We came in right when they opened with only a basic idea of what we wanted. Jesse took us through the process and did a great job educating us on our options and what to expect. He also gave us time and space to try out the mattresses on our own without making us feel pressured. After going over our budget Jesse went to work for us and got us a great price on a mattress we thought we could not afford. At the end of the day I’ve never had a sales person work as hard for our budget as Jesse. Great guy, great hair, great job!

I was in immediate need of a bedframe. I contacted several places each of which had 7-10 day delivery or wanted over 100.00. Mattress Firm had what I needed in stock for less than 80.00. The distribution center was quick in finding my item and placing it in the car for me. I would definitely look to them for future needs of this type.

My first “real” mattress buying experience was an absolute success thanks to Brandon and Mattress Firm. I’ve always been that person to just buy the cheap mattress or get the hand-me-down mattress and not think much about it. I travel a lot for work and didn’t really think spending a lot of money for a mattress I was only going to use 3-4 nights out of the week was worthwhile. And then Covid came. And my work travel ended. And I was forced to spend an entire year laying in the bed I made. And it sucked. My hips were a mess and I had difficulty sleeping and I was constantly changing positions throughout the night. I decided to make an investment in myself and splurge for a nicer mattress. Brandon knows his stuff!!! He doesn’t just sell mattresses- he sells sleeping as an experience. He was patient and informative and never pushy. He ultimately helped me select a mattress in my price range and because he was so good at his job, I happily upgraded with a few extras. We got set up with delivery and he walked me thru all the details. If you go shopping there - get the adjustable base demonstration. It’ll change everything you thought you knew about mattresses. I feel great about the mattress and mattress firm!

I was amazed at how Brandon managed multiple customers during a sale today. He covered the facts with us, listened to us and made sure we ended up with the perfect mattress and base combo for us. It was really a nice experience and we weren’t sure we would buy today but we did because Brandon made it easy. I don’t usually like visiting show rooms because it can feel so sales-y... but this experience was better than the typical.

Great place and fantastic service. I needed a bed fast for a parent going into a memory care home. I got a great bed and it was delivered to the assisted living building without me having to be there because I was at work. The delivery men txt and call constantly giving me updates when it was to arrive. The sales man, Brandon, showed me everything and knew exactly what I was going thru. He has had the same request as mine many times and it showed. I ordered a bed at the height of covid and we were told it would be a month to get the bed delivered because we ordered a California King. Ok, no problem. That bed came and had a HUGE stain. We went to the store and Brandon said no problem he would order another mattress, but we would have to wait a month. Ok. Understandable. We were supposed to have the new mattress delivered this weekend and it didn’t come. We called the store again and Brandon told us there was nothing he could do. So here we are, 2 months later with a “new” dirty stained mattress with no resolution. Mattress Firm has definitely lost my business. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!

We were referred to this store by our interior designer. Prior to this we hadnt purchased a mattress in almost 10 years. The store was well organized making it pretty easy to compare mattresses and find the one the felt best. I also felt like the salesman was knowledgeable, although ultimately I think much of the science behind mattress design was lost on me, as I just wanted something that felt comfortable. After shopping around and looking online I honestly think we ultimately got the best deal for what we bought too.

JP gave me and my girlfriend the best customer service experience we have ever gotten. I had called and asked if they had a box spring, and he said yes, and held it for me. After we arrived he told us he accidentally gave us the wrong price, but without us even saying anything he said he would honor that and give us this boxspring at a great discount. So that was amazing. But after that, we had to strap this box spring to the roof of a car and get it home in a blizzard. JP came out in the frigid snow with us and did everything in his power to ensure the box spring was strapped securely to our car.We were blown away by this experience. Both of us work in customer service industries, and we both know how rare it is to find service like this. JP deserves a raise, and if you’re looking for a mattress, go to this store! Mattress Firm has always gone out of their way to make our experiences hassle free, and we could not be more thankful.

I shopped mattress firm over this past weekend and I couldnt be happier with the customer service I received. The store manager Bill was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny! I have to say, I was very standoffish when I first got there, and I thought he just wanted to sell me something (that was in my head before I walked in) but that wasnt the case, he actually cared about my comfort. We had an immediate need for a bed frame.John sold our problem. Looking forward to buy a mattress in the very near future.

I have never been more disappointed in an organization. I purchased my new bed, with adjustable base, in November. We were told the manufacturer was a bit backed up with all of the Black Friday orders so wed have to wait until December 6 for delivery. We were ok with that. Then, I was told my order was canceled by someone OTHER than myself. I am the only person on the order, my card was used to make the order - no one other than me should have been able to cancel. After straightening that out, I was told I lost my place in line and had to wait until December 16 (tomorrow) for delivery. Again... not a HUGE deal (still a little upset but understood). Fast forward to this afternoon. I receive a phone call (less than 24 hours before delivery) and they proceed to tell me they JUST received notice they are backed up again and I will have to wait for my base until mid JANUARY!??!?! Are you kidding me?! What kind of dysfunction is going on at Mattress firm? No one knew you were backed up until NOW? And why is my order (due TOMORROW) being pushed out an entire month?! Now, you are delivering my bed tomorrow on some box springs and a base... Then, in an entire MONTH from now, you are going to disrupt my bedroom again to put in the adjustable base I ordered in NOVEMBER?!I will never shop here again and I will tell anyone who will listen to take their business elsewhere. This is completely unacceptable. SO disappointed. Id cancel my order and go elsewhere but I dont want to wait any longer to get a mattress - my goodness!SHOP ELSEWHERE if you want reputable customer service.

Horrible service. Will not go here again.Bought a mattress and a adjustable frame. Was given a deal on floor model, was told nothing wrong with it. They brought it to my place and tried to put it together but couldnt. The leg threads were stripped. The guy putting it together called the store manager. He then came out and tried to put it together. He couldnt, said he would get new legs and come back another day. Waited a week he never came. Called multiple times was told he wasnt in and calls were not returned. Finally got ahold of him and was told I need to contact the manufacture that they are not going to fix it. They kept promising to fix until the return time passed then wanted nothing to do with me.

Excellent Experience! This was my first time buying a mattress. I did some research on my own to test how knowledgeable the salesman was and to ensure i wasnt taken advantage of. The experience was better than i could have hoped for. Bill took his time, educated me, had my try many different beds, and dug into my sleeping habits to ensure a match with the right bed. I purchased a Tempurpedic Adjustable base and an IComfort Mattress. It was delivered two days later by an excellent company - they were timely, professional, and set me all up. I appreciate the 120 day trial on the mattress and we will see how it goes! Highly recommend!

Customer Service in store seems great but things change once you get home. My wife and my kiddos went into store and were shown some bed options which we ended up purchasing online because the only associate was working through financing with another customer and said it would be 30 minutes so we ended up buying a $2.5k setup online (May 26). When you purchase online you cannot deselect the free adjustable base so we ended up purchasing a box spring and the adjustable base to try it both and just return the one we didn’t like. The delivery was scheduled 3 weeks out (June 15) then didn’t arrive so I called customer service to see what happened - 45 minutes later I was told there was an additional week delay (June 22nd) because of the free base being back ordered. The rep ended up expediting the order by a few days and adding haul away when I asked for a confirmation - this is advertised as being easily accessed but is missing as an option online so make sure to add it. We ended up not liking the mattress or the adjustable base and wanted to return or exchange both but after waiting on hold for an hour I was told the return fee was $80 plus a restocking fee of $250 which sucks but I understand that policy; the thing that really seemed predatory was the fact that they charge $700 for the free adjustable base if you exchange the mattress and you absolutely cannot return it. We were thinking we would do an exchange but that would cost us $780 - we chatted about this policy with 5 different customer service associates over 3 hours and they each independently confirmed this is the policy. Said another way, the free adjustable base makes the base cost of any return or exchange just under $800 and eliminates any discounts for other mattresses - this is not stated in any sales collateral and an example of their advertising and the associated fine print is below to demonstrate the fact that this is not even hinted at. I cannot express how unfair and predatory this feels considering we didn’t want the adjustable mattress in the first place - it is clearly a predatory policy created to lock consumers into their original purchase regardless of satisfaction and remove Mattress Firm’s responsibility for returns and exchanges.

A BIG THANKYOU to Sean Richter, who helped me find the perfect mattress for my comfort with an adjustable base that has base lights, bluetooth, USB plugins and a regular outlet to charge electroincs, that comes with a 10 year manufacture warranty. I no longer have to deal with a box spring or a metal bed frame. Im so excited, I have just bought the first best bed of my life.Sean was easy talk to and explain what I was looking for, I came into the store without expectations but he proved to be very knowledgeable about all mattresses and pillows in the store as well as other retailers. He said if anyone has a better offer that he can beat it by 10%. No need although it was a great perk. Sean did an additional savings of $681.He stayed late to help me after the store was closed with no pressure for me to leave, like he had some where better to be. Sean did Top quality customer service by putting his customers needs first. Thank you sean.
