My experience with Dutton Brown Design was above and beyond my expectations. As someone who lives in an apartment Ive often felt design envy of people who can install gorgeous designer light fixtures such as those offered by Dutton Brown. I was thrilled to find that all of their sconce fixtures are also available as plug ins that were easy for me to hang and will be moveable with me anywhere I go. The customer service was top notch and had great communication with me. I would highly recommend Dutton Brown for anyones lighting needs, they really have something for everyone!

We recently renovated our kitchen, and we purchased five lights from Dutton Brown for our project. We could not be more pleased with the result. Dutton Brown offers much more unique and colorful lighting options than other places; their creativity is second to none. We get numerous compliments from family and friends when they see our new lighting. We were so delighted with how smoothly the entire process of working with Dutton Brown went from start to finish, and we will definitely be ordering from them again as we do more projects on our home.

I needed a new fixture above my kitchen table so I did a little searching online and found a pendant I really liked. These guys were extremely responsive and helpful with questions I had prior to placing my order. The light I got is not only high in quality, but looks gorgeous. I stumbled on Dutton Brown Design online, while looking for lighting for our new custom home. I utilized the chat function on their site, and the customer service was fantastic. Not only were the people on the other end of the chat knowledgeable and informative, they were both also kind and patient with my myriad questions.Via chat, they helped me order custom powder coat samples (color ended up being perfect). I placed my order for three custom lights on May 14th, and my beautiful new lights delivered on May 26th.They have not yet been installed, so I will update my review after install with photos and comments about function, but I am so pleased with my experience so far, that I wanted to go ahead and post a review.

I purchased a globe light with some additional parts because of a non-traditional install. The company shipped the item promptly and the package arrived quickly. packaging of the large globe was substantial to keep it secure. During the install, I realized that I needed some more parts. Their customer service department was prompt and super professional. They went above and beyond to understand my use case, and sent over additional parts that I may need. These guys understand that great products make the first sale, and great customer service get the customers to come back for more products. And I will definitely be back!

I drive for FedEx so I have to pull this big truck up to the back door and deliver/pick up pkgs. The ppl are nice and down to earth and its a clean environment. I dont think they have a show room per say but I know you can pick your items up from this facility

I bought my first light a hand crafted urchin chandelier from Dutton Brown a year ago for my dining room! It is the first thing people notice when they walk in the room, just beautiful! The owners, Zachary and Thomas were just wonderful and so helpful in making sure I made the right choice for my needs. I just bought another one named “ The Addison”, and can’t wait to have it ! They do a great job, high quality, quick turn-a-round, and wonderful customer service!

Just bought my dream pendent lights for my bakery. They are amazing!!! Traditional bakery globe, I was able to customize the metal to brass and pick an accent color of pink. This is going to complete my bakery, I’m beyond thrilled with Dutton Brown Design.

Ordered a light that was shipped out promptly but after it was hung it seemed to flicker and I had an electrician take it down and I returned it promptly and they took out a 20% restocking fee which I felt was unfair for damaged goods and that I had to pay an electrician twice
