Incredible service! I had a major malfunction with my garage door, and they talked me through the immediate issue in a calm and efficient way. Came out shortly thereafter and repaired the problem, all done within 24 hours of me discovering the problem.

Great customer service! I originally reached out to a different service provider for a conversion. Every time they said that they would contact me to stop by and look at the job, they didn’t. So in the meantime I contacted these folks. What did they do? Exactly what they said they would do. They called me when they said they would. They showed up when they said they would. Delivered a quality service when they said they would.

Needed a garage door repair done same day. Advance was the only one that said they could do same day service. Not only was it done quickly, but the tech was on time and the repair was done . The total cost for all the work done seemed very reasonable. Great job advance

I called Advanced Overhead Door a few years ago when I couldnt get my detached garage door opened. My car was in it, which really left me in a pinch. Jim and Jeff were able to come out later that morning and installed a vault release on the door so I wouldnt be locked out again and got the opener working. My opener, cables, and other parts were pretty rust covered due to moisture in the garage. I really appreciated that they were able to clean and replace a few parts of the opener instead of trying to selling me a new one. When the time came a year or 2 later to replace the opener they were able to offer me a few different openers with flat pricing on the opener and install. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Let me tell about advance overhead door. They r the best company around. A dad and mom company they have there son James working for them. And James is probably the nicest guy i have ever met. Jeff and Mary r really nice to. I enjoy my whole experience with there company.
