I half expected to be hearing that it shipped a couple days after my order was placed, it shipped out 7 hours after I purchased it. Received it two days later.Everything was as ordered and in perfect condition.I will definitely be ordering from you guys again.

First few times I was in here were great, very knowledgeable people. The last two times, I cant get anyone there to help me, and today was the worst. One employee is helping one man as fast as he can, the other is standing around having personal conversations with two guys. I was in there for 20-30 minutes, could never once get anyones attention, couldnt seem to bother the man having the personal conversations. Wont be back.

I was looking forward to purchasing my first gun from Selway as multiple people told me they were amazing to work with and offered great pricing. I have had the worse customer service experience since dealing with Selway. I have been trying to purchase not one but two guns since early January 2016. They told me I would have my gun in one week. After numerous (like 6) different attempts and stories from the inventory was wrong to it wasnt ever ordered and employees mumbling rude comments under their breaths, I still do not have a gun 4 months later. I will say they do have the cheapest prices around but is it really worth it? I would of paid double by now if they would of just told me they couldnt or wouldnt provide either gun. I cant even blame the experience on one employee as I dealt with three. They need efficient management and/or ownership in this location!

One of the better gun shops in Missoula. Gun prices tend to run a little bit high on most things, but ammo prices are some of the best around if you have them match their website price in store. The guys seem fairly knowledgeable, but they also seem like a bunch of kids running a candy store. Did have one playing with the gun on his hip while I was talking to him, which is very unprofessional of anyone who carries a gun to do. These guys will definitely give you the armchair commando vibe, but they do know a lot and their deals are decent.

I always like going in here. There are bigger stores in town, but these guys have tons of stuff. Their staff is really friendly and doesnt mind working with beginners. You can ask a question and not be made to feel dumb.The real key to buying from them is to check their website. They carry tremendous amounts of stuff online and offer free delivery to the store. Since they dont stock the ammo I like to hunt with I buy on their site a lot. Turnaround is quick and their prices are great.

I have been in this store many times and the guys working there are always friendly and helpful! I love the conceal carry purses they have for women, no one else in town has them. They always have great prices on ammo and guns and are willing to order things in. I ordered in a shotgun and I had it in my hands within 2 days of ordering!

I went into Selway Armory after they were recommended by fellow co workers. I had been looking for a certain firearm that i could not find anywhere in town. My son and i drove over to them and were greeted by an employee named Sam. Selway had the firearm i was looking for and priced it just right. Sam spent time with my kid passing off his knowledge of the weapons and firearm safety. Sam gathered up some firearm magazines, a Selway patch and even a woodland BDU army uniform top and gave them to my son. My son was very excited and talked non stop about his experience at Selway until bedtime. Sam and the rest of the staff really made us feel welcomed and like family. I I walked in just trying to find a firearm so i could see how it felt. I walked out with the firearm and an outstanding experience of customer service that is a rarity. I worked my way from one side of town to the other looking for a specific weapon, Selway being my last stop. Selway will be my first stop from now on. I highly recommend Selway to anyone in Missoula or surrounding areas looking for anything firearm related. It was a great experience and one my kid and I will not forget. Go to your local gun store and meet the guys. I can’t speak for every gun store in Missoula, but Selway is my first stop because the guys there are super nice, doesn’t matter if you’re a novice just getting into the gun culture or a seasoned vet, they’ll treat you with respect answer your questions and go the extra mile to help make sure your weapons are maintained and safe to use. A solid group of guys there.

Advertises the superior Bulgarian 5.45x39 ammo manufactured in 1992, but what you get if you order online is the [cheaper everywhere else] Russian surplus manufactured in 1979.Dont fall for their BS bait and switch

Love Selway, lots of new and used firearms and almost always for less then anyone else, I got a few pistols that they ordered for me so if you want something they often can get it in for you, good ammo selection and have 22 in stock almost every time I go in. Selway is also a class 3 dealer so you can get suppressors after going through all legal processes.

Ive been buying online from Selway for 3 years now. In 3 years and at least 20 packages Ive never had a delay, broken parts due to poor packaging, or an incorrect package/missing items. I wish they were local to me. Id love to stop in!

In all honesty I shop at every sporting good / gun store in Missoula except bob wards. Selway armory is the absolute best. The prices are unbeatable. They have a surprising large inventory for the size of the building and they are almost never out of stock.There customer service is in beatable. I work with a young man who has a disability and when we go to selway they treat him with the up most respect, witch does not happen at axmen and bobwards.

My experiance with Selway Armory has always been positive. If they dont have it in their store it is usually online. Rather than ship to my house I avoid shipping costs as I come to Missoula, every Monday. so I can pick up in store for $1.00 shipping. Thats a great deal. These guys are great! Purchased a Sig Sauer 227 45 ACP in FDE; at their Gunbroker site. The price was unbeatable. I love shooting this pistol. Whats not to like about a Sig? Ive got my eyes set on at Sig P226 40 S&W. Anyone saying these folks are rude; I would suggest that you look over the comments of my fellow posters. Your view(s) are an outlier! I really used to like this place, but the attitude toward the consumer can be hostile and rude . They assume the customers are ignorant and they always know better. they will even blame local firearm manufacturers for something as simple as a magazine misfit ( when it was obvious the QC just missed a bad magazine) . I love to support local businesses but these guys are just bull headed and rude at times.

I ordered a glock 10mm from these guys and voluntarily put 150 dollars down as I have purchased a few guns from selway and trusted that they wouldnt rip me off, the gun was on BACKORDER not LAY AWAY and took a few months to get it. I go in to pick it up maybe they had it for a month or two as they are not good with communication and they proceed to tell me that the gun was put back in stock and my money taken when on my voice mail they clearly said they would have to sell the pistol not send it back. 150 dollars is not alot but its the principle these guys are theives dont shop at selway.
