Despite the wait being fairly long the work they did itself is high quality. Despite complaining about the wait time, I dont hold that against them. The quality of work is all Im basing this review on because thats all that matters.

I made an appointment as a part of the Verizon extended warranty program. I received a confirmation email from ubreakifix. I called the morning of to confirm the location was correct for my appointment and was not told my appointment was meaningless. I took off work and arrived at the appointment time to a line of eight people and was told they dont honor appointments. I would need to wait in line and leave my phone with them for repairs. Major glitch in their process that needs to be fixed.

Needed my old Samsung 10.1 tablet reimaged and they did so for nothing as they considered it part of there free diagnosis. I would have given them 5 stars except for the ugly fact that they are on West Lake St and getting to them in a timely manner is impossible due to traffic. But my visit was pleasant and they were technically talented, technically.

Noticed my Pixel 2 phone was getting swollen, brought it in and they changed the battery same day. It looked brand new afterwards and now the charge lasts so much longer! I did a little research online and apparently the pixel screens are very thin, making it really hard to do repairs without damaging the screen. I really appreciate the great job the guy did!

The communication was outstanding and the repair quality was top notch. My phone was very new at the time and there was trouble getting the parts but they communicated well through the whole thing and took excellent care of me and my phone. I highly recommend ubreakifix.

They seemed unaware of how to communicate with Verizon about my battery replacement. Didnt seem to know that I had an appointment scheduled with verizon. Open the doors at 10:25 instead of 10:00 a.m., did not have my part. Condescending conversations and not pro consumer. When part did arrive, and they service my phone all went well and the conversation was more normal

Charged me 50% of anywhere else, with faster service, amicable and perfectly lovely employees, and deals for further service. Have not been happier with anyone else to date. Cannot suggest more.

They call to confirm appt - ask about the specific repair. Then informed us to delay until they had the part in. I went in today. They said it was a 3rd party call center that called and they had no responsibility for it. No parts, etc. It was an IPhone X Max. Common screen.

Very poor communication and follow-up from this store (uptown, Lake St Minneapolis) Details: I took my IPhone in and Corey helped me. I indicated email was best way to communicate as this store now had my cell phone. The next day I received an email assessment, and I replied with a question. Once, twice, three emails back to this location and literally no responseWhy would a business ask you how to communicate, secure the answer, then fail to respond using that method? Especially since they are holding my only means of cell or text. Since I don’t have a landline, I needed them to email. No response 3 attempts, so now I have to drive back down there to get an answer wasting big amounts of time in an effort to get my cell phone repaired.
