Nice selection.. lots of deals and discounted items. You can pretty much find whatever you need for any room or the house here.

I had to call and fill a police report!!!It was my second day working here and I had my wallet stolen my Social Security card, cash and my credit cards!!! We looked at the cameras there was no cameras in the break room and that’s where my stuff was stolen. The manager and everyone never even helped me!! When I told her I was quitting she was relieved, because she didn’t wanna do anything with helping me get my wallet back. such a poor place to work if I could give them no stars I would do that!!

Enjoyed walking through the store. Its clean and organized. Never knew had bedding, thought they just made warm boots! The sales staff was Excellent! What customer service is all about. I highly recommend this store.

They have everything you need for the home. And then some. And they use expired coupons. Dont throw them away. Bring them and use them.

I almost never have need to go into a BB&B but today I need grippies for the bathtub floor and they are pretty much the only place that has them in stock. My experiences at BB&B are always pleasant and this was no exception. They not only had the grippies that I was looking for, but also some cuter kiddie ones that I ended up buying instead since it is for my kids bathroom. No complaints.

There were a lot of items missing, but there were some great deals as well. Got a new roaster and a new microfiber sheet set👍🏼

Place looks like a tornado went through it! Products in the floor, literally shoved on the shelves in a heap, employees messing around all together in a corner, not helping anyone or doing anything... I love the products, but this location seemed like a wreck...

Wonderful Store

Staff was rude, unhelpful, and condescending. I tried using a coupon and my cashier PLUS the lady next to her gave me a 5 minute rant about why I couldn’t use it. Will not be returning. Learn some better customer service.

I spent 20 minutes today making sure that the price label on the display item was the same as the box I was purchasing. When I went to check out, it rang up at a different price. They looked at the shelf and saw the same thing that I did, however, they refused to honor the price that was displayed on the shelf. The cashier was somewhat rude, and the manager said “someone“could have switched the tags, which I felt insinuated that they thought that I might have done that! I did not, obviously, and it appeared to me when he started to peel off the tag that it couldn’t be done without ripping it. I get that the store made a mistake, but I think it is very poor customer service not to honor a display price. They offered nothing. Needless to say, I did not purchase the item or anything like it. I have been a loyal customer for years, but will think twice before going back. And I’ll buy the item I was looking at on Amazon!

Most wonderful Bed Bath and Beyond. My favorite store to go into. Clean, wonderful staff that were friendly and kid. I talked to the nesspresso guy for a while, as well as the woman at the cashier. Friendly atmosphere with amazing products (found everything we wanted).

Had to revise my 5 star review to reflect the poor customer service that I received from Meaghan. My latest shopping treatment left me disgusted by the way she interacted with me while ringing up my purchase. Meaghan was unpleasant and condescending when she spoke to me. With one cashier on duty and a line forming, Meaghan rather stand in the corner behind the counter cutting signage. When she decided to help check out customers, she acted as if she did not want to help. I asked her about the mailer ads and if they were biweekly or monthly. She replied in a short manner I dont know. Customer service like this will surely hurt brick and mortar stores like Bed Bath & Beyond.Previous review: Friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection as well. Was able to have my coupon looked up by my email... I would recommend!

I received a defective delivery today. There is a process to call customer service M-Saturday up to 11:00 p.m. to receive instruction for items that cannot be returned to store due to size. It is Friday night at 7:30 p.m. I was on hold for 48 minutes just to talk to someone. I hate to hang up and try again, because you have to call within 48 hours of package receipt. I cant imagine Saturdays would have a better hold time. This alone will prevent me from ever making a home deliveries EVER again. Edit: When I reached someone they were very nice and tried to accommodate me, but to no avail. At least the product can be returned to a store for a quick refund and not have to be shipped back the way it came.Post store return: I returned the picture to the store and then did a walk through the store to pick up a couple other items. By the time I reached the checkout, the defective item was for sale on the floor, defective and all.Check their pictures for damage before purchasing, they are not protected adequately in shipping and now I would question the pictures on display. Deceptive practices in this regard.

We scheduled an appointment with them to set up our wedding registry... the gal we met with Gwen was totally unhelpful, and had a weird attitude about the whole thing. She provided zero guidance, and we just felt judged and uncomfortable. She didnt even ask us what our wedding date is... this was supposed to be a fun experience for us, and sort of a right of passage type of activity that you only get to do once (ideally)... it was not special in any way and we felt SO uncomfortable...Moral of the story: BB&B is an GREAT retailer with a wonderful selection at great prices, plus they offer discounts for you after your wedding, so just stick with their ONLINE system so that you dont have to deal with rude people face to face :) youll be happier.

Store was clean and I found what I was looking for. Everyone had masks on and most people kept a 6 foot distance.

Helpful staff, decent layout, plenty of options, and tidy selves, overall a great place.We signed up for a wedding registry and due to computer issues it wouldnt let us login, or recover the password. After the local manager escalated the issue, we had a solution within 18 hours. Very helpful.

They have a very good variety of many household items. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are well staffed.

This is typically my go-to for anything home related. However, when I went to return an item today at the Service Counter (where the sign says Returns), I was told to get in line with customers who were in line for checking out. Is it just me, or if I had something to return and go to the return counter, shouldnt I be prioritized to return my item? If all lines are to be treated the same, shouldnt that sign be removed? I then called to talk to the manager, was transferred, told my story to the lady who picked up, and she said I think you want the manager. I promptly hung up. I wont be going back to this store.

My gal pal and I went in here without a clue on bed sheets.We just got a new Tempurpedic mattress and came in here to look @ UGG bedsheets and blankets because we were like “holy smokes! UGG makes that kind of stuff?!? Let’s check it out!”We had no idea what a duvet is and clearly needed help... along came a friendly woman with curly hair. Unfortunately, it has been awhile since we were in there so I do not recall this woman’s name... however, she was a joy and a wonderful help to us.We told her our story and why we were in and she LED us to an UGG clearance quilt that was a King size! We felt it and fell in love with it. The perfect feeling and color for our bedroom.This wonderful woman also taught us about what a duvet is and other knowledge that we truly appreciate.Now our new mattress is covered with beautiful and comfortable sheets & blankets... and it makes me happy every single night I crawl into bed.Thank you, curly haired woman... you were an angel.

The store is very clean and organized. Customer service is generally good but once in awhile its disappointing.

I went to purchase some sample size products for my daughters school donation-shelter-project. They have the best prices for little shampoos and such.

We stockpiled our 20% off coupons and got nearly ten items for our new home. We got help from associates for our questions about merchandise. The cashier was courteous and worked to make sure we maximized our discounts.

We had a great experience with the manager, Randy who helped us return some pans. He was extremely friendly and customer focused.
