Got new tires and an oil change and was in and out quickly. A few hours later, my car started shaking and an engine light came on. I called Tires Plus back, very worried Id be told it wasnt their problem but quite the opposite. Marty told me to make sure the lug nuts were tight (they were) and to let him know what happened. I let the car sit over night and it was fine. Marty could have easily told me not to worry but instead he insisted I return to the shop to make sure the car was safe to drive. The Tech inspected my car and took it for a test ride. We dont know what was wrong but everything seemed fine. I am extremely impressed by the care and professionalism of this place.

My service (oil change) at this location was absolutely wonderful and took less than one hour. Marty was very helpful and friendly. In addition, you cant do an oil change yourself for the cost!! I highly recommend going to this location!

They were going to charge $75 dollars for the license plate light. That should tell you everything you need to know!!! They tried to say removing a bolt that was misplaced would take 6 hours and my friend did it within 10 minutes. Tried to say if we left with the car it would need to be towed to try having us scared to leave to gain a sale. Thank goodness I brought my friend who knows car stuff they were going to charge a total of $2071 dollars, so 1410 dollars in labor.... and all that really was needed was to take 10 mins to put a bolt in the right hole and then do a front alignment.....and no way a license plate light should be 75 dollars....stay.....away.....we did not get services here only a diagnostic test.

I get my summer and winter wheels switched out here twice a year for the past 3 years. The staff have always been awesome about scheduling appointments. Theyre really good about communication for your service. Letting you know what else needs to be looked at on the car, as well as when the car is ready to be picked up. Staff has always been really nice me and other customers during my visits.

A bad experience with a rental vehicle was made so much better by the courteous and careful attention of the staff. I couldn’t blame the car issues and the repair part issues on Tires Plus but the staff kept apologizing for the delays and couldn’t have been more accommodating.

Told me I need new tires when I just got them two years ago. Then told me tires last 25 to 30k miles when not rotated. Called another place and they said it would last about 60k to 80k. Last time I got my tires changed my front two were almost bald on the inside. This time they weren’t so I knew something was up. My car has a problem with doing that. Tread bar is still there too.

If I could give no stars I would. Unfortunately, a while back there was a big shift in management at this location. I had been a loyal customer while Gary was the manager/owner. After the change over I have had nothing but problems. Today I went in for an oil change. Everything was fine. I drove off and my tire pressure light came on. So naturally I turned the car around and drove back. When I arrived Susan (aka Susie) asked I pull up to bay 3 for the tech to check my pressure. As instructed I pulled up facing the entrance to bay 3. The tech immediately said can you not listen? she said pull along the building, are you a moron?. I was shocked, speechless at first, so I instinctively apologized and immediately the tech proceeded to say back it up sweetheart (AND winked at me). This really rattled me. Verbal sexual harassment while at Tires Plus was quite the shock. Then the tech tried to tell me I was going to hit the building as I was attempting to back further away from it (BACKING AWAY< MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO HIT THE BUILDING). I exited my vehicle and asked him to position it as he needed and check my tires. I then asked if the manager was on. I told the service manager Sussie what happened with another employee present, they were not shocked of Mikes (the tech) behavior and seemed like it has happened before. I left after they fixed my tire pressure and called the corporate office which they couldnt seem to find that number though it is right on the website, who then called the service location, funny enough the service location thought the customer service rep from Tires Plus was my father (? yes my father??? very puzzling). I hope this never happens to anyone. Mike the tech saying sweetheart, winking, and calling me a moron may sound very juvenile and like I should dismiss it, but honestly it was the worst feeling. OH and the first strike was last year when they didnt replace the O ring on the oil plate screw and all the oil leaked out of my car... should have learned that time, but I am a forgiving person... not this time though. I recommend finding a different location for your tire and oil service needs.

Arrived with no appointment and the oddest high pitched whirring sound occuing only when I turn left. The high pitched whining totally did not sound like a mechanical sound at all. After much examination it was the right rear brake wearing ever so slightly to create such a unique sound. This saved me a trip to the dealer and allows me to carry on with my day...not to mention saving me quite a bit of cash.There are veteran mechanics here that simply know their stuff.I will always be a customer.

After stopping at two other places which were terribly unhelpful, Tires Plus at Ridgedale was a breath of fresh air. The service was outstanding—flexible, informative, straightforward. They completed the oil change in less time than they estimated. I’ll definitely be back!

I live in Duluth and I needed to call down and arrange new tires and oil change for someone who needs assistance with these type of things. I spoke to Susan who was wonderful - she set everything up, ordered the tires (had them there within the hour) and she gave me a quote right then and there. She wasnt the one who ended up taking the payment and there ended up being an error in the amount that was paid. I called the next day and talked to Susan again and she immediately spotted the error and set up a refund for the amount. It could not have gone more smoothly even if i was there! I will 100% be using this location for anymore automotive needs that come up. I highly recommend this location.

The guys at this location have always been great to work with. Professional, No BS, great service. Theyll show me what needs to be done with no pressure, theyre straight with me about what work is critical and what can wait. If I need work done on my car, this is the first place I come.

These guys helped me in a pinch and did an amazing job. Do not waste your time at any other tires Plus location come here these guys will take better care of you I guarantee. I will be a customer for life after bad experience at other locations this one totally changed my opinion.

This is a very nice place very good service they tend to you right away. It is nice and clean in here they have beautiful display of tires and they offer a wide variety of services. Also there is a fantastic coffee machine that offers cappuccino and is pressel and chocolate fantastic. It seems very affordable seems very nice and I think and then I will be back to this place when I need it open I need some new tires they have very nice selection.

Had a very good experience here. Had a flat and they got me in right away and fixed it. Normally I would have changed it myself but I was in dress clothes. Got me in right away got it fixed and I was on my way. Everyone was very pleasant there and very helpful. Great Job to all!

This is a great place for car maintenance/repairs at reasonable costs. After trying other places in our first year in Minneapolis, we now bring our cars here exclusively. The staff are very professional, friendly and have always been direct and honest with me (they havent tried to sell me services for the sake of sales). Highly recommended.

Had asphalt glob on to our tire. Tires Plus staff spent at least 1/2 an hour scraping it off and didnt charge. Great service! Also purchased tires for my Subaru that have been very good.

Scheduled appointment for alignment. Came on time. Service took over 1.5 hours. Technician turned my headlights off for some reason. I almost got a ticket for that later in the evening, thank god officer believed that. I always drive with my headlights in automatic mode.Scheduled for another appointment at 3pm on Saturday, came on time. My car was sitting on the parking lot until 3:38pm. Whats the point of scheduling if you have to wait about half hour before they pull your vehicle in shop? Also water in their fountain tastes really bad.3rd alignment appointment was scheduled, took over 2.5 hours... Called manager Steve, complained about it, showed him on my phone how much time I have to wait every time (Google Maps logs that info, BTW). It was really hard to get his attention, he didnt apologize, instead started to explain how much work he has and how tough it is to do everything on time. Well, then why the store associate told me over the phone that its a good time to come now for the service? I left the shop, jumped in my car and guess what? They turned off my headlights again! I came back to the shop and asked whats up with that. Manager got all defensive, his body and hands started shaking and telling some nonsense and in the end he said Try another store!. Wow! Great problem solving skills right there. Do you go to some special managing school to learn these? After that I asked if the tire pressure was adjusted. Instead of giving me a positive answer, the shop associate offered me to check tire pressure with him manually, which we did and it was correct. During that procedure outside the shop he asked me several times Well, what we can do to make you happy?. What a silly question. Its like the guy truly did not understand what should be done in order to have customers happy. Just do your service right and on time, respect your clients. If you screwed up, apologize and offer some discounts or free services in order to show appreciation or at least promise next time everything will be done right. Lets see what corporates would think about that story.

Staff are knowledgeable, let me know what the recommendations would be, but dont push the unnecessary bs. Having an appointment helps but they will take walk ins. Very busy on the weekends! But they treat everyone fairly from what I can tell. I appreciate the hard work the crew puts in, real straight-shooters here.

Very happy with the pricing and the work done on my 2012 Forester. The dealer, literally next door, wanted $122 more for the same work, and wouldve kept my car longer to do that work. This is the second time Ive gone into a Tires Plus without an appointment and have been rewarded with competence and reasonable labor costs. Thank you for that.

I have had a couple of emergencies involving my car. The first was when I scored a flat tire, I called Tires Plus and they were able to schedule me within 30 minutes of my call to see if I can get it fixed. Second, that original flat tire wasnt able to be repaired and I was able to have them switch tires for an affordable price. Lastly, I had a pretty significant oil leak from my oil pan, I just needed some oil quarts of oil to get me home since the repair would be covered under warranty. Normally they dont sell oil by the quart but Kevin was able to help me and gave me two quarts of oil to get me home.Will be buying my winter tires from them for sure.

Ive had decent luck with this shop in the past, but lately they seem to be seriously lacking in customer support. I scheduled a time over the phone 5 days in advance to come in and get a quote for a steel winter wheel setup... They called me ON MY WAY to the shop over lunch and told me they couldnt do it and should look elsewhere. I assume the guys in the shop just didnt want to do it. Very disappointing.

Every time that I have gotten a vehicle serviced here it has been a good experience. They seem very honest, friendly, and prompt. My only complaint is that I had just gotten 4 new tires and one of them popped within a week, it didnt even have a nail or anything in it. Anyways, since I didnt purchase the road hazard protection at the time of purchase, I had to pay full charge for a new tire. Just didnt feel right. Otherwise all has been good.

Tire popped 2 weeks after while driving, no nail. Would not recommend, does not warranty work.

We were about to head out of town on a road trip when we discovered a small nail in one of our tires. I was able to schedule an appt first thing the next morning to get it patched within 30-45 mins. It was affordable, and the service was prompt and friendly. I was even able to get work done in the lobby using their wifi while I waited. :)

HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I went in on a Sunday becuse I was having to put air in all my tires. I spent 2 hours and $300 on repairs and the next day the TPMS light comes on. I go back and after being made to stand outside in single digit temperatures while their technician worked on it I was told they couldnt fix it and Id have to bring it to Honda. Im now sitting at the Honda dealership where I may need to wait another 2 hours while they do a diagnostic which STARTS at $112 and I may need to spend more if Tires Plus installed a sensor thats not compatible with Honda. I will be filing a BBB complaint to be refunded whatever I have to spend at Honda to fix their problem. Total complete waste of time and money.

Terrible service. Wheels were not balanced properly after mounting new tires and alignment was shoddy and lazy. They claimed it was adjusted as much as possible and it was an old car its all they can do. I took it to another shop they rebalanced the wheels and and they said the adjustment bolts did not look like they were even touched by the previous shop. The second shop got everything within factory space on all 4 wheels with no issues at all. The tech at tires plus was either clueless or lazy.

We had purchased tires from Tires Plus, when it came time to rotate them we brought it back here to have it done. Told us we would have to leave the car there all day. This was early in the am and no one else was there. We had an infant and couldnt just leave the car. Employee was rude and arrogant. Very inconvenient. We never bought tires from them again.

Three stars because when I called to see if my tire was done, Mike answered the phone, and didnt even take the time to check the tire for us. We were told that it probably wasnt done, he didnt even ask our name to even know what tire we were talking about. Upon my arrival several minutes later the tire was indeed finished.however, we went in to get my tire patched up, we were highly satisfied with the customer service from the first person to help us, unfortunately we didnt get his name. He was also friendly when we came back to pick it up. The same guy that helped us originally recognized us and grabbed our tire right away, five stars to that guy! One star to Mike...

This place exemplifies why I had to stop going to Tires Plus. So many times I have made an appointment for a simple oil change and dropped my car off at 7:45 and told them I would return at 4:30. I would return at 4:45 and they werent even done with my car yet. This happened over and over. I kept going because it was convenient (except it wasnt). Even telling them Id be in earlier didnt usually make a difference. The most recent problem with this location was when my girlfriend had a leaking tire from tires that she had recently purchased from Tires Plus. The manager was an absolute jerk to her and refused to even look at the car. He wouldnt even let her leave it there overnight. While I was there I also witnessed multiple other bad behaviors toward other customers. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

I recently went to Tires Plus for an oil change. After, they gave me a list of things that were wrong with my car. The repair cost was over $1,000. I went to another garage and learned that my car was in good condition and did not need all the repairs recommended. I am very disappointed in Tires Pluss lack of honestly and customer service.

Ill go backwards, .-i opened my hood yesterday, oil dipstick laying on my motor for 2 weeks now since oil change on my BMW 740i!!!!-i brought car in, because of a heavy vibration from myself putting snow tires/rims on day before.I paid money to have this fixed OR troubleshot, i mean, thats their business right?-had to return next day because it was worse. I couldnt turn around after picking car up after work, daycare.-if i brought the car in for vibration, why wasnt this checked, after balancing tires?-the mechanic found a bad bushing, im pretty sure they said they checked that the first day, not to mention my oil dipstick is laying on my motor at this time...I WILL NEVER GO TO A TIRES PLUS AGAIN. EVER. AND I WILL TELL OTHERS MY EXPERIANCE.
