Very busy today. Items too crammed together to be able to enjoy shopping. Maybe having less people allowed in at a time. Lots of great items, many were priced higher than I would expect based on other antique stores/shops.
Cutest shop! The owner was so lovely to chat with and made the whole experience fun. I cant wait to return.
It didnt feel good to be in, like junky & cluttered & I didnt understand the ratings, it was unappealing.
One of my favorite vintage shops on the Minnehaha Mile! Full of eclectic home items and tons of Pyrex, Turquoise also has vintage apparel, decorations, and records to peruse and purchase.
Always an eclectic mix of interesting items. Ive never been in here when I couldnt find something to buy!
The person who owns the shop is so sweet and lovely! The shop itself has lots of beautiful vintage items from clothes, lamps, postcards, and (of course) new and old Pyrex. If you like antiques and need to spruce up your walls or kitchen- this is a perfect place to get your items.
Was cruising around Minneapolis(im from out of town) and saw this place and stopped by. Was one of the best vintage stores ive been to, they have a ton of vintage radios/alarms/record players which most vintage stores dont have. I ended up buying a beautiful shelf and could not be happier. If im ever back in Minneapolis Ill have to stop by again!
Absolutely wonderful vintage shop with anything you can think of and things you didnt even know you wanted!!
Hiawatha Avenue in the Longfellow neighborhood is teeming with great antique stores. Turquoise Village is a fairly well organized and affordable merchant. This place has the market cornered on Pyrex and other kitchen wares.. Great selection of everything and anything that you could possibly want. This isnt just an antique store, but in essence a museum in its own right. On site owner was very knowledgable, personable and welcoming. Finally a store that makes me feel like a treasure instead of just a senior man.
Not impressed, but Id check it out another time. Going through their vinyl collection, I noticed that Ive seen the same records in different shops for cheaper, for example, they were selling a pretenders album for I think 12 and I found mine at the mall of saint paul for 7. Just not my sort of thing I guess.
I love this place! The owner Toni along with her staff (most of which are family) have taken a small space and packed it full of goodies that could take days to look at. From clothes to toys to TONS of kitchen wares, this place is a retro lovers dream.
FANTASTIC selection of reasonably priced vintage items. There Pyrex collection is absolutely astonishing. They have every piece in every color you can imagine.
Great store and customer service!
Great vintage shop in Minneapolis. They have lots of unique retro pieces and probably have that pyrex piece you have been looking for.
It is virtually impossible to leave this gem of a store without finding a retro treasure or two to take home. Highly recommend!
AS A COLLECTOR OF VINTAGE PYREX GLASS, THIS SHOP HAS SOME OF THE BEST...MY FAVORITE IS THE LUCKY IN LOVE PYREX PATTERN FROM 1959...THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO FIND MANY ANTIQUE COLLECTIBLES. ..
Very friendly owner and lots of unique things
Lovely place. Amazing customer service. Claire is lovely.
This place does not deserve this one star, but I couldnt review without rating.I have never been treated so poorly in what is supposed to be a welcoming, community atmosphere. The owner, Toni is extremely rude, and I wouldnt be surprised if this place is closed in a month. Overpriced garbage she probably picked up from Junk it.
A place where you can find authentic vintage variety of things from toys to clothing.
The most friendly staff and the most unique products.
Great variety retro and vintage. Fun.
A blast from the past. A lot of good buys to be had.
Great selection and variety. Lots of nice pyrex
If youre looking for vintage unique collectibles at fair prices this is the place to be.
Lots to see, good prices and the owner is great!
A really great antique store with some awesome finds in it. This store also has a large selection of Pyrex, the owner collects it.
Dont miss this shop :) fun little Shopping experience from the time we walk in the door we are treated with kindness & good customer service, even when it gets busy.
Nice assortment of period pieces. Dont expect modest pricing - asks are at the top end of the market.
Super cute. Great pyrex selection and the prices are decent.
Lots of interesting stuff to buy. Friendly service.
Awesome store with tons to see. Its a trip down memory lane, for sure.
Love this store! always something I can find here!
Corning ware heaven.
Amazing store and extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff
Friendly staff, a wide variety of vintage items. A very large nice collection of pyrex in assorted styles and colors.
Best place in town for us mid-lifers aka Baby Boomers. Brings me back and makes me smile.
Overpriced junk. If you like paying $80 for a dish you could find in your moms kitchen, by all means, shop here.
Is Good place for vintage stuff
Great place for the pyrx lover
They have a lot of things to choose from!
Came down here with my dad. Got here on a Monday morning at 11:00. Waited half an hour and left because no one was there.
A little bit pricey
The place to go for Pyrex!
