Satisfied new customer of Premium Waters Mpls. Warehouse. Chippewa Falls spring water is a refreshingly great tasting spring water. The office staff at the Mpls. warehouse bent over backwards to accommodate my needs answer my questions and help get my daughter signed up.You have the option to pick up or have your order delivered. The rates are very reasonable!Give them a call, my sales rep Elizabeth Sheets was phenomenal in every way.

Super frustrated with this company right now.. I loved them at first because the Chippewa water is great and I was using both the on demand hot and cold water every day with the tower rental but then we moved down the street a several months ago. I called right away to give my new my address but it was never updated so never received my bills and havent received water since then. I called months ago to cancel service and have them pick everything up (cooler and extra bottles).. that was the first time.. Next I called and the very helpful and understanding phone specialist, Eli, got all the extra charges off for the water cooler we rented, fixed our address, and rescheduled our pick for the next month with the cooler being free that month, cool! But no, they didnt come the that time either. So now in two days itll be the third time hauling everything back down to the street (second floor apartment) to have them pick it up. Fingers crossed they dont come and I can just keep everything instead??!PS- Thank you SO much for following up and taking all the remaining charges off my account and also for following up with the delivery driver so that hopefully no one will have a similar experience.

We had Premium Waters service for years at Skyline Automotive Inc. (my business at the time). We never had any issues until I noticed that they charged me for a water cooler rental for well over a year, but we never rented one because weve always owned our own cooler. After noticing this, I called and complained, and I even wrote a note asking for a refund for water cooler rental that we never used or needed. Nothing, no refund, no response. Other than that, the service was fine.

It was good at the beginning and then the delivery is always an issue. No one showed up on the delivery date Friday so I had to call the next day because I’m at work before their phone customer service ends at 4:30pm. They scheduled me for Tuesday today and I came home seeing empty water bottles in front of my door. Now I have to call again tomorrow….. endless loop. The worst part is that I was charged on Friday even though I didn’t receive the water at all.

Great product, poor service. I have home delivery and it seems like almost every month there’s an issue. I call, it gets straightened out temporarily then occurs again.

This place sold me a good story about customer service. So I signed up for a water cooler and water delivery. It seemed easy. But the delivery day came and nobody showed up. I didnt get any calls from the company explaining why nobody showed up. And when I called the service rep girl was ride and had a short temper. She didnt care that I paid money for a service I did not receive. I demanded she cancel my service. I called my credit card company to stop any further payments. And PREMIUM WATERS NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY THEY TOOK FROM ME. Avoid this company. But your own water cooler. This company stinks of scam and trouble.

I work here, nothing even remotely bad to say about this place. Friendly Staff, Managers are really understanding and friendly, they actually care about their workers. I started as a temp and they worked with me even though i am really slow. Honestly i could give this place a 10 star to work at and this company a 10 star to work with.

Have had pretty good service over the last 1-2 years with premium waters until they said they were taking the cooler because they had another customer that was higher volume and that they needed the cooler. Whatever I guess. You could have just made up a lie instead of saying that lol.Even if there is a specific order amount the customer must meet (which wasn’t conveyed to at least myself in the very beginning) that is still poor customer service to just straight up take the cooler on short notice and tell them they aren’t high enough volume. There was no offer to even increase order amounts. Your problem made it our problem.

I changed to Premium Waters about two months ago and been very pleased with their service. In our office we have one of their bottled water coolers and a Reverse Osmosis bottle-less water filter. Both are equal or better than our previous vendors product. Premium Waters have been easy to work with and thus far everyone Ive interacted with, from sales to delivery drivers, have been pleasant and very helpful. I recommend Premium Waters to anyone looking to add or change their water (bottled or filtered) needs.

My business uses Premium Waters and the deliveries are fine, but working with their billing department is a nightmare. The person in charge of our accounts billing, Shyanna Cotton, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She charges late fees on invoices that dont have due dates, blames you for her failure to send statements that supposedly have these due dates, and SENDS EMAILS IN ALL CAPS because shes frustrated with questions about billing. We are cancelling our services because of the lack of customer service and professionalism this company employs.
