My wife and I disagree on this review.In my opinion I give Lappin 4 stars, I thought they had a great selection of lighting and the prices seemed in line.She wants to give a 3 star because she disliked the selection and thought pricing was too high.Very convenient store to get in and out of in the North Loop!

These guys are so friendly and knowledgeable and eager, too. They provide guidance from new ideas and innovation to tracking down the most obscure bulb and then have it there within days. Service with a smile and absolutely no attitude. Lappin definitely gets my business time and time and time again!!!

We worked with Stephanie and had a great experience! She helped us pick out all the lighting fixtures for our new home. They had a ton of options and made it very easy!

Decent selection. Staff less than friendly. Dressed in casual Saturday clothes (guess we should have dressed better... lol). Not greeted by either of the two sales people. After 20 minutes walked out.#notbougieenough #hopeyoudonotworkoncommission
