These guys are truly awesome. Ive had 2 watches repaired there and a phone screen replaced. They stand behind their work 110%. I had them fix a phone screen (iPhone SE) and promptly put it away as a backup. 6 months later when I went to use it I discovered that the screen didnt work 100%. I took it in and despite that it was my responsibility to test it when I picked it up they still honored the work as if it were done the day before. Truly excellent customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Couldnt let the day pass by without raving about my wonderful experiences with the services Robert provided. Nowadays it feels as though superior customer service can be hard to come across but I cannot express how delighted and refreshing it was to come across an individual who was glad to help, knowledgeable on options available to me, and was so authentic with wanting to make sure my phone screen issues were resolved. Robert is an absolute gem and based on the reviews I see that he is receiving the acknowledgment for his kindness. I have had my fair share of phone issues (clumsy hands) so I know that I have found a place I can turn to in the future for any of my phone needs. Robert at the Downtown location is very talented at his job as he was able to fix both my watch and phone in under an hour with no mistakes! He also is a great guy to chat with and knowledgeable about the products he works with. Would come again!

I broke my watch band and needed it resized. Robert, who helped me, was so nice, incredibly quick with the band repair, and the resizing only took 10ish minutes and was done perfectly the first time. And for my rose gold Fossil Julianna HR smartwatch (only adding the model in case different models cost different things), it only cost me $15 total.

I had to wait 2 months to get my watch band repaired due to Covid19 so I was really happy when they were allowed to reopen. I walked in, they assisted me right away, the put in a new pin to repair my watchband and didnt even charge me. He said he was just happy to help. Even though it likely wouldve been a minor charge, the service and friendliness of the staff far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Fixology! Thanks Fixology!

AVOID. I brought my watch with a scratched crystal face in for repair in September 2019. I was told it would be $60 and take 4-6 weeks. Seemed reasonable. Once 6 weeks passed and I’d heard nothing, I called for an update. Was told they had to send it to a third party. Alright, fine, would’ve appreciated a heads up. That same little dance repeated month after month - each time basically being told “I don’t know, man, we’ll call you.” Fast forward to May 2020 when I finally receive the call that my watch is done. Hurray! The obscene length of time suddenly didn’t matter because the watch mattered so much to me. I go to pick it up, they slide it out of the package and NOT ONE SINGLE THING WAS DONE TO IT. It looked exactly as it had when I dropped it off EIGHT MONTHS prior. And all I was given was a shrug. Again, AVOID for watch repair. Go to Caliber Watch repair - they made the watch Fixology neglected look like new for half the price in a week and a half.

I rate them tops on both.Update: 1/29/21After my very positive interactions with Minneapolis Fixology, I took in a pocket watch my wife gave me as a wedding present forty years ago. Bob told me that the 40 year old watch could be sent in to the manufacture for a total restoration but that it would take a long time. I decided I could happily wait for my pocket watch to get a total restoration.Bob contacted me approximately a year later and said he had the restored pocket watch and I could pick it up at my convenience. Unfortunately by this time the world was in the middle of a pandemic and I had retired and moved to a remote area in Hawaii. Bob offered to send me the watch. He used various services to send me the watch and each time it was returned to him as undeliverable at my location. I think it was the fourth time it finally was delivered to me by Fed Ex.I told Bob he had gone the extra 4,000 miles to get me the watch and I wanted to pay him for the extra time and expense of shipping it to me. He told me there was no extra charge for the shipping. The watch looks beautiful. I held Minneapolis Fixology in very high regard prior to this last experience. I am sure pleased I went to them both times.

BEST PLACE EVER! My iPhone 6s became shattered, my home button fell out and my battery became completely useless. Googled Fixology and Robert was there to help. HE GENUINELY ENJOYS HELPING AND BEING A GREAT SERVICE FROM THE HEART TO EVERYONE HE MEETS AND HE MET AND EXCEEDED ALL MY NEEDS TO BEYOND BELIEF! He was the most friendly helpful and knowledgeable person I have ever met plus the prices where unarguably fair. Way more reasonable than the others I spoke with. I will never go anywhere else for help because this service was genuinely one of a kind and this is the only place I’d recommend.

I had a piece of fine jewelry that had a broken clasp. Fixology in downtown Minneapolis was incredibly responsive, professional, and followed all COVID restrictions! They did curbside pickup, and fixed the clasp for me in under 10 minutes. They were so nice, helpful, professional, and knew what they were doing. I felt like my piece of jewelry was in great hands! Not only that, since it was a quick and simple fix (that I would not have been able to do myself), they did not charge me for the repair. Highly recommend going here! I had a wonderful experience and will absolutely go back in the future!

I got batteries replaced in my old watch here and was so glad to find a place in downtown that does the job so quickly and at a reasonable price. The service was more than impressive. I think I will be taking all my watch/cellphone repairs there from now on.

I had to change the battery on a Fossil watch and was unable to do it myself (apparently it requires a special tool). I visited a few Jewelers and was quoted $25+ just to pop the battery case off! Finally I went to Fixology where a fine gentleman named Robert not only removed the battery cover but also provided me with a new battery as the one I had bought was slightly the wrong size. He did this all at a fraction of the cost of what the jewelers quoted. Huge thanks to Robert and Fixology for making my Monday more tolerable.

Super good customer service. I didnt have anything fixed because I could get a piece of jewelry fixed sooner somewhere else for roughly the same price. If their quality product is anything like their customer service Im sure its fantastic.

I snagged my watch-strap & it pulled off my watch on one side. Called Fixology to inquire bout repair (poss cost). Was IMPRESSED by Roberts cordiality & competence when we spoke on the phone. Enthusiastically, I made my way there. Entering, I knew the friendly, dapper-looking fellow who greeted me must be self-same Robert to whom I had spoken on the phone. I handed him my watch & was glancing around the bright & clean shop when he smiled, extended his hand, & gave my watch back already fixed! He didnt charge me a dime, a superb Craftsman, excellent experience, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had a great experience at Fixology. The associate, Rob, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about watches. He quickly resized my watch bracelet and gave helpful recommendations about continued care. Ill be returning to Fixology for all my timepiece repair needs in the future.

The staff there is so friendly and helpful. The battery died in my cars key fob so he gave me two new batteries and changed out the new one for me free of charge! What great service!

Well if you travel the skyway its fantastic in a pinch. But like most things that are convenient is that it has a down side and thats the price great work but you will pay for it.

I broke my phone so i decided to go to fixology. I paid as much as any other place, and my phone came back looking like new. however the glass they used is not gorilla glass, it is cheap amazon glass, my phone scratched in a day just from car keys. and it shattered from a one foot drop onto wood.

Bought a replacement watchband, but couldnt get the old pins out. Fixology (Skyway) replaced the band in about two minutes. Wouldnt charge me (even when I tried to pay). Stopped in mid morning and had my husbands watch resized in about 2 minutes. The gentleman explained that its a one time charge and I can come back to get resized for free if it doesnt fit. Very friendly and it was a simple, easy process.

I have an iPhone 6 and its wifi/Bluetooth started to get very spotty and unreliable. Ive used the downtown Fixology for repairs previously, and they are exceptional. They have complete understanding of iPhones (and I would strongly suspect that extends to the long list of things they claim to have expertise in fixing). It took a little trial and error, because two antennae work in tandem to run iPhone wifi and Bluetooth (or so they taught me). They let me take the phone home--without paying beforehand--to make sure it worked there (where I need it most). It did. And Im incredibly impressed by both their expertise AND customer focus! I am a long-term customer, no question.

This place is a joke went in for a simple watch battery the guy told me almost 50$ and a HR plus wait, I went to the fixery (highland)instead and 20$ and 15mins later I walked out with everything fixed! Now thats service!

I bought my iphone brand new last year and cracked it, i paid for it to be fixed and it started freezing up and wouldnt let me end calls without the power button, i went there a second time they fixed it free of charge and here my phone is still acting stupid, it never used to act up and freeze, and i cant end phone calls or use the telephone pad when im making a phone call, worst service ever, i would not recommend this place
