We worked with Dr. Fox and had a wonderful experience! He was very knowledgeable, walked us through the process and had great tips to help us figure out which bed worked best for us. We didnt feel any pressure and he was wonderful to work with! Bed arrived much faster than expected and the delivery people were great.

If I could rate based on our experience when buying our couch, I would rate a 5. Robert was great and the process was smooth for our order. He explained that there will be a delay in delivery and let us know it will be the end of August which would have been a couple of months wait. I have called since it is now the end of August and was informed from the employee on the phone, whom was not pleasant and told me that we are now looking out until the end of September. I explained to the employee that we were told the end of August and he just said that those are not set in stone and their system is showing the end of September. No explanation. I really hope that it will not be a continuing delay month to month as we were hoping to get this before September. It would have been nice to get some sort of communication about what the status of our purchase was rather than me having to call once and a while. If it wasnt for the non communication from Slumberland, I would rate higher. Like I said, Robert was a great person that helped us and made the purchase smooth and we were glad that he helped us. It is just the back and forth with how long our couch will take to come that makes Slumberland look bad.

I purchased an adjustable bed. Dr. Fox was my sales rep. I felt very comfortable with him. He took the time to show me what they had to offer on my price range and was very patient and informative. I haven’t gotten the bed yet, but can’t wait too!

In the past 6 months I’ve been to MANY furniture stores, most of which had the same couch I kept going back to. Because of Joe’s expertise and HONEST, no misleading help, I finally purchased a couch through Slumberland. I know that the couch could take a long time to come in but they are being honest and communicating. Great service. I highly recommend.

Was helped very nicely: price points, styles, brainstorming, and then given lots of space to wander and think. Great prices, good variety of styles (I was replacing a sectional) and the option to have old furniture hauled off when delivery of new (for a price, which is unfortunately not optional...so that cost eats into savings on sale sofa). I did decide and am relieved and glad. One stop shop. Nice Mother’s Day present to myself!!

Robert Casey at the Minnetonka store was more then Helpful. Very Knowledgeable, My girlfriend and I went in there to have an adjustable bed leg loosened to make it shorter. He not only did this for us. But I also purchased a Freestyle Lifestyle adjustable base for a queen size bed. Thanks for being a Great and not at all pushy Salesperson. I knew exactly what I was looking for and after sitting thru sales pitches at 3 other stores, I wanted to come here. Robert greeted us and I explained what I wanted, a chair and half w/a pull out bed and a storage ottoman. He immediately took us to the area and described the differences between the brands. We asked about a couple other kinds of chairs and other items that caught our eye. During checkout my friend had lots of questions about possible other discounts. He was almost finished and the advertisement caught my eye. I explained that I forgot and pointed to the ottoman I really wanted. He took us to a few and when I changed my mind to get that ottoman, he was gracious enough to change my order. I also could not have it delivered for awhile so I had time to prepare for it, that didnt matter, they could store it there for me as long as I needed. I have to say, not 1 of the other stores carried that type of chair and most looked at me like I was asking for something really rare. I was certain Slumberland had what I wanted, and I was correct. I got my new furniture and was treated with respect and patience. I never once felt like I was being pressured to buy something. I would highly recommend Slumberland and suggest it be your first stop. You wont be disappointed. If its the Minnetonka store ask for Robert.

I was told that I would have to wait a month for my recliner. That was fine. I called because its been over a month. The customer service person I spoke with told me it would be another month. Besides the fact, he tried to out talk me telling me that furniture is taking a long time and I just really needed to deal with it. Poor customer service!!! Wont ever shop there again!!

Slumberland was our third furniture store we visited that day. My husband and I were determined to find a mattress. One we could actually sleep together in. Our Criteria was to wake up together without hip or back pain. Mr Casey @ Slumberland in Minnetonka, Mn was able to offer me a Tempur-Pedic bed. This brand of bed had discounted about $325 worth of extras like sheets, pillows and Mattress-cover as a bonus for purchase. Mr Casey was up for the challenge of working with our challenges as a couple, and did a great job making us happy about this purchase.

Bob did a great job. He was very aware of available inventory and was able to find me what I was looking for. Prices were very reasonable and delivery will be within 10 days. Other competitors could not commit to delivery within a month and did not have good inventory on hand. I’ve been a Slumberland customer for years and these are some of the reasons why!

My experience with Slumberland was one of no hassle from beginning to end. Bob was pleasant as it took me a long time to choose furniture to furnish almost an entire apartment and he went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed when I needed it. The deliveries were punctual and the movers were pleasant. They set up the things that needed to be assembled and took wrappings, etc away with them. No pressure sales. Felt like we got a good value for what we paid. Helped doing research on what youre looking for ahead of time. Will have to see how things end up but I felt like the sales person was honest and upfront with what they offered.

I like what I experienced at the store. When I picked it up what I received was not what was displayed at the store. Store had a firm, what was sent was a medium.Manager could not confirm the sku number on the floor model and if it matched what I got so that was disappointing.Two stars because they are picking it up free of charge with no restocking fee but now I have no bed. Wasted hours of my Saturday.

Something has happened to Slumberlands service !! We ordered recliners Mid June 2020 and till date (September) neither have received them, Nor we get an update from sales or delivery teams to understand status .When I follow up on email - No response, when following up on phone - I get a response that it would be delivered next week. As the week passes you do all follow ups again and response on phone is may be in a few weeks.No one seems to care anymore for customer service !!

I would 100% recommend asking to work with Fox when shopping here. I know salesmen feed you a few lines of bs because they’re salesmen and they just want to make a sale. But we walked away from our first couch purchase feeling good. Fox was AMAZING. He is soft spoken and very personable and made this super easy for us. We will be back looking for Fox for our next furniture purchase, without a doubt
