Great customer service the guy that runs the place has a beautiful dog and treated us like locals, plus we got a free shot with our purchase! Wow right. I strongly recommend.

BEST PLACE EVER! The dog is the manager his name is Blue and he is the sweetest. The liquor is also very good and good prices!! The reviews I looked at that were rated low were from years and years ago, so I am guessing the staff has changed since!

This is the ONLY liquor store I will go to downtown. The guy whos usually there with the puppy is so nice and knowledgeable about new products, he always remembers me and asks how Im doing. The puppy is the cutest ever, even if I didnt go for beer I would go just to pet him!

Wide variety of fine liquor, wines, and beers. He also had the cutest blue nose staffy named blue. Cheap prices as well. Will be returning.

Great cashier i believe she is the manager. Was in town for some buisness and she treated me like i was VIP. The customers ahead of me all had smiles and was visiting with the most beautiful/ nicest dog . It seemed like she treat everyone like a VIP! Amazing customer service, i will deffinatly return to shop and to say hello.

We come every year and stay at the Hilton for 2 weeks. We visited this Liqour Store last year and met the husband,wife and puppy that run it. They are GREAT people, so visiting this store was on our list to due while we are in milwaukee. We where very happy to see the same people are running the store and there dog is not a puppy anymore. They remembered us and treated us like friends even family. Its a great place to shop prices arnt to bad being downtown. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE! I also told alot of people at Harley to come visit hope buisness stays good for you! I love this store.

Easily found everything I was looking for and the place was decent enough! Wish it was closer to home. Cashier was cool.

While at Avenue Liquor this evening, I grabbed my bottle of wine, walked to the counter, and after giving my ID to the man working the counter he said Is this really you? in a very sarcastic and condescending way. Understanding that I am young looking, I of course said yes, and offered to show more forms of ID. The man then continued to reach over the counter, pinch my cheek like you do to a baby, and smile at me slyly. I was so disgusted with the action that I was speechless and didnt even know what to say. He then said, Oh did that hurt you? Uh...You just look so young that you could be my daughter. I am so offended and grossed out by this mans actions, as a young woman simply trying to buy a bottle of wine at a business. I will not be back to this liquor store. Unbelievable and degrading behavior.

I use to love going to this store BUT after the disrespect I received over something that was not my fault I will NEVER return back to this store. Customer service could use A LOT of work!!!

I wish I could rate you zero, the condescending attitude of the attendant I was going to buy lottery tickets and some sodas and water but after the attitude from the attendant I changed my mind. This is the reason business fail bad customer service
