Made to feel unwelcome by Mgr, dressed for walking but ready to buy! An associate was helpful but found I have to pay for shipping on an item for sale in store! Are items just for show or do they want to sell them? Tried to buy a plant stand too no luck,

Very high prices for furniture you can get much cheaper else where. Also poor variety of extra features for the furniture at prices you would expect to get heated and reclining seats at.The home decor is more reasonable and has a pleasant to look at design. Would return to by the extra stuff for around the home. I especially liked the selection of glass ware and plants.

Expensive but good quality stuff

Bought four panels of curtains here and when I opened them at home, they had hair and dirt/spots on them inside the packaging! Called to see if they have more for an exchange and they did not! I had to run to another store to obtain them. They Sold me used and damaged curtains....be careful buying items from this location and god help if you have a complaint. Very unhelpful and deceiving! Just be honest guys!

Got a great outdoor bar from here on summer clearance. They had some really good clearance deals on some very high quality items.

I think this place will go out of business because of their horrible customer service. I walked in and browsed several items for about 15 minutes. The employees were setting up a display and completely ignored me.

Good place to buy wedding presents.

Nice selection of indoor and outdoor Home Products bit on the expensive side. Sales staff is nice. For Mobile payment Samsung pay works Apple and Android pay do not.

I agree! Beautiful store but terrible customer service. I am ignored EVERY time I walk in there. Whateverrrrrr....mayber theyll read this review and train their employees on how to provide excellent customer service.......

Agree - terrible customer service. I’ve gone to this store twice to inquire about design services and everyone is “too busy” to help. They take my information and then no one calls me back.

Beautiful store, terrible customer service. An older female sales associate worked with my mom and I to select a mirror and lighting for my new kitchen. With every question we asked she seemed incredibly annoyed and as though she had no interest in helping. At one point we were looking at lights and I didnt see one I liked yet, and she aggressively asked, well what DO you like?! I felt attacked for asking for a little guidance. Being spoken to in an aggressive/condescending tone was unpleasant and made us want to check out and get out of the store as quickly as possible. I will not be returning to this store or giving Pottery Barn my business again.

Shopped at the Minnetonka Pottery Barn today with my daughter. Service was great.

I ordered a small Xmas tree with lights. On Nov 30, 2019. I still havent received the order. Its now Jan 6,2020.

Not a single salesperson asked me if I needed help. Also, this store is sparsley filled with merchandise.

Terrible customer service. Salespeople disinterested and rude. Walked out though would have made purchase.
