This was my 4th time at Vidal. They are honest and provide good service at a fair price. Today was suspension (several items), brake repair, two new tires. I listed all four times above. They were busy today but got it done on time.

They were very kind,my daughter in law, had seizure while driving, we had just left the car wash next door, they flew to the resuce and did everything they could to help, including bringing us to there shop to use bathroom and allowed us to wait inside there shop till help arrived. Much❤️❤️❤️🙏❤️🙏

A little late but was informed that it was going to take a while due to staff taking time off. They were honest considering I went in for a misfire on cylinder 5 and I was assuming it would be a fuel injector but it turns out it was just a loose spark plug wire. Definitely recommend.

I do a little bit of work on my car like changing oil, but for other work I take my car to Vidal Auto. With enough base knowledge, I know that this auto shop has always been honest with me and looking out for my best interest. The staff is polite towards customers and they have strong values to provide the best service. I recommend this shop.

Very friendly staff. Better yet was the service. Great service, the mechanics brought me back to were the car was a showed me what was happening with the car. And for the guy before me, I heard the mechanic told him how they were able to solved the issued without doing something else saving him more $$$. This team seems sincere and very professional.

Didnt fix everything they said. yet charged me. Offered to REPLACE a part that costs about 12$ and charge me 83$

After the first snowy day this past winter I realized how badly I needed new tires. I picked this shop on a whim; they got me in and out in no time at all. Since then Ive come back for a few different things and its consistently been good. The staff there seems to genuinely care about what theyre doing and knowledgable without talking down to you, taking the time to explain any problems theyve found or solutions theyre considering. Time efficient for the most part and really explaining everything to you as it happens. Truly appreciate the work done and hope to keep supporting this local small business. Definitely recommend.

The shop is right by my house and due to the good location and waiting to support my local business.I gave them a shot they are great they game me a estimate over the phone and the actual fix was half! What honest people and they went though the hole truck and told me what needs to be done I look forward to working with them in the future!

Great service! Fast, friendly & professional.

I was in the Twin Cities area for the day and my check engine light came on. I stopped at Vidal Auto Service, explained my situation and within 10 mins they checked my Suburbans code and the coil misfired. They asked me to bring it back on Monday for further testing. I told them I wouldn’t be in the coties. I asked how much I owed them and the Manager said nothing. Not too many places that would say that anymore!! Great service, friendly!! Thank you!!!
