I took my daughter’s Ipad just for a cracked screen, never had problems with it after they fixed it the battery wasn’t working, I took it back to them been almost a week and no call at all, I call the office and no answer my daughter keeps crying she wants to use her Ipad, I don’t recommend this place, unprofessional, poor communication, NOW IM HERE WAITING WITH NO RESPONSE, been a horrible experience with this place !Keep in mind I paid $140

Worst experience ever! Never go to this shop, I paid them 65$ dollars for them not to even fix my charging port at all. What a waste of time and money. I’m convinced nothing was done to my phone at all. The issue still stands and terrible customer service from the lady in the front, she was rude and unprofessional with her attitude. The male in the front was very polite and professional so I tip my hat off to him for his service but other than that I don’t recommend. Wasted 65$!

Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with this place. I needed the back of my iPhone repaired and I was told it would take about 2-3 hours. After about 2 hours, I received a call asking if they could repair the back cover with a different color since they were having issues placing in the rose gold color. I couldn’t agree to the offer because I was wanting to give/sell this phone back to my phone company. The receptionist said it would take a little longer to repair and I said that was fine. Finally, six hours later I called iRepair and nobody answered me. I called five times with no response. I drove to the place and gave them my name, and they had my phone ready but no one had contacted me to tell me. After inspecting the phone, I was SO DISAPPOINTED with the quality of work that was done. There were grease stains all on the sides that made the phone look like it was scratched up. I asked them if they could please clean it before I took it. They wiped it down for me, but there were still obvious scratches and metal lifting from the sides from where the repair happened. The back portion of the phone looks great, but there are small indentions all along the sides. I’m afraid my phone company won’t even accept this phone due to the small damages that were made that are not fixable at this point. I’m upset about this and the lack of communication towards the end of the day.

I get it if the distributor is taking longer but no type of update at all whatsoever ever and I know 3 weeks it’s more than enough time to get a shipment. 0 stars

Didn’t even fix my phone correctly. I literally told them fix anything that’s wrong with it besides the screen. I gave them the opportunity to take as much money from me as they could and still only fixed the screen and back camera. When it had more wrong with it. I got it back with the huge dent it already had and the screen popping off of it. Like bro you had the chance to make that money. Why the slack?

Great service . Got my iPhone fixed in 20 minutes with a free complimentary glass and 6 month warranty. Also brought an iPad 7 I bought iCloud locked and I inquired since I saw some posters inside saying they offer that service and they were able to remove it in approximately 30 minutes as well. Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family since it seems like they can do it all. I was very surprised they could unlock my iPad 7 since I got scammed on marketplace and I had called other places near me and said nothing could be done to my iPad I payed $300 for 👏🏻. Overall friendly knowledgeable staff 5* thank you 🙏🏻

Pricing is reasonable, they definitely fixed the issue I was having on my phone since the audio of the speaker phone was no longer working. It did take a full day for it to be fixed which isn’t too bad overall satisfied with service.

I had a awful experience with this business. I brought a working-I pad to change screen and other repairs about March of 2020, then I received after 3 months a “Non-working I pad”. The business never call me about the whereabouts of my I pad and had many failed attempts to reached them. Finally, my wife went to asked for the my I pad and according to her, they were so rude and unprofessional. In addition, they did not provide me with a receipt. This business have a bad costumer service.
