I really enjoy this location and never have too many problems. I called them last weekend to see if Im able to bring in a bouquet for my upcoming wedding to find the perfect greenery to fill them up better, and they said that its not an issue. So, thats a plus!But if you do go in for greenery, I recommend going on a Tuesday or Wednesday because thats when they restock it all. I went in today and there was VERY limited stock available so I was kind of sad, but Ill be back within the next few days since they get their truck on Mondays.

This is a great Michaels. The employees are helpful and friendly, and they have a good stock of everything you need. The store is clean and organized. Great sales, good deals. I would definitely recommend becoming a member of their rewards program so you can take advantage of the coupons!

I go here all the time to pick up painting supplies and all the employees are very friendly and helpful. Recently I went in to get custom framing for an art piece and Maddie was amazing!! she walked me through everything and what all of my options were and was so helpful. highly recommend if you need something framed or just to pick up some art supplies.

Michaels reliably stocks a fairly wide range of mid-tier craft supplies at good prices. Its my go-to place for basic crafting.

Bought some pillows for my car. Got 70% off. Pretty Good deal. If you wanna shop for crafting, knitting or sewing they got stuff available there too they sell pretty much decoration for the house.

Out of state friends refused to go into this store after learning what they done to the black teenager looking for a job. Its pretty sad, my friends and I love to go to craft stores, but when race becomes a factor in how youre treated, it can be scary to even walk into the store..

Ive gone to this location a few times and I have to say the staff are wonderful and knowledgeable about all the products and aisles were to find such products and they dont harass you they let you do your shopping on your own time and only ask for assistance if you wave to get their attention wonderful place to go I highly suggest this location any other Michaels does not compare

Good paper selections, and your standard art and craft materials. I like that its open a few hours later than other joints in the city.I wish there were more quality papers for lettering and the craft storage has been lacking lately but I still think its solid and accessible.

Pretty nice, the deals on canvas packs are really good for beginning painters (like myself)-1 star for all of the paint colors missing had to go to the target next door for a few of the colors I wanted.

My opinion may be different from others, but I love the fact that nobody tried to help me. I have a real problem, in stores like Michaels, with buying stuff that I dont necessarily need. If anybody would have tried to upsell me I would have bought it all and ended up being very angry. So, quiet night w/no one bugging me. And the cashier was very friendly. We talked about Twix bars.😂

The older woman with the pony tail and glasses is so rude.. went to pick up my in store pick up and she was just so rude, and mean to the young employee that I think was new. Pretty sure she was a manager too. Smh.

I went in this store specifically to purchase fabric which the website shows many different kinds. After looking and not finding, I went to the front desk to ask. Two you g women were there and I asked if any of the Michaels stores had fabric. One said No, we dont carry that anymore. I asked another question but the two were too busy talking to one another to ask. Poor, poor customer service. Michaels need to remove fabric from the website if they are not going ggv to carry it!

I used their customized framing services by Aaron Brothers and I am so happy with the service and quality of product I received! I had never used this service before so I was a little nervous on picking out the right frame and mat (It was a rather large painting and I was giving it as a gift.) The sales associate made excellent suggestions and was very patient in letting me play around with all the different options. The end product was beautiful, completed on time, and showed excellent craftsmanship. I am impressed and definitely recommend their services!

No one ever knows anything about anything here because that person in that department only works early in the morning. Stop Stop selling. Things that you dont know anything about. If you guys sell crickets. Get someone in there that can answer questions about it and dont say well they only work in the morning. They only work two or three days a week bullcrap. Get it together! I hate store And I will not be going back to this particular one.

Lots of crafty things in this store. Staff was very nice and personable. Great place for folks who have a creative side they want to develop! Not that keen on Michaels sales and coupon strategy but fun store to browse.

The store was clean and well kept. Our cashier was very friendly and worked quickly. We were able to find everything we needed (and then some). Ill be coming back to this location for sure. Nice thing is theres almost always a sale going on. Definitely sign up for the rewards program! Not too many emails.

Michaels at the Quarry NE Mpls? Go somewhere else. None of the staff (that Ive asked for something) have been at all helpful. 2 out of 3 acted as if I was asking for the moon. I get the impression they are a bit arrogant - so... I decided I would not go there again & actually returned everything I purchased. The thing that pushed me over the top was not being asked if I wanted a bag. They gave me one and charged me for it. Had they asked I would have said NO. A mere 3 small items I can deal with.Now with COVID, Cub Foods suspended bag charges, but not greedy Michaels?

For me, Michaels is a pretty overwhelming place to visit unless I have a list of things to get. Theres just so much cool stuff to look at and buy! I recently went here for yarn and they have so much variety with fun colors and textures- everyone can find something. I love all of the coupons they offer members because they are super convenient when I have to shop here. A great craft store!

Ah ya this is a Michaels? You know what youre going to get if you walk into one of these stores. If you need a google review to sway your opinion of whether or not you are going to visit this Michaels, then you shouldnt be going to Michaels. Youre going here to get a ball of yarn, glitter, on sale Xmas decorations, and some watercolor paper, because its the closest and only place to get all of it at once. And everything is on sale. Always.

I love Michaels, so it breaks my heart to have to say this, but I have consistently had poor customer service at this location. I come in with an idea of what Im looking for and ask for assistance in finding it. Without fail, every associate I speak to brings me to a single shelf and then tells me its not here so we dont have it and leave me. With 10-15 minutes of searching in the area they lead me to, I am able to find no less than three similar options.This is time I would hope to save by an associate taking a couple minutes to ask me questions about what Im looking for to help narrow it down instead of assuming what I want and then telling me its not there.So basically, I always leave with what I need after an excess of time spent fumbling around the store with no assistance whatsoever. Its very disappointing.

They are always clean and well run. I needed hemming tape and clear colored Velcro. They had what I needed and that was good. There staffing wasnt much help but I dont think I knew how many varieties of Velcro there where until I got there either. Also, I looked around for awhile and was surprised to see the amount of hobby, art and craft supplies. The whole time I was thinking they should advertise this more. Theyre really quite the resource if you are into sketching, painting, beading... Seriously. If you are artsy check them out, I was surprised.

Michaels is a good store for affordable creating supplies and decor. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, and the store is will kept and very well presented.

I always like this Michaels. Its not ghetto and it has a lot of varieties to choose from. The cashiers are nice too, not so sure about the ones on the floor. They never say hi.

Help was available when I needed it. Semi-clearance sale going on now, but most clearance items were gone when we went. Good deals overall.

The store is always well stocked. The only thing I did not like was there were permanent markers on the same end cap as the paint markers so I had to return to the store for an exchange. I failed to be very observant and am ultimately happy with this store in general.

Most especially worthy of mention: Christine, one of the supervisors, is adored by the staff - and with good reason. One of those angelic types, pleasant as all get-out, and so eager to please all her customers. A gal who is willing to roll up her sleeves for all her employees. Shes a gem. Lovely store. Seems evrey week they have gerat coupons/specials. Betcha youll be able to use em.

Bought many rolls of Washi tapes for my daughter during the summer sales. Most of the tapes are really colourful and beautiful.

The essential Michaels experience in a compact design. As one who loves efficient space usage, I really loved this Michaels store in particular.

What craft supplies dont they have?! If only I was an old grandparent or someone with much more time, Id spend a lot more time and money here. Great store, great staff, constant deals. Become a member for constant offers, its good!
