I stopped in at this place for the 1st time ever. I bought a 4 pack of wine and a single serving beer. I took one drink of the wine and it was so incredibly horrible that I almost actually threw up. Not sure if it was old or what. So, I went back and simply asked for a refund and they were totally disrespectful and said that there was nothing that they could do. Guy got totally defensive and just kept repeating theres nothing I can do yes, there is, refund my awful purchase and keep me as a customer. They they really lost all of my future service over $7 worth of wine.

Nice selection of beer and wine!

Saw a customer refuse to wear a mask when asked today, and the cashier politely told him to leave if he wouldnt put one on. The customer was super rude, but the cashier didnt budge. Good stuff guys. Also bought some Hamms, which was terrible but just what I wanted. Overall a five-star experience.

The cashier was very mean and angry. The beer is cheaper just a few blocks away at One Stop. Also the lady at One Stop was super nice and pleasant. I would not recommend Bluemound Liquor.

As an employee of a nearby business, I will share an exchange just had with 2 elderly customers: The customers parked in the Bluemound Liquor lot by accident, as parking is somewhat difficult in this area. No sooner did they come into our establishment than our phone started ringing with Caller ID identifying Bluemound Liquor. I was with a client so I didnt pick up the phone but simply and politely informed the couple that the liquor store calls if someone parks in there lot and requests the vehicle be moved right away. If refused, they threaten a tow. The elderly lady said But Im disabled. The husband then chimed in If they insist, I will move it. The lady finished with this And to think, we were going to stop there afterwards. I understand needing to control parking near the stadium. But this occurs year round. If the customer doesnt move their car in enough time for the liquor stores liking, the owner sends his wife in whichever business car owner happens to be in and she interrupts, in our case, our dealings with the client, to get the car moved. Most of the time the lot has plenty of space. Instead of sitting and watching the parking lot camera like a hawk for offenders, it would go a long way if they were a bit more friendly and neighborly. They just lost business. Former owner was a kind, patient man.

They have a good selection of micros and the guys that work there can hunt down beers if they don’t carry them already.

The people who run this place have a poor attitude and horrible customer service the lady was more worried I was going to steal cause I came in in my work clothes they selection wasnt great and neither was there prices save yourself some money an aggravation

Bluemound liquor has a vast variety of beers, wines and liquor. The service was fast and the staff was knowledgeable about questions I had.

Great selection of craft beers plus the stores clean and the staff is nice. Always my go to liquor store for my beer and liquor needs.
