Winter Springs Mobile home park (formally Mobile Gardens) Has been my full time home for the last 4 1/2 years. I have always felt very safe here and welcome by all. I have made and continue to make many great new friendships here. It is a quiet community with a nice pool, billard room with a library and nice hall for entertainment and dinners (when there is not a pandemic). If you are looking for a place to call your forever homeor your home for the winter months, this is the place to be! Thank you to Monica for your management to keep our park safe and running and to Juan for your longtime dedication maintaining the park!

It needs park rules.&. Then they need to be inforced..right now there is nothing being done . We need management who will do this.

This is a very nice community. For the most part it is very quiet. My husband and I have resided here since 2010 and we are year-round residents. Also, please note that one of the comments about the manager being a bum is not relevant; he is no longer here and the poster has since deceased (poster was my dad, so I knew him well. He just didnt like the former manager. LOL) Come on in and check us out. I think youll be surprised with how friendly everyone is!!! :)

My parents have a mobile home here and so did my grandmother before that long ago. Its very quiet and neat. The residents really keep up on everything.

Poor management. New owners, still not good, rumors are they will be getting rid trailer park residents. To set up as a condominium or apartment living. All of our friends have moved out. Explains why there are so many empty lots
