I had to go use the pay bill features. Went in, felt safe. Fairly clean. The lady who served me was very efficient, nice, professional, fast. I appreciated this experience ! I recommend it !

Needed to drop off a UPS package for a return. I was in an out in less than a minute — if even that. Exceedingly happy with how simple they made this.

I enjoyed having to come here for amazon packages. I wouldve never gone in otherwise, but Im glad I had to, in a weird way. Thumbs up Dai Loi.

It is a very convenient place to pick up UPS packages and Ive never had a problem with customer service there. I get packages from work (and Amazon) a lot and have picked up 100+ times here. Not a single problem.

Never had issues with picking up packages from Dai Loi. The lady there was super nice.I think people need to understand that there is not only LANGUAGE differences but also CULTURAL differences.Don’t give her a poor rating because you take how she treats you as rude when there’s a language barrier.

Really dislike that UPS would choose an access point that closes before 7 on weekdays.That said, the staff member that let me pick up my package 5 minutes after closing is a blessing and today they get 5 stars.

Ive never actually been here for anything else but the convenient UPS pick up location if my packages dont get delivered.
