What an interesting place to shop. The selection is fine, although other stores in the area have a broader selection. The other shoppers always have individuals who are an interesting difference from people I usually encounter, regardless of the day or time shopping there.

Almost all the emoployees are rude!!! And they never have what your looking for and very expensive. I bought my child a parfait there inky to get hime to find it was covered in mold. I contacted the store and never got a return call

Good selection, fresh produce, deli, meat, and they have actual people at the register and will bag your stuff, prices have risen lately.

Shopping at Sentrys was wonderful customer service was excellent get in the store and get out was just marvelous no problem at all everything I need was right there no time wasted good sales and the most thing I really like was the fact that their chicken wasnt bruised so I was really happy shopping there wonderful day Sentry Foods.

I always have a good shopping experience here. The owners and workers live in the area and I always get a feeling of community here. Their meats and produce are fresh. The store can get a little crowded at times, I think its because its a good place to shop. The store also helps out people in the community throughout the year, such as having a hat and glove tree at Christmas and costumers can buy pre-bagged groceries that goes to a local food pantry at different times of the year. Precovid,the store would also sell freshly cooked hot dogs in their parking lot at different times throughout the warm weather months. Hot ham and rolls were also popular with the neighbors after church on Sundays. Their deli has a good variety too! Great for a quick dinner fix or grabbing something for an impromptu picnic or road trip!

An elderly lady friend of mine was forced by a security guard to wear a mask yesterday. The mask-is-required rule was dropped at the beginning of the month. She even produced her vaccination card--which by the way, violated her civil rights--and your thickheaded guard still wouldnt let her in without a mask, even though most other customers were maskless. I will inform your Corporate offices if this happens again.

This Sentry is pretty low key. A lot of people prefer that; as do I. I wasnt navigating around people constantly like at other grocery stores. Its a smaller store but they have what I generally need. These days Im used to the Super Center and so on where everything is in one place. Thats convenient but generally speaking those places will sacrifice quality over quantity. I would have given it four stars if the customer service was better. Ive been to this location several times so it wasnt a chance encounter.When I was a teenager and as an adult Ive worked in customer service from grocery stores to high end manufacturing. I know whats supposed to be. Unfortunately customer service across the board has gone down hill and its sad.

High prices and poor customer service. Only grocery store in my neighborhood so unfortunately have to get things there some time but i have never had a good experience.

Unnecessarily high prices. Produce quality is hit or miss. Staff is friendly, helpful, and the place is always clean. If the prices were even close to normal this could be a three star place at least.

Come here mainly because of their hours are open late. The selection is alright but some of their prices are a bit steep.

So usually my experience here is pretty decent. I ordered a cake 2 weeks in advance for my sons birthday and it was a total disaster. They made the cake too early and told me that a 3 day old cake was acceptable for pick up. They then offered to remake the cake and the remake was anything but acceptable. It was literally thrown together and sloppy. The store manger was anything but apologetic and was very nonchalant. Here it was the day of my sons party and I didn’t have a cake to present. I had to run to metro market and get a cake and have them write his name on it( which by the way the cake was beautiful). Don’t use their bakery!!

Sentry meats are the best. They have a lot of in store sales. It makes it easier to buy the more expensive meats. They also have smaller portions too.

The prices our high but other wise the store is very clean and the customer service is outstanding the security is very helpful every time we come there the older security guard always helps with mom.

This is normally a good shopping experience but today I went to get deli meat and considering that the Corona virus is still live and spreading the employees should have on masks and they did not. The lady behind the deli counter was literally 12 from my meat and slicing it. I threw it in the garbage at the store!!

It was my kinda place. I could go at my rate, and not have to worry about anyone else. When I was done, I found the lane that emptied and I was damn near gone.

Well stocked on Sunday morning, but not too busy. Everyone socially distanced in line and all wearing masks.

When I went to the Lisbon Sentry they weren’t the nice friendly employees at all. They didnt understand their coupon policy that they have. They weren’t clear on what it was because they didn’t have any paper for it. The store managers their at the time were very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They wouldn’t allow me to finish my statement about my situation. they continues to disrespect me as a customer. I wasn’t not pleased with Sentry today. The cashier also was very disrespectful and wasn’t giving good customer service to me at all. If you want great customer service I recommend you go somewhere for it. It’s terrible here. If I was able to give it less than one star I would of.

Had the stuff I needed in a hurry

This store has been suffering for so long: their produce selection is poor at best, there is a real lack of any healthy options, the meat and cheese selection at the deli is horrendous, even the music choices are inappropriate. its really a shame they dont put just a little more care into this place; could really use a facelift.

Always a nice easy shopping experience. There is a pick n save closer but I would rather go here and at least not be completely frustrated.
