Staff lacks any knowledgeable. Cashier couldnt figure a simple part look up out or even ring up some fuilds correctly. Over charged me for coolant and some how one of the bottled ended up as a deposit. I doubt Ill be able to get the rebate for both items now. If I bring the empty bottle back do I get my deposit? Update: I guess it doesnt matter because the rebate isnt valid. The rebate sign is 5 months old🤬🤯

The service is always good. The Lady Christine that helped me today was polite and helpful and definitely went above and beyond to find the parts I needed

We went in to get a new 12 volt battery for our 2014 Volt. A young woman was very helpful, found the battery quickly, explained about the core return, AND carried the battery out to our car! Ill be going back when I need something else.

Worst customer service ever. Left and got my stuff from auto zone. One of cashiers whose name starts with Ogr was responsible for my bad customer service. I believe something that happened before I arrived that set him off. The other cashiers heard everything.

Kind of irritated Ive been here twice now the second time being my own fault after freaking 8 and it says theyre open till 9 I wish they would correct their hours so I quit freaking made the mistake of coming here when theyre closed

They dont have the par what Im looking for and they dont want to change a part with out of receipt., When you buy something they said just give you number and without receipt we exchange but they dont

Great experience - purchased a new car battery online (can always find 25% off not looking too hard) and picked it up yesterday at the store. Yeah, I choose a day it was snowing pretty good, but they gave me no fret and installation was super quick. Definitely recommend!

We were in town this weekend for a family wedding and of course our battery died in the parking garage at our hotel. After Roadside Assist from Hartford Insurance we got it charged and off to find a new battery at 7am on a holiday weekend. We found Advanced Auto on East Lake and I think his name may have been Bruce, helped check the battery, alternator and installed the new battery. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! Thank you Bruce ( hope that’s the right name!) you made our day and helped make a frustrating holiday by improving our faith that good people still exist!

I work at a local auto shop and I have received the best service I have ever received from Advanced due to Eric! We have had numerous issues receiving the right parts in the past and Eric did his job properly and MADE SURE he was sending us the right part and even went to the dealership for us. Good service

The store feels understaffed. I was second in line for about 10 minutes. One employee was busy at the register with a customer but the other one started assisting multiple people that arrived to the line later (I dont blame the employee though. He seemed stressed out. I just think there should be more employees assisting customers). Also, employees were not wearing face coverings and I didnt even notice signs instructing people to wear a face covering.

Every time I order something and after an hour I go pick up it never was ready when I got there. Also on several occasions probably more than 50% of the time, when I go pick up my order some item wasnt available but it clearly show that its in stock, manager always making excuses saying that the inventory and the distributor way way down south made a mistake. Youre a professional auto parts store, be professional.
