We don’t like the closets, WE LOVE THEM. We don’t feel worthy, lol. Every part of our experience was PERFECT. Leigh was intuitive, attentive, and flexible. She wasnt afraid to tell us when there was an issue and she did it directly and transparently WITH SOLUTIONS. (Just so you know I was not excited about someone coming in our home). You alleviated all my angst right from the start.In reference to the installers, WOW. They were both hard workers, and got the job done with limited disruption. There were two young men who installed (Charlie and Trevor). Charlie was a great guy, worked hard, and got the job done. Trevor-the same, however, he caught a mistake on one of our drawer fronts, he called the builders, ordered the correct drawer front, THEN called me in to explain the issue, he shared a fix was in place and when to expect completion. Trevors handling of this issue was top notch and a real example of leadership and true customer service.TC Closet had really created a great experience and successful process, from sales, build, to installation, THANK YOU!

Twin Cities designed and installed 3 closets (master, guest, and office), and an entry way open closet (like a locker room style). This being our first home, i had no idea where to start, but knew i wanted updated closets. Twin Cities came in and walked me through the process. they asked what i needed from a space perspective, and they got to designing. Their designs worked for what we needed (more folding shirts/shelves than hanging rod space, space for luggage in the guest room, hangers for the entry way, etc), and they really took our needs into account, and asked great questions to make sure our needs were met. The installation was quick, only took a day, and the team was very mindful of our living areas. they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Overall, highly recommend!

Our pantry used to be a disaster - it was a couple wire racks going across, space was being totally wasted, the middle could not hold weight, things would fall through the wire to the point where we put cutting boards on the rack first and containers on top, our heavy blender was on the floor (meaning we had to bend over to pick it up), etc. For a very reasonable price, TC Closet Company designed a custom solution that fit with the rest of our kitchen and executed perfectly. Customer service was great. COVID precautions were also greatly appreciated.Go with a local company that takes pride in their work. We will certainly be calling them again if we have other projects.

Ryan and Dylan spent 2 days installing 10 custom closets in our new home. They showed up with their masks on, so courteous, were extremely focused and professional throughout the entire install. We built a new home and originally were going to do basic shelf and rods in the closets. I am so glad we went with custom shelving, it looks amazing and I am loving all the extra storage. He has used them for other builds and shared that in his experience, they are really competitively priced while not sacrificing quality or service. I have a ton of dresses and look forward to being able to hang ALL of them at a height I can easily reach and not having them touch the floor. I’m a Project Manager for a General Contractor so we use a lot of subcontractors to get the job done. We recently brought in TCC to help our homeowners with their closet fixtures. Everyone we talked to and worked with was great. The designer Terri talked through all the details and made it easy for our clients to pick their options. First of let me say, Liz, is great! she came in and explained the process to us and designed the best closet! She let me be picky and try out different designs until I fell in love with one! She then followed up with me via email and sent me the designs- then again let me make changes until it was perfect! They scheduled us to instal about 3-4 weeks later (now I understand why theyre so busy) for installation! They sent us a card in the mail to remind us and called 30 minutes before they came! Our closet is not a huge closet, but they came and installed with in an hour and half and it is PERFECT!! it looks so nice (we even kept our closet doors off) and we are so impressed with the quality and price of our closet!! Cannot recommend them enough and look forward to working with them again!!

We have had our closet system now for just over 6 months and we couldnt be happier! We had a fairly narrow space to work with and then to add to that, my husband is 67, so his shirts are not standard sized. Really, really fantastic work from start to finish. We had every closet in our home redone; an entirely new mudroom built from scratch; and an entirely new entertainment center (picture below) built from scratch. In making choices and design Sarah was really fantastic to work with. She was responsive to all requests for changes and worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. The installers were all top-notch professionals. Given that we had such a large job, we saw a total of 5 installers over the course of the entire job. Every one was fantastic. They worked in a timely manner and their work was some of the best Ive ever seen. Also, twice there was damage to two different pieces when they got materials off the truck. These were pointed out, immediately reordered, and installed as soon as they could be. We could not be happier with this company and will be recommending to all of our friends.

I would not work with this company again if you paid me to. Their measurements were completely off in our custom home (we had over four planning meetings equating to over six hours spent in person). They had to come out four times after we moved in to fix the problems that are still not fixed after over a year.One of the removeable shelves hit my mom in the head, they are not secure at all. The latest and greatest is that my daughter spent a night in the ER after the shelf came out of the wall and hit her in the face resulting in eleven stiches and a broken nose. Twin Cities closets have taken no ownership for any of this.DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!*They are now showing interest to help after we’ve given the honest reviews on all of their business pages. (Not sure why they didn’t want to fix this before. We have their numbers and contact information.)

We used Twin Cities Closets to design, build, and install the closets for our house in Mpls. They offered multiple configurations for different rooms and use cases and they are able to make informed recommendations based on the best practices they see as well as to stay within budget. We have found the closets to be incredibly functional and purpose-built.In the months following their installation, we reached out to our account manager to help us redesign one of the closets to accommodate an office (a Cloffice). They were very responsive, and helped design and complete the project in a matter of weeks. They delivered on a timeline that was even faster than the expectations they had set up for us.Would strongly recommend!

Twin Cities Closet did a fabulous job of maximizing a small space in order for me to have enough room for all my clothes (and I have a lot). The quality of all the parts is exceptional. I wanted to add a mirror after the space was configured and Chi moved things around to accommodate a custom made mirror in my closet. Love the jewelry board, scarf hanger and pull out rod. Couldnt be happier with the results.

We recently added closet systems to our master closet and our two girls closets. Therese was our design consultant and did an amazing job. I couldnt believe the added space she created in each of the closets. Everyone that has seen them have been so impressed. The install went really smooth. There was one minor adjustment to the install I wanted (shifting a shell over a couple inches). They came out quickly and took care of it without any issues. The added benefit to high quality service and product is that their standard price is less than their competitor. I have been recommending the to our friends and will continue to do so.
