I recently went to Crystal Coin & Collectibles to sell several boxes of coins and stamps my late brother accumulated. I figured about 80-90% would either be worthless or of little real value.I was very pleased with the service I received. He took his time to evaluate everything I brought in and we settled on a price for the items that clearly had some value.I highly recommend this store for their professionalism, courtesy and quality selection.

I would say probably the most reputable coin shop around in the northwest suburbs in the Minneapolis area.The owner is fair, informs you of the coins you have if youre not sure, and shows you up-to-date catalog prices and values and will give you a fair cut of the catalog price. Many beginners our first timers believe when they see a catalog price on a coin, or coins, thats the price theyre going to get. Well thats the price of the dealer selling for course the need to make money too. so if you got coins to sell, hes the man if you got coins to sell or looking for some coins yourself,This is the place. Small but very personal shop, all around great Coin & collectible shop!

Absolutely no interest in customer care or service. I will take my business elsewhere. There is no way that I accept a snot nosed kid knowing all that much about coins. Very limited selection. Creepy place of business. Arrogance abounds here. I cant imagine how this place stays in business!@

Tried to rip me off. Physical silver is almost impossible to find without $10+ premiums. Huge markup on junk Morgans: offered $20 for cull pre-21s but sells junk at $40, including a slick 21. Condescending, and said Morgans arent affected by spot price. I can only speak about silver, but the service was bad. Shop around! Almost left one star, but service in the past wasnt bad at all.

My other review disappeared. The owners are a mom and pop business. I requested a series of silver dollars to complete a collection - not only did they get it, they gave me a nice presentation book. The hours sometimes change, but the owners provide their personal cell numbers if you need to reach them after hours. They have been in business for many years. I feel like I was treated fairly and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

Good people to work with. Very knowledgeable and we felt we were given a fair price along with explanations on what coins were more valued than others. Mike and his wife are wonderful to work with. Well be recommending this place to others.

Super awesome place. I was really impressed with there prices for there collectible coins and I got 16 very gently used coin albums for 24$ super stoked to start fillinem up :D

I wouldn’t sell this guy anything Cheated me out of some silver and gold and some stones and told me that I didn’t have valuable Stamps that he gives them to kids and I have very valuable stamps Estimated in the thousands

The owner is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. His prices are fair and his honesty when selling to him is a welcome change from todays norm. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy merchant.

I tried stopping by during business hours as posted on Google and their website but couldnt access the building much less access their shop. I wish I would have knownn this before leaving Saint Paul. Whats even more frustrating is the sign on the building door that says crystal coin is open please wear a mask in. So its like they are taunting you. I wont be coming back.

Nice guy, very informative. Neat little shop. However, he didnt have much in the way of silver like I hoped. Probably got taken a bit on it as well.

Ive sold some silver Ive found here and he gave me a good deal for what I was selling but this guy wasnt exactly a peach to work with for the fantastic hours this guy works would expect a bit happier of a collector

I have tried three times to go to this store during their posted open hours, each time they were closed. Dont waste your time going here, they are never open.
