‼️‼️DONT DO IT‼️‼️‼️Ive been here since 2020 and I did have some small issues here and there but now theyve had really gone over board. Their fees just keep getting higher and higher. I used to pay my bill at a store and the fee was $4 which isnt that bad and I had 2 separate bills so I only paid $8 + my rent or lease. Now they set up an online payment thing but their fee went up to a little over $25. Thats $25 extra that could be going into your account but nnnoooo thats their fee, and if you dont pay it online they will be charging $75 extra🤬🤬 plus if your payment is late that an extra $40. Sooo NNOO I wouldnt recommend moving here or buying anything from them. Oohhh and you would think that with all those extra crazy fees they have they would at least have some lights for when it gets dark but NO they dont. My street is super dark at night and its scary because kids are out playing at 7 or 8 pm.‼️‼️DONT DO IT ‼️‼️

So far I havent had any issues living in Los Reyes Family Park in San Benito, TX until now. The AC condenser unit stopped working. The only thing running was the blower. I called the main office to report the issue. Maintenance was dispatched to my lot to fix the issue. The bad part was replaced, but was told that the ac system now needs freon. Dont get me wrong, I am grateful that maintenance was able to replace the bad part. The HVAC Tech was called but was currently on another job, so he/she might not be able to make it out this evening. The only problem is that one very small ac unit was provided for a two bedroom mobile home. A second ac window unit will not be available until tomorrow. I had asked the main office if I can purchase an ac window unit and have them reimburse me for the cost of the unit. The response was quick NO. I was told that because of the time I called in to report the issue, the HVAC Tech will not be able to make it out to add freon. Like its my fault for calling to report this issue at the time I confirmed the ac wasnt working. I was also told at least the ac window unit they provided is something. I mean, come on... Its been raining, and more rain is expected this evening. The windows will be closed due to the rain. You can just imagine how hot the home is gonna get with all rain and humidity. I would have been satisfied with the main office allowing me to purchase an ac window unit with the option of getting reimbursed for the cost until the HVAC Tech comes out to work his/her magic.

Bad maintenance, charge for anything, like if someone complained about a car 🚗 making noise they will charge you even if is not your visitors
