Very bad customer service. The lady there in the store told me it would be a 10 to 15 minutes wait that we had to wait in the car that they would call me to go in the store. I Waited 30 minutes, went inside twice and she only told me that she would call me. I went at around 6:00pm. I left after almost 45 minutes waiting. They never called me!!😡

THIS LOCATION STOLE MY NEW PHONE!I was very happy with t-mobiles service for 1 year, I dont complain about that, coverage is great in the south of the U.S. but not the north.When I switched to t-mobile they had a bogo special for the galaxy s8 so they told me I could get credit if I turned in my phone since it was only 2 mo. I did which WAS A HUGE MISTAKE! They told me: give it to us and we will send it somewhere and then we will let you know how much it is worth. I signed papers but after the time frame I called to see what had happened and to my surprise they never received it, they didnt know what I was talking about! This specific location STOLE my phone!Since there is no record of me giving it to the manager, they kept it. BEWARE PEOPLE!

Horrible experience and not happy with T-Mobile at all. Had a Samsung s8 for 8 months just turned off and never backed up any of my contacts nor photos. Yet it had everything in place. Paid $5.41 to get a replacement phone and it ends up its a used phone. Horrible horrible service and customer care.

Employees at this location are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in T-Mobile products. Ive always left here very happy.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. Ever since their previous manager left, its been a nightmare going in for help. The last time I went in they wouldnt even help me because my phone was cracked and that was not the reason I was there for. Never stepping into that store again. Their assistant manager had to help me only to see that while he wotked with me the rest of the employees just stood around chuckling and talking. How embarrassing for their asistant manager knowing hes in charge and the only one working.And one of them even said you dont have a contract so you can leave whenever you want. Wow.
