Excellent service by the team. Seamless from bringing the car in to getting a rental car along with frequent text and verbal updates. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

The staff are very friendly and they kept you the status and the service is super fast and good. The final cost is even a few hundreds bucks less than estimate. Very honest people ! I highly recommend to anyone who like to do repairs!!!

Caliber Collusion did an excellent job on my 2020 Chevrolet after another driver hit my car in the rear. There was $25,000 worth of damage and I was informed every step of the way!! I was able to look at my vehicle during the process and was truly amazed how it looked at the beginning to the end of the extensive repairs. I highly recommend Caliber Collision if you are ever in an accident!!

I had a car accident and dreaded going into a car repair shop. My neighbor suggested that I check out Caliber Collision here in Hopkins, MN. They were very helpful and easy to work with from the beginning to the end of the process. The staff was pleasant to work with and everyone took the time to answer any questions I had. I was truly impressed with the finished repair and would definitely use them again, if needed.

Worst experience EVER!!! My car was hit in the rear quarter panel. Took it to Abra based off of insurance suggestion. My car had to go back TWO additional times and it still NEVER was fixed properly. Eventually mold grew throughout my car and I had to sell it. Of course, they said it wasnt their fault.

Brought in my truck for repair of hail damage on Wednesday @ 8 AM. It was ready on Thursday by 5 PM. Engine hood and several other locations. No evidence at all that I was outdoors during the storm. Convenient, considerate, and on time. I could only ask for a free pizza for it to have been any better.

Tim and the team were up to the task. Offered good alternatives for items that were not part of my insurance claim. I came away believing it was an honest business to work with. Very happy with the results.

Great place! Had to get my front bumper fixed last second before my trip down to Dallas and they took me in right away. Very clean facility, and received great customer service from Paul, Brad, and Steve. They even vacuumed and washed my car! They definitely take care of you here!!

My car has been making a noise from the rear area whenever i back up. ..it was light but continues to get louder...almost sounds like a train backing up. I hadnt been driving my car much up until the past few days. I plan on taking it back in as soon as they open this morning. This will be my 2nd time taking it back. The 1st time i had to take it back because a rear panel behind the bumper fell and was all but dragging the ground.😱

I went to get a quote for a big scratch and they were honest in saying I dont need to get it fixed, and willingly did what they could to buff it out on the spot without charging me. Will definitely go back in the future for their wonderful customer service!

They were very professional and worked with my insurance to repair my car after a rear end collision accident when I was stopped at a red light. They addressed all my concerns and repaired my car back to its former glory. They even worked on my aftermarket parts I have installed in the vehicle. Will go back if I ever need repairs again, fingers crossed I dont need to though.

Had a repair through an insurance claim that was a rather big job. It took quite some time but I was well informed. I used their text update system that seemed to be premature on the updates so eventually I opted out and asked for regular phone call updates. I went back to have the engine checked for an issue but it ended up being unrelated to their work but they were glad to help and check the issue I was having anyway.

Caliber Collision installed a new armrest in our Subaru Crosstrek on a moments notice. Friendly and fast service. Highly recommended!

My truck was sent to this shop after being t-boned. Initial quote was 15 days labor, it took 41 days for me to get my vehicle back. Once I did, the window on the side where the impact happened does not work.People there are professional and courteous, but I dont believe they have the ability to do a proper job.

This place is garbage just went in to get a quote and the lady was so rude didn’t even look at me from her computer and never seemed interested to help. Told me I could get a quote on Thursday. Yep no thanks rude service not getting my business.

I have used Abra for 2 different repairs. One a year ago for a small fender bender that I paid out of pocket. I was really surprised that repair cost under $200. The second was my sons vehicle after a small accident, that was paid by the liability insurance company. Both repairs were done well, great communication, timely, and coordinated well with insurance and rental vehicles. Thanks to the staff at Abra.

I dropped off my mothers car on a Sunday, I was told that it would take 5 days to finish the repair and that my mother would receive her vehicle back that following Friday. It’s been 8 days since my mother received her car and when I called to speak to someone about the issue there was a disrespectful receptionist who got attitude with me because I wanted to speak to someone that would give me valid information. Tsk some service they are providing here.

Not sure why car is taking soo long.Im the customer. Seems to be a little bit of an additude there. Picked up on it right away.Excuses get you so far. Then you must produce the product. My car.Wouldnt take it there again.

A deer ran into the side of my truck. Abra did a great job and found additional damage I was unaware of. They fixed it all, and did it on time and even cleaned the inside. The truck looks new again.

I went there for an estimate and was told they were busy was asked to come back the next day. Not very friendly. I ended up going to a shop down the road who gladly did an estimate.Not what I call good customer service.

I brought my vehicle in for a damaged bumper. It took over 10 days to get it fixed and every time they told me it would be ready, Id get a call that they hadnt even put the bumper on yet. I will never take my vehicle there again.

If you’re not white avoid this place. The front desk person is racist and unfriendly towards people of color. Enough said.
