Joey went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I got mine Samsung Galaxy flip Z3 phone and I love the phone it was the most enjoyable experience . Janelle she was awesome in getting everything set up and Joey was even more awesome on the follow-up to ensure that my needs were met. This store is not owned by AT&T, and that makes all the difference in the higher quality of service you receive from the staff. They are friendly, listen to your needs and have the technical knowledge to provide an appropriate solution. If you need follow up service, they are more than happy to help, even if no sales are made. More importantly, their lower employee turnover makes it more likely that they know your history, and so they can provide the continuity that is so important to a small biz owner like me.I live a mile away from a corporate owned store, but I drive a few miles further, knowing that, in the end, I will get great service and will save time in the long run.

Best location to get help! They spent so much dedicated time making sure I got the best deal and it fit my needs. Im from out of the area but would totally drive 8 hours just to get help from this team again!!!

Joey and Denise are like family now! Seriously these employees are the nicest and most helpful electronics workers I have EVER encountered. My boyfriend and I are in the RGV for extended work travel and have had issues with phone and wifi service. They answered all our questions and made recommendations that werent even in AT&Ts best interest because they wanted us to know our options and find a solution. In the end, I did get a better phone and better service with AT&T because they found an affordable and reliable option for me, THEN they spent an hour making sure it was all set up so I could walk out with the phone all ready to go. They are personable, honest, and knowledgeable. Such an enjoyable experience - such a contrast to other frustrating phone companies!

Albert was extremely helpful. First he assured me that everything was going to be alright. He helped to connect me to the insurance in order to get my new phone. Finally he was gracious enough to work with my new phone to get all my contacts back---when I felt it was an impossible task. Albert is knowledgable, persistent, and considerate, which are qualities that make him a great asset to your organization.

This is one of the best AT&T stores I have ever been to, and I’m 72 years old, so it’s a lot of stores. Albert is the best, he is so helpful!
