This is my go-to Home Depot store. I’m here 5+ times a week. This is the only Home Depot store in the area that without fail, has no material carts available in the store, sometimes none at all. This makes getting any materials such a pain. Today, there were no carts in any of the lumber/building material aisles, but upon carrying the door I purchased to my van, I found that every single cart spot was overflowing to the point of spilling out into the driving aisles.Please! For your contractors that come here multiple times a day, fix this!

Kyle was amazing helping us cut the wood we bought to the measurements we needed it on. He spent almost an hour doing it and we offered a tip at the end, but the guy wouldnt take it. Thats a guy who knows how to stick to the rules. Evidence of integrity right there. No wonder why the guy is in charge of the wood saw all by himself 🔝👌

Anne,in carpet department..she was so helpful and she reached above and beyond to reached the customers satisfaction..I really appreciated for your kindness and calm nature..we did our all big projects start from 2017 like windows changed, hard woods flooring,carpet in our basement, updated our kitchen cabinets,counter top and also new kitchen appliances and also the gental man in kitchen appliances Department I forgot his name ..he was also helpful and explained us so well...we did everything from this store because they all are very good in customer service and always love to go there and also recommend my family and friends..

These guys are great. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Willing to find the best and if necessary the cheapest way to complete your construction needs. The check out crew ate very friendly and helpful. I forgot some papers while there and came back 4 hours latter to find they had put them aside.

The customer service at this location was great. Gary in the Appliance section was soooo helpful!!! Anytime you have questions they give you detailed answers.

Marty was extremely helpful in providing product information and very resourceful. He is a great asset for Home-depot and we will always come to do shopping here. Thank you Marty.

Delivery and coordination from this store is abysmal. Orders are constantly canceled without any notification from the store. Deliveries are canceled and rescheduled without any notification from the store. It takes 20+ minutes of sitting on hold for someone who knows whats going to to pick up and still offer no solutions. Take your business to Menards, they actually deliver the product when they say they will.

Marty from the indoor lumbar yard deserves a raise! Very helpful from the time I walked in the door until the time I left, giving me tips and helping me save the most money by choosing the correct lumbar. Definitely will come back in the future. Other staff were just as helpful with checking out.

I was shopping for some stucco for a repair...the gentleman working there was helpful explaining the materials.

Awesome customer service and pro service also very good most of the time they know what are you looking for and they have very good suggestions hot to accomplish a project with good quality products and they make sure to give you the minimum required for the city code or inspections.Of course nobody is perfect sometimes you will find someone having a bad day or someone don’t know but in general very good store ! Didnt have the brand of bulb I was looking for (luminex) but the staff was friendly and tried to help me to the best of their knowledge.

I went into Home Depot to find some moulding that online said this location had 23. The home location was out of stock, so I checked with Kyle L. Kyle was amazing and actually spent some time helping me find the product which was located on top of one of their gondolas. He was happy to get a forklift and get the 11 feet rices that I needed. Great job Kyle L ! While I was instore, I also picked up an online order and Dennis at customer service was also incredible ! Way to go guys for great customer service!

I bought paint for the bedroom 18 months ago at Ace. I thought Covid19, Ill have all the time I need. But, alas, I did not. Home Depot could have charged something... Instead they didnt bat an eye, shook it, and brought it to my car.

Been going to this store for 20 years. smaller inventory than some stores. Plumbing department especially knowledgeable. Use caution with the Paint Department as in my experience theres a lot of turnover and little ownership of customer service.

Cate was very helpful in the ordering of an Attic Fan, and changing my status from DYIer to tradesman. Easy payment and was notified when the order arrived, early even.

Tage in the countertop area was extremely knowledgeable and helpful today. She answered all of our questions and thought of things I didnt know to ask. Great experience here!

The staff are great here. Especially in the garden department, everyone is helpful!Because it’s in the Quarry, the parking lot is a disaster. Drivers are super rude and the light is pretty long. I usually go the long way around to get in and out.

Very busy big box hardware/home store has what ya need and tons of what ya didnt know ya needed 😉 bought a lovely barn door sideboard for my kitchen. The garden center is great early in the season. The parking lot can be chaotic when its busy.

Usually all Home Depots are super busy and yet always has people around to offer help. However I must say, I was out in the garden center and I must of walked completely around 5 times and no one was available. Dont get me wrong, I know employees are helping others but I saw NO ONE. This happened all the way through the store. I do know customer service and I am hoping there will be more help on our next trip. We work at local park and my facilities manager always comes there first. I also realize its nice weather time but there was a guy out in the garden center and when I asked him if you had Vinca Vines, he said he had no idea and just went on with his business. He could of gotten some further assistance for me or directed me to go somewhere specific. I did look everywhere before leaving. Had to purchase Vinca elsewhere. It was weird. Like no one said hi, no shoppers said excuse me or nothing. Like I said, weird.

I needed a plastic flip top tote. There was only one on the lower shelf with a broken top and many far above. The associate was very friendly and helpful. He moved as quickly as he could. I like this stores stocking and staff. Great location.

At least I dont feel like Im being followed or they hide their security better. Which ever doesnt matter but thats why I shop at home depot rather than Menards even though Menards is like 1 mile away and home depot is like 10, but I regress. I like home depot, easy to find stuff and the staff are semi helpful.

I have an amazing experience with the employees here. A worker named Bryan was very very patience with me and my parents when I was buying woods. Dan was amazing by making everything very clear. Overall, Bryan and Dan really help out a lot. I would come to this Home Depot again.

The floor staff were friendly, available and courteous to help me find what I was looking for. The new no cashiers but self checkout stations was different but there was enough staff on the floor to help us maneuver through it.

I love Home Depots selection. My major complaint is that it is hard to leave with just what I came for. The staff here is helpful and usually around. Other Home Depots can seem understaffed when I need help finding the right aisle.

Zero star. Went to rent a van that was advertised available and went the minuet they opened and they said it was not available due to break down. Additionally, I requested insurance for the vehicle and they explained at customer service they sell none for their rental trucks. Poor service, poor web information, and poor policy gets them a zero star. Sorry, cant post with a no Star option.

I went in for a pick up order. It was easy to find the customer service desk and get help. Bonus: its a great store to go into if you like that fresh lumber smell.

This location keeps cramming more displays into the aisles. They arent just doing this in the wider main aisles either. It makes getting around slower and frustrating, particularly with large items.

Great choices in products. I am getting my toilet from here. Though what I am picking up is split between here and Lowes. Lowes has a better credit card first purchase discount so most of my bathroom renovation will be going through Lowes.

Do NOT order anything from their millwork department at the quarry store in Minneapolis. They do not follow through on orders that they screw up!In my nearly 30 years of being in the construction business, winning an award for historic preservation and working on multi-million dollar residential projects, I have never had such a horrible experience. Stay away for that particular home depot!

Had a horrible experience with staff here the one and only time I have had to return an item. Also, there website has been wrong more often than right about items that are in stock. The Saint Louis park home depot is leaps and bounds better, its less busy and has friendlier staff.

Ive been here a few times and been so frustrated that I left without buying what I needed. Theres rarely anyone to help, they always seem to not have what I need in stock, and when I do get something, the forced check yourself out machines are a nightmare and there doesnt seem to be anyone to help. If youre into shoplifting you might really enjoy this store. It has stuff and doors and no employees.

This is near my daughters house so I went in there to get a rake and some grass shears. A young tall dude came up to me and asked if there was anything he could help with. I was also thinking about a mower blade, but forgot if it was 22 or 21 inches. The guys says, buy both and return one. Ok, that made sense. Friendly. Seems like a decent place to get stuff.

Great location. Right off the freeway. There are other useful stores right there so I can take care of multiple mission objectives.

Shout out To Haley A. at the Prodesk. My boss had a big order to fill, needless to say we werent prepared. Haley stayed an hour and a half after she was supposed to go home to help us and when she couldnt stay any longer she grabbed someone else to take over. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much Haley!

No one at the store was available to help me with my purchase of the washer & dryer. Spend one hour at the store, 30 min deciding which one to buy, 30 min waiting for someone to ring up the purchase, NO ONE COULD RING UP THE PURCHASE 😂😔💢😡. So many Home Depot team members walking around, after stopping 4 team members to try to get help, we decide to leave as we ran out of time.Sad, we always shop at this location - hopefully we will have a better experience next time.

Really cool kid in appliances, very helpful, answered all my questions. Got me in and out with an earlier delivery date than expected. The store itself could be a bit more organized

Been here many times and its a good ..my favorite place is plants and gardening center...ok the quarry location has employees that really hate working there ..they run when they see someone who needs help..lol and not to mention these people cant seem to even give good advice ....so if you go ...make it a DIY adventure!!!!

The team members all were great throughout the store except the two sitting at the furthest point away from pros walking up. I almost missed them sitting down hidden behind all the other desks. They were more concerned with the seconds ticking down to their schedule end time. I walked away hearing that from them. I self checked out and left. 2 individuals destroyed a great covid outing. Sucks

I will assert that ALL Home Depots are not great, but this HD store is particularly spectacular at being bad.HDs products are their products: never good but never terrible.Its the employees and the operation that excel at failure.There are individuals there that do their job. There are individuals that kinda know there stuff. There are individuals there that THINK they know their stuff but dont and INSIST on giving bad advice (which is the most dangerous of all). And there are PLENTY of individuals that actively practice the art of NOT working while at work.Make the longer drive outta the city and try your luck at a different store. Youll be disappointed less.

How you going to tell your customer to look up the item online when you should have an inventory knowing if its available or not

Got a couple plants for the front steps and replacement screen for a bedroom window. No problems finding anything, well layed-out store.

Find someone that works in the department of the item(s) your trying to find. Else youll be lead all over the store. Without any sort of direction

Had a great overall experience today At this home depot, it is good to find employees in the city at home depot that are friendly, courteous and helpful. I have been looking for a Specific rug for a few months, And with the help from the flooring department We were able to find the rug that I was looking for in store. This was incredibly convenient for me. And thanks to Joy, In the self checkout lane, I was able to save $25 off my purchase with her suggestion that I open a home depot Account. Thanks all for your wonderful help!

I had super strict quarantine guidelines to see family for the holidays and the product I needed doesnt do curbside. She brought it to the Pro Desk before I arrived and I was in and out in under 4 minutes. Great service!

50% good. I had to go to five stores today. I wanted keyless entry locks I received no help at the Home Depot in Bloomington. I went to Menards in Richfield worthless - the best selection of locks that I have ever seen. Ten count them 10 employees standing around talking to each other faces down ignoring the customers on a Saturday no help at all. People are looking for jobs. I would think that you could find people anxious to do this kind of work knowledgeable and helpful.

Really disappointed with Home Depot--both corporate and this location. I scheduled a door measurement in order to replace several exterior doors. The contacting company came out and did their measurements, but wouldnt give them to us--they said Home Depot would be in touch regarding next steps (I get it, dont want us to order from a competitor). Never followed up. I then was disconnected from the corporate phone tree three times when trying to call and get information on next steps. Then I called the local store 3 times and was disconnected each time when no one answered in the department they transferred me to. I tried Facebook and its been almost 24 hours without getting a response aside from asking for my order number. On the 4th try to the local store I finally got someone to look up my record and all they said was I couldnt make an order online, I have to come in person. Just a huge waste of time and clearly no cares at all regarding the quality of customer service.

Not a fan of the chain because of their affiliation with Trump and blue lives matter....buuuuuut I cant lie when I say their service was pretty good. Not 5 stars because I was looking for an item, worker said they hadnt had it in over a year, aaaaand I found it about five minutes later in the section I thought itd be in, but they were friendly so there is that.

This is my favorite Home Depot in the metro. Consistently has the supplies I need, always in stock. I love to shop the store for deals too! Staff here are friendly and knowledgeable.

This location has hectic parking because of the vicinity it’s in juxtaposed to other businesses, but it has friendly staff and a large selection. It’s easy to get to off the highway or neighboring city streets.

They are more expensive than Menards but a nice store none the less just wish they were a little cheaper

My wife went to the store today to find a faucet they had a special buy on for $88 and 2 employees seriously searched the store for 30 minutes as the store inventory said they had 1 left in stock. The employees found it in a different area and saved us a ton of cash and for employees to look that hard for something in such a big store says so much about how well they take care of customers. I really appreciate it and we will be back again!

Most things are good but I have two sets of shelving I have to return because they were damaged. Not fun when its 45 min each way.

This is a home Depot. Its pretty much like the other home depots in the cities. They have everything a home depot would expect to have. I have no complaints about this particular home depot.

They had a posted price and when I asked about it and all the sudden it wasn’t the “correct price”. Why do you have that price for if it’s not the correct price? Took it to a different store and they had no problem adjusting the price but from now on I’ll be going to Lowe’s. They had a problem all over 10 cents.

The workers are generally friendly and the store is typically well-stocked. My only complaint is that the app will list something as being in a particular aisle, but then it turns out to be in a totally different aisle.

I can never find employees to answer question in Home Depot.Went in for my first time since covid-19 and I couldnt get away from these two dudes! They were VERY interested in helping me buy air furnaces for the furnace at my rental =)The poor rating is for the poor service and terrible parking lot. Not the overattentive staff =)

Have everything you need, but the employees often need to ask around to other employees to help you find things.

Home depot was just like always with no stock on the shelves and no help to be found. God, I wish that there were still Knox open!
