Had my windows done 4 years ago, but look what Im dealing with, bc cheap lining they use for hinges, all stain orange and looks corroded! Really look better in data base!!!

Highly recommend Wendel Home Center. We just had our first experience with this company. Very impressed and very happy. We used them for an aluminum awning job over a front porch. We wanted to coordinate the support columns for the awning with the porch railing, which made the job slightly more complicated in terms of coordination of product and installation. Wendel was excellent to work with at each step of the planning, contracting, and installation. They are truly a customer-focused company. My wife and I were extremely happy with the recent experience with Wendel Home Center. This family run & owned business exceeded all expectations. We had a 12’x33’ aluminum awning with skylights installed over the patio and it’s amazing!! No more issues with rain or extreme sun ruining a party. We also had all new Provia windows installed that look awesome and operate with ease. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with including Bobby, Gary, Diane, and Anna. The installation team of Francisco & Miguel, Arturo & Gabriel were great. They all were nice, neat, respected our home, & did an incredible job. We have received many compliments & will highly recommend them to all.

He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I am not sure of the rest of the specialist since we only dealt with Stephen. Five stars for Stephen 👍

They started the work a little later than expected, but in all fairness its summer time and they are extremely busy. That being said....our home looks absolutely incredible!!!! The crews were top notch professionals that did an exceptional job. My wife and I could not be happier. Wendel is our new home improvement contractor and would recommend them to anyone. It looks like we have a brand new home. Window and siding installs are neat, clean caulk runs, all vents and gutters clean. Exceptional!!! Dont go anywhere else....worth the wait...quality always trumps quantity. Thank you Wendel!!!

I got a retractable awning installed. The salesman was very professional and the crew who installed it as well. Prices are a bit on the high end but the work and materials are insured for 12 years. You get what you pay for. Im a Satisfied customer. Thanks Wendel Home Center

I just wanted to say thank you to the entire Wendel Home Center Team. The showroom was like a candy store, the salesman was great, gave us the details, and the pros and cons on each product, and actually talked me out of doing something I thought was a good idea, which on reflection, really was an impractical approach. They never tried to oversell, but carefully listened to our needs, wants, and budget. The installers were prompt on arrival and cleaned up after themselves each day upon departure. They were all very polite and professional. We continually get complements on our Siding, Doors and Windows. If we were outside, many a passing neighbor, dog walker, or random stranger would mention how nice everything looked. It has been two months, and we are still thrilled with the job. While the work was being done, I had been so satisfied, I ended up treating myself to a small enclosed back porch with screens and vinyl windows - I use it every single morning to enjoy a book and my breakfast. Best purchase ever!

Company has a great deal of integrity. Had a siding job done - a couple of minor issues came up during installation. You measure a companys worth not by how they respond when everything goes perfect, but by how they respond when there is a problem. And they handled it perfectly. Dealt with Gary - a real gentleman - no hard sell, knows his product and made sure all timetables discussed were adhered to. I was very happy with the price and product. Would definitely use again

Bought a new storm and entrance door, both were made by provia. paid 6 grand for storm and entrance door. my problem is i close the door pretty sternly it closes, and with my hand i have to push hard the door again to close the dead bolt which i shouldnt have to. Called anna from wendel home center sent same guy with big chip on his shoulder he screwed 3 longer screws on inside hinges, it didnt do nothing. I called anna from wended said she would get back to me, well its been about 6 months now and still having big problems. Folks everything looks beautiful but wendel customer service is horrible cause once they have your money you will never see them again, and anna is as phony as a 6 dollar bill, dont shop there u will be sorry if there were no stars it would be a big fat 0

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND UNETHICAL!!!! I recently went in looking for a front door. I was shopping around looking at the different brands and comparing the door quality. When I spoke to the blonde sales girl and told her how we were renovating our home and working with a contractor, she immediately blew me off because I would not buy a door from her. She was so rude. I asked her ok but can you please explain to me why A Provia brand door would be better that the other brands. And she said Im sorry I cant help you. If your an authorized vendor of a specific brand you sure can help me by informing me!! Its the first time I am remodeling a home and I am new to this. She could of given me some information and could of been curtious while doing it. My family has a local business in the area and we will never use them!!
