There is many things wrong with this business. First off after I got into my accident, I needed to tow from Garden City to Mineola… their shop was the shop that towed my car. They charged me $515 and the owner refused to let me go in my car to grab my personal belongings. I had to contact the police to get into my car over the weekend. Lastly, as I was moving my car out of the shop because I did not want them working on my car, the owner was moving my car off the tow truck and proceeded to damage my car even more, running over my front driver side tire. The car may have not been totaled before this occurred, but after the thief of a owner moved it off the lift it was most definitely totaled. I would not recommend anybody using this business unless you want your car to get even more screwed up. Attached you will see before and after pictures. Never use them!

I made changes to my review it seems they do good body work but do shady practices in a time where young people pay close attention to reviews in my situation i bought my car originally with a right cracked mirror and changed it myself they added a non Honda mirror and stole my OEM part I posted pictures of when i originally bought my mirror 2017 on my car purchase and a picture of what the inside of the mirror looked like at the time and backing plate, they went through the effort to add a broken mirror and steal my part when all i needed was a fender and front bumper change It’s sad that the owner Douglas does these practices as his shop does do good work now his decent work is overlooked by dirty practicesAs a young 21 year old looking out for everyone my age group it is not wise to be serviced by a place that cannot be trusted especially in a time where cost of living is outrageous

Owner is a total scammer and wildly unprofessional, do not use this place. Lied about pricing and when speaking to the auto body shops in the area he was a known thief. Additionally, the owner was charged with multiple counts of larceny and fraud. Would give 0 stars if possible.

These are likely why this place has any reviews in the first place. You have to pick a star in order to complete a review. This place is a complete and total sham. I know that the auto world is a shady world by nature but this guy takes it to a whole new level. All the kept asking was do you have full coverage do you have collision on the car Once they found out there was insurance they turned the faucet on and tried to bleed my insurance company. They billed for road clean up - I CLEANED UP THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT MYSELF - They claim to have put something down on the road to clean up the fluids that spilled following the accident - THEY DID NOT DO THIS EITHER AS THE STAIN IS STILL THERE!!!!!!! - He knows the game and plays it in his favor. A real piece of work.GOOD LUCK OUT THERE - DO NOT - DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

What a lousy service this scammer car shop has like none for towing my car. I do not recommend this workshop for anything depressing above the price advertised by his truck sign. Worse of the worse

Leaving work my car was hit and I was taken to the hospital. When I found out where my car was the Geico rep told me to leave it there until I received a estimate. By the time I received a estimate they were already fixing my car. After fixing my car which too well over the estimated time, I had to return 4 times. 3 because my window kept falling and once because they forgot to put a screw in my hood. Driving down the street I could see the hood flapping up and down. Doug the owner made me pay out of pocket for a mistake they had done. Not before holding my car hostage when I refused to pay for something that was suppose to be fixed and wasn’t. I had to call the police to come to the shop so that I could pay and receive my car back.I would never under any circumstances go back there. When your car is in a accident you have a write to choose. They gave me no choice two months after my accident I was still returning to the shop for repairs that should have been fixed or should not have been in the first place.The workers are not certified he is and he does t fix cars they do. He had the painter assembling my door with the window. He told me his self that that wasn’t his job. The man that fixed my hood just kept apologizing because he said he was handling too many jobs and forgot...Do not go here

They do a great job always

After being involved in an accident Mineola Jericho A/B towed my car to their shop. They helped me with reporting my claim to my insurance company, helped arrange for a car rental and brought me down to the agency. Everything was handled professionally and treated me and my vehicle as if we were family.All of the work was done quicker than the insurance company had estimated. The car looked as good as new. It also came back clean and all of the repair work was backed by Mineola Jerichos lifetime guarantee.Prior to this accident I would not and did not know who to call but now I know to call Mineola Jericho Auto Body and I have already recommended a friend (who was also very happy with her vehicle repairs). Thanks to Doug and Lucy for all of your help and hard work.

About a week ago I was involved in a collision. I had my car towed to the nearest auto-body shop (Mineola-Jericho Autobody) as I was unsure how things were going to proceed. A week later, my insurance company had finally gotten back to me and we were ready to move the car to one of my insurers shops.Thats when things got interesting.Doug, the owner of Mineola-Jericho Autobody, first told me over the phone that I was wasting his time and that this wasnt how [he] did business. He said that in order for them to release my car, he would need a copy of my drivers license, registration, AND a notarized letter.I provided these items to his secretary. Then, once I left, Doug began to harass the tow truck driver who came to take my car, apparently saying he had been fixing my cars for years and that they were stealing his customer. To reiterate, this is my first (and last) dealing with Mineola-Jericho Autobody.
