I would rate AZ Tech 5++++ stars if I could. I brought in my vehicle for a minor repair after someone backed into my car at the beach. What a great place! My car (2015 Audi A6)had some vibration issues and the dealership wanted an absurd amount of money to fix it.I had A-Z Tech Automotive take a second look at it and while they concurred with what the dealer found, they were able to fix it at a much more reasonable price.The guys at the service desk were so nice and very commutative about my car and repair timeline expectations.They were able to get my car back to me the next day and it runs like it’s brand new.I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Ive been coming to these guys for years, and by now they feel like family. I have always had older cars so when something gets creaky or especially squeaky I always bring it in. They figure out the problem and take care of it. Sometimes Ill bring my car in for something that turns out to be nothing and Im never made to feel silly, and they send me on my way after cleaning off a sensor or something. Super honest; Ive never been overcharged. I needed to get some custom headlights replaced and they gave me detailed directions of where to go and who to talk to. I brought in a used car to be inspected before I bought it and these guys were so hospitable. They were very busy and I’m surprised they were even able to get to my vehicle. Great vibes! I cannot recommend this place enough! I’m in the insurance industry so I have a lot of experience with body shops. These folks are the top of the line. My family, staff, and I use only them for our vehicles. And my customers are very happy when they choose A-Z. Not only did they repair my car perfectly from a hit-n-run, they now also do all my maintenance. Today, part of my tire blew out on the 5 fwy. I called Ken and he offered to tow me (thankfully not needed). He ordered my Pirelli tires same day and installed them within hours. All at 40% less than the dealer. What I needed done was completed faster than initially quoted, was a breeze to work with through insurance, and super friendly and helpful staff. Dont even bother looking anywhere else.

What started out as a slight vibration while accelerating in my S Mercedes, it eventually became stronger vibrations. A-Z Tech Auto ran their tests and said the car needed mounts and a day to repair. Wow...when i drove the car after the repairs, i had forgotten how smooth a ride it used to be. Thank you for a 5 star job.

Recently our Chevy Equinox was having problems with the tires. A diagnostic review revealed a problem with shocks and struts which was efferently fixed by the staff at A to Z. I have been taking my cars there for years for problems big and small and am always pleased with the level of service and good results.

My Lexus had a small EVAP leak that restricted me from passing smog to re-register vehicle. Took to my mechanic and he found no leaks, sent me to Lexus dealer who said for $1400 they would replace canister but no guarantee, took back to my mechanic who replaced canister and gas cap for $750 which did not fix leak, 5 weeks and no fix. i called a friend who said take it to Ken at A-Z, my friend said Ken, Amir and team are the best. I called Ken and he said no problem we can fix it. They had car 5 days, they found leak in hose and gas cap. Replaced both, drove car to reset computer for 2-3 days (not the 15 days the original smog shop said) And they smogged it. Cannot recommend A-Z Tech Auto enough.Real pros, they get alot of business from the dealers, who are supposed to be the experts. If you need automotive experts save time and money and make A to Z your new mechanics.

Not only were the expected repairs done very well, the car was returned to me in the best and cleanest condition of the last six years. The washing and detail work was superb. Also, there were scratches on the car from careless people and from me closing the garage door on the back bumper. Without me asking, most of those were all rubbed out. Overall a great job and I got much more than I expected. A great place to get your body work done.

These guys just did a terrific job on repainting my Genesis after someone had keyed it pretty badly. The estimate (time and cost) was right on the mark and the car looks great. Top recommendation, will definitely go to them again. Jeff and the staff are really easy to work with.

I recently started using A-Z for all my auto service needs and I appreciate their technical abilities and more importantly, their integrity. I never feel like they push unnecessary services. In fact, on my most recent visit, after diagnosing a problem with my vehicle, they suggested I try to take the car to the dealer with the possibility that the cost will be covered by the manufacturer as the part in question had been known to have problems. After haggling with the dealership about my issue and unsuccessfully getting the problem resolved at no cost, I brought my business back to A-Z where the problem was diagnosed in the first place.

Amir is a very honest guy and very knowledgeable about mechanics with a long standing history and experience in mechanical maintenance.They are really easy to talk with and understand my car service needs. I brought it in for a maintenance check before a long road-trip. They found some trouble with a rear shock which could cause my tires to wear improperly. We replaced them with a high quality brand. All was good. Ill be continuing my automotive service needs with them on all my cars.

I took my car there for insurance claim and they had to repaint the rear bumper horrible job!!!!! My car is pearl white and they painted it pure white!! I took back and they gave me a tiny car as a rental where my daughters car seat hardly fitted!...then they called me 40mins prior to closing time saying my car was ready so I had to drive straight from work (CSUSB) thats a long drive! But I had to return the rental car that same day!...heres the best part they now left my bumper loose and its raddling on the freeway!!!!! I cant even use my car on the damn freeway the bumper might fall off I can push the bumper out of place with my pinky!!! They are not professional!!! Im very disappointed and enraged I wasted 4hrs overall in just driving back and FORTH! And now I have to go back for the 4rth time so they fix my bumper Again!!!!
