No qualms used office furniture at a fraction of the cost of new. LOVED the old dude swearing like a sailor, schmoozing someone on the the phone the entire time I was there. There were also just occupied random cubicles amongst all the model office setups.

I got through most of Covid without my Herman Miller Aeron chair for my home office, but when I couldnt stand it any longer, I started shopping. Office Furniture Resources was a bit far from home, but they had a great selection, and very helpful staff who showed me each model and the various features. So nice to shop with knowledgeable staff! I got exaclty the office chair I wanted and will go back to check out some of the other furumiture I saw - lots of modern brea room furniture, bar stools, and accents that might beef up my home office and home.

Ive always felt welcome everytime I go to this store. The sales people always are helpful, tries to help meet my needs, communicate effectively with me, and sells items at reasonable prices for me. Also, they replied to my emails promptly and so quickly which I didnt expect. Overall, their customer services exceeds my expectations. The only negative thing is that some of the furniture prices are too high which I could not afford. So again, kudos to the workers there! Ill come back again in the future.

I just moved into a new 800 square foot office from a 110 square foot office suite and needed chairs for a conference table. The challenge for me was that my budget was pretty much used up and office chairs are expensive. I found OFR and they were amazing. Mackenzie was so helpful and kind and I was able to outfit my office with 8 high quality chairs for a few hundred dollars. You cant beat the prices or selection!

I had been buying office furniture for my start up office on craigslist a piece at a time. I decided to check this place out after hearing about it through a friend. I found just what I needed and the staff were very helpful. The sales people were knowledgeable, not pushy and seemed to genuinely enjoy working for their employer. Ill be checking this place first from now on before doing the craigslist shuffle.

I should have known better. I stopped in on a Saturday walked thru the whole store and was never acknowledged. Walked out came back a week later to purchase 2 file cabinets. We agreed that we would pick them up but it would be a few days as we were remodeling our office. We went to the store and picked up 1 cabinet as we just could not take them both at the same time. When we did get the second cabinet got it back to the office and it was the wrong one. I called Melissa and told her the problem she told me she would check into it and get back to me. I also e-mailed her photos of the cabinets that I did have. Did not hear anything back and I had to call her again. She said to me oh Im glad you called I didnt have your number. (It was in the e-mail). She told me she could not find my file. She also told me that she did not have another cabinet like the one I purchased. I agreed to settle for another cabinet like the 2nd one that I got and she agreed to deliver it. That cabinet came and again it was wrong. I sent it back. So here we go again. she then sends me photos of some cabinets that are in their Chicago warehouse. I should have know better. I agreed to 2 like cabinets. They finally get delivered to me this morning. First of all they are smaller then the original cabinets that I chose and the color in person looks a whole lot darker the then photo she sent me. I do not believe that these cabinets are worth what I paid for them and the fact that I did not get what I wanted really upsets me.Be warned if you go here to pick up whatever you are purchasing the same day. Do not wait and get disappointed like we did.
