The ice cream was excellent an the price was great as well there were 9 people in front of me the wait was pretty fast

This is the best Baskin Robbins ever. The ice cream cakes are super wonderful & made with care not just slapped together & tossed out the door. Polar pizzas are very good as well as anything you can get from this Baskin Robins. Stop by & get you some. 👍😎👍

Ice cream is good but I got an ice cream sandwich, girl asked if I wanted the cookies warmed up I said yes, when I got it cookies were not warmed and the cookies were HARD as a rock I do not recommend to get this.

Its Baskin-Robbins. You cant go wrong. Every time I go in I tell myself that all get something different but I rarely do. I always get at least one scoop of chocolate peanut butter because its the best and maybe something else because its good too

I love the sugar free caramel chocolate chunk ice cream here! They do not always have it in but when it is In, I go there every other day for a scoop! It literally does not taste like sugar free ice cream. When you bite into the creamy vanilla ice cream with the caramel through if, and then the chocolate chunk settles on your taste buds, OMG! It takes me back to my childhood days in Hawaii of swimming and then that ice cream cone for 10 cents. I remember sitting there in the shade watching the waves while eating those ice cream cones with my three brothers, watching the sea breeze swirl all around you and the sea gulls sing while they dip for fish. Now that is a summer day well done!

You know I’m not a huge fan of chain type stores, but this one seems to do it right. In an area that seems fraught with local area merchants. This place seems to still pile people in despite a small local ice cream shop literally several doors down. It seems they know their clientele. I overheard one saying they’ve been coming for years and her brother was in one of the photo collages on the wall. That’s cool, shows tradition, and a respect for their customers. They also have reasonable prices.I’ve been to lots of Baskin Robbins. Most are very similar, antiseptic, and somewhat boring. This has a bit of pizazz, but largely the same baskin-Robbins flavors. All in all, a good place with a bit more homey feel than most brs. Good parking right outside.

Overcharged me and put one puny scoop on top of a cone. So much air underneath, this cant be allowed.

Walked in and several customers had no mask on, which is not ok when covid cases are rising and people can and do have high risk family members at home. The employees are not enforcing local ordinances. There are other places for ice cream that do follow local guidelines like Culvers and Andys they will be getting my buisness and hopefully anyone elses who cares about their own health and safety.

41 flavors and no sugar free ice cream. the only ice cream I found that is sugar free and tastes great is from the Russell Stover candy store. Its made with stevia and it is fabulous

Kansas City has plenty boutique ice cream parlors, but Baskin Robbins continues can you be my favorite. Chocolate mousse Royale is great and cant be touched. There are other flavors also. The employees are always friendly and the shop is usually full of Happy ice cream eaters.

There isnt much seating here. The location is fairly small too. If you are looking for a quick Baskin-Robin fix it would do.

Who doesnt Love ice cream... Of course Baskin and Robbins is delicious ice cream I just prefer at least one person behind the counter to be a manager type person and have a little control when you can see somebody is unhappy working it ruins experience for you. Otherwise great place

This is a very small shop with a lot of heart. It is usually staff by friendly teens. As to be expected there is a large selection of delicious ice cream. There are benches outside and about half a dozen tables inside (including a small kids table)

Arrived after 9pm. They were very well staffed and the help was cheerful, the service was quick and it was clean. My first visit and I was very impressed.

Very tasty. 30+ flavors and very nice workers. Only complaint is that this is not a cheap place.

I was looking forward to getting ice cream on a warm summer night. I was behind a couple in line and watched as one of the young girls who was scooping ice cream lean into the freezer and allow her hair to fall into a tub adjacent to the one she was using. For the next few minutes I watched as she repeatedly did this. A woman in line politely alerted the girl of what she was doing and she just glared back at her as if offended. The rest of the girls working glared as well and seemed upset that she was being called out. I will never visit this location again. When she asked to speak with a manager they told her none was present.

This place is small and it was dirty. We sat down to eat inside and I wanted to run screaming out of the door, but we were with friends that wanted to stay. I will not be back.
