Gabby was amazing. I came in for my first brazilian at EWC after going to the same lady in my small hometown for almost a year. I was nervous to make a switch to a new place, but leaving today I was actually excited to go back (which is saying something, those waxes arent painless!). Super clean, professional, great small talk and an incredibly fast but careful wax. Gabby went the extra mile by helping me with an ingrown and giving me advice on how to avoid them in the future. 11/10.

Gabby!! Such a delightful, thorough, and charming wax specialist. Ive been to several other European Wax Center locations and this is easily one of the best waxing experiences Ive had. So grateful to have another black wax specialist who makes me feel so comfortable and knows how to handle my kinkier texture.

I had requested a cheek and neck service as per usual. I have a cheek and neck package. Every single time I have went into EWC I have had my service requests completed. This day however, was different. Makayla was my waxer and refused to complete my service. She said that the part of my face that I wanted waxed was considered another service chin costing 14$ and wouldnt be included in my cheek and neck. This was very surprising because no one has ever said the area was park of the chin It was literally about 6 hairs and to me not on my chin. This employee had previously waxed me 3 weeks prior with no issue or request for additional charge of 14$. I brought the discrepancy up to the employee and also the front desk and both just said ok and there was no resolution. I left the business without my full service completed. I just think that was very petty on EWC part to without explanation switch it up. It would be one thing to say hey this time Im going to wax that part of your face but for future visits its actually a separate charge of 14$. Not to literally after two years just switch it up. Also she wasnt friendly at all. I hardly got a hello when I arrived and we didnt speak the entire service. Which really is ok every one is different and might not want to chit chat but I definitely felt awkward. When I was discussing the discrepancy in prices and service she literally just didnt answer me when I talked about her waxing me 3 weeks ago without issue. She just asked if I wanted the after wax serum and I said yes she didnt even put it on the whole area that she actually waxed and that was it. No thank you no goodbye just so rude!! Poor service and I wont be returning whatsoever.

I had such a great experience with my Brazilian. After going to a different center in Minnetonka, it couldn’t compare. Stadium Village really knows how to work with curly and thick hair. I am definitely coming back for my next wax!

I’ve had Brazilians from several lovely ladies and all were great experiences. Always professional, and genuinely just such kind people.What inspired me to write this review is the great customer service getting my membership canceled. I am just looking to cut expenses right now, but was dreading cutting the red tape to get canceled because so many other companies make their memberships so difficult to cancel. This was not the case here. There was no red tape or hassle getting my membership canceled and they communicated with me so incredibly well and quickly and even called to confirm when complete. Really impressed!!!

The only reason Im giving 3 stars is because Selma did my first waxing and was amazing but my most recent visit with Tasia was garbage and I would honestly give her 0 stars if I could. Im not sure if its because I was the last appointment of the day but she did a terrible job. After attempting to wax my brows she offered to tweeze them because she didnt want to wax them again I guess .. ? They were horribly uneven and I actually had to go spend more money at a different place to get them fixed. I was highly disappointed spending that much money for such a pathetic job. European Wax Center provides consistently provides fast, professional service. The services is a bit pricy but worth it; they use high quality wax and get the job done right quickly. The entrance to the building is warm and welcoming. The rooms and tables are sterile-looking like a doctors office. The counters and supplies are well-kept. Each of these puts me at ease and makes it feel like the service and room is clean. Convenient location for students on campus but limited parking. Friendly staff.

Ask for Tricia, literally the most patient and informative person ever. Got a back wax prior to going on vacation, wanted to feel comfortable at the beach and so forth. Referred by a friend, but as a guy not knowing anything about my first time wax experience, she answered all my questions about sun exposure, working out afterword, etc. I will definitely be back, Tricia was very professional.

Ive been going to see Selma for almost a year now and Ive got to say shes the best at this location. Before I decided to keep rebooking with her I saw a few different girls for Brazilians, just trying to find someone I liked, and none of them were as precise and efficient as she is. Shes also really fun to talk to which played a huge part in why I became a returning client for her.

Getting waxed for the first time is really scary, but KC at European Wax Center made it so much easier. Shes very knowledgeable, and will answer your questions as well as give you answers to things you didnt even think to ask. Shes also great at making you feel comfortable, which is no easy task when your naked from the waist down on a table in the butterfly position! Their products are also really nice. I have their body wash and I absolutely love it.

Recently visited this location prior to going on vacation. I spoke to Callie on the phone who was able to schedule me last minuet, which was so helpful! Selma was very thorough with the wax process and very gentle. I highly recommend seeing her, especially if it is your first time waxing! Also, the serum is AMAZING! I have sensitive skin and it works wonders for me!

I have been seeing Choua for three almost four years now for my brows. I followed her from her previous Vadnais Heights location. She is still so personable and can carry a great conversation. She always does an amazing job i would highly recommend her.

I had a horrible first Brazilian wax experience here. The woman put burning hot wax on me and I told her the temperature was too hot and she said that was the lowest temp it goes. She appeared very angry with me in her facial expressions and throughout the remainder of the waxing experience after i commented on that. It was not enjoyable by any means. I was also suppose to get my legs waxed and it hurt so badly on the first pull i told her to stop doing it. I had screeched a little bit in my voice due to the pain of the hot wax and hard pull and she told me I needed to stop doing that because there was other clients in the building. I was disappointed for my first experience.

I recently moved to the area and decided to give the Stadium Village location a try since I’ve been to other European Wax Centers. My service with Hannah was quick and as painless as possible and the manager was informative and not pushy about the package I decided to purchase! Would without a doubt recommend family and friends to this location.

KC is the best!! I always book with her for my bikini/brazilian waxes. She keeps me distracted by talking to me the entire time so that the service goes by as quickly as possible. She is gentle and quick and knows what shes doing. Ive had other waxing services that were just awkward and anxiety filled, but KC does her best to make everything as comfortable as possible! Definitely book an appointment with KC if you want a great waxing experience.

I have been seeing Simone for over a year, and she is always personable, professional and prompt. I get excellent service with wonderful conversation, and Simone truly cares about my waxing needs. There is an EWC closer to my home, but my daughters and I have found nothing but professional, courteous and meticulous service by working with SIMONE at this location. The drive is worth the time, talent and personal attention. My young daughter wont allow anyone else to touch her brows; I wont either.

I have been getting waxed by Choua for about two years now, and she is the best! Getting waxed can be extremely awkward and painful depending on how sensitive you are but Choua always makes me feel comfortable! She talks to you the whole time to feel comfortable and distract you from the pain! I have followed Choua to her new location even though the drive is longer but I cant bring myself to get a new waxer. I have tried many different waxers but I will never see anyone but Choua anymore! She is the best!I would highly recommend to anyone to go with Choua! I have many co workers that have gone to she Choua, no complaints ever!

I had probably way too many questions and the manager Mckenzie was really nice and answered them all for me. She was super helpful. I had a wax with Abby last weekend, and she completely changed my previous opinion about European Wax Center’s hard wax (I didn’t like the wax I got in the DTLA location last year), PLUS she was a damn PRO! No sticky residue, She tweezed any stragglers, No ingrown hairs, little to no aftercare needed (rare for me), and she was quick, hilarious and fun to talk to. She was also thorough— which not all estheticians feel comfortable with. Hands down, I found my Brazilian wax spot in the twin cities.Abby mentioned that everyone at this location is efficient and thorough like her, soI don’t doubt you’ll be taken care of.Previously, I was a big fan of sugaring when I lived in LA, but couldn’t find a spot near my place here in Minneapolis... but after trying EWC our again, I won’t be going anywhere else.

I hadnt been to this location in awhile and the staff had changed completely. I was a little nervous to have a new esthetician, but Carma changed that quickly. She was very welcoming and friendly. I brought a friend with for her first wax and she was more nervous than me (she had a different esthetician). When we were finished, my friend booked with Carma! She could hear us laughing in the other room during her wax and wasnt having the greatest of experiences, but I know she will be satisfied with Carmas service when she returns. She took her time, paid attention to my wants/needs, and made sure I was comfortable (which was the most important part). Ill be returning for sure!

European Wax Center is AMAZING. I have been a customer for almost 4 years now – I had checked out a few different salons before being referred to EWC but never loved he service at any of them. After my first visit here, I never wanted to go anywhere else. The customer service and scheduling flexibility is amazing here, too. Very nice and clean, and everyone is friendly. But my favorite part about EWC is Simone!!!!! I was randomly scheduled with her a few years back, and I literally havent wanted anyone to touch my eyebrows ever since. Shes like my soul sister!
