I’ve been calling and no answer. Over my order I’ve been calling 5x and not one time have they answered to ask about my order

Orders for delivery get there when they get there according to their policy you only pick the day and no specific time

Edible Arrangements in Mission, TX, your flowers were 100% unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Your business should not be allowed to represent the Edible Arrangement brand. You did not help my mother celebrate her occasion. When the issue is your product, the customer should be able to receive at the very least an exchange. My mother received living flowers from Edible Arrangements, Mission TX today, 09/28/2020, and the sun flowers were moldy, droopy, and dead. When she called as a concerned customer, she was informed by the manager to give the flowers some time to bloom. However, according to this, “most common threat to these plants is Sclerotinia stem rot, also known as white mold. This fungus can cause sudden wilting of leaves, stem cankers and root or head rot. Crop rotation can reduce the likelihood of this disease as well as proper watering practices,” so basically Mr. A, blooming will not be happening after feeding the flowers, because there already dead. Please respond if you will be correcting this unpleasant product/service.

Very Disappointed, normally when I place an order it lets us know due to a high amount of orders or what ever the issue is the order might not be delivered same day or so forth. I placed an order and didn’t warn me or anything there was available delivery same day early morning and I get a call from this man I’m assuming the manager stating he cannot deliver that I can pick it up. No apologies no nothing! Just that they are booked! Then why do you have ur availability open online you take our money to cancel the order and wait several days to get it returned. He had no sympathy and did not care. We usually order from this place my husband specially and they lost a customer. My order was very small a box of 6 chocolate and to deliver down the street. Worse service ever!!

Ordered for my daughters birthday delivered on time and on schedule. But when I saw the arrangement it was missing the edible numbers I added extra. The basket it was in was way different that what I had ordered. Yes I understand it says when you order it might be different. But you cant compare the picture online to the actual cheap basket it was put in. Also ordered happy birthday balloons. Three of them said ” I love you ” which I guess its ok luckily it was for my daughter. If not that would had been very awkward. Would I order again. I dont think so.

I would not give this place any stars but it requires for you to select at least one. I tried placing an order online and it did not go through so I call the store. The gentleman that answered said the order did not go through because NO ONE delivers to Roma. Apparently its so far from them. I understand their policies no problem, but this guy kept on with we dont deliver there, no one does with an attitude. You work in a place where customer service is key. If you dont provide exceptional customer service you lose business. As a person who runs multiple businesses I am well aware of this. To the owner of this facility please provide some training for employees.

Ordered two orders of white chocolates from them and white chocolate that was supposed to be in the shape of doves. THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE PRESENTATION!!!!! The chocolate was melted on the fruit, the doves were shaped like triangles DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very disappointed w the manger in this location he was very rude he hung up the phone cause i had a complaine..this did not deliver a smile ..Arturo u have very poor customer service skills for being a manager..

Ordered the arrangement at 7 a.m. paid for shipping and Im having to meet the driver at 4 oclock in the afternoon delivery was not able to get there on time. I called three times to see you this delivery had been delivered each time they would tell me that the truck driver had left 30 minutes before. Never again will I order from this place

This was a live saver. I ordered today at 12 and I ordered for two different people. They had their arrangements within an hour to an hour and half! Thank you so much you guys saved the day!

Super bad service of echo had recommended me A lot but the truth nothing to see in first they told me that the arrangement will deliver between 8 and 9 am the case that is 3.34 pm and they have not been able to deliver it I have marked 15 times where only I they say please wait and put me on hold they do not even let you answer those 15 Ive been 5 waiting for more than 15 min I do not understand if there is not enough staff or that but the truth is first and last time I order in this place ....
