Had this company install 11 windows in the process they broke my water fib that (never leak) when I came to the house to inspect there job I have a big water mess. The manager came to my house with the installer to view the problem. The installer admitted that was no leaks but when he was done there was he was working underneath the fib . The manager in a email sayed they would take care of it so I got a plumber give them a estimate and they didnt like it 1 month later they didnt do anything I had to hire a lawyer to take care of it for me so now feldco hired a plumber to come to my house and say that the pipe is too old and now they say they are not going to pay. Pipe is old but didnt have any water leaks . I will repair the problem but I dont recommend this company very bad experience . Wish I could give 0 stars

Absolutely love the 9 new windows and could not happier with everyone involved from the sales to the measurement guys and then the great guys that installed it all. I will be looking forward to in the near future a few more windows and two new doors thank you all :)

I had all the windows on my house (12 windows) replaced. I had this done by Feldo over 2 years ago. From the moment I contacted them for an estimate, discussing payment options and installation, all went very smooth. I have had no issues with any of the windows or installation. We are very happy with Feldco; I plan to contact them this month to replace two additional windows.

Nate was extremely patient and helpful to my wife and I when picking out our new windows. We were not both able to be there at the beginning of the appointment, so he went about measuring and getting together information for his quote. When we sat down with him later, he laid out our options in an easy to understand way. Nate worked very hard to extend us a price we could be happy with, and was professional and honest throughout.

Bryan was our sales person and he was very pleasant to work with. He came the next day for the quote of a new storm door and was just a little late, but we were called and informed. Cant wait to see the finished product.

My review has been removed...imagine that. NEVER EVER EVER use Feldco unless you want to wait 6 plus months for 1 item. Long story short our salesman told us whatever he had to in order to get our business. We tried to get an ETA from him, he refused to. According to his quote it should have been about 2 weeks out from this time so our request wasnt unreasonable. We have since the beginning of June have had 2 or 3 installments dates set up and missed. We found out that they dont even make the patio doors (salesman lead us to believe they did it all). Feldco does not hold the patio door manufacturer accountable at all. I have never seen this lack of customer service in my life. We are told weekly, its on the manifest then by the end of the week...we get the call...it didnt show. They have had our 50% down payment since February. All i get is I am sorry and I will let management know. Well that does me nothing for me. How about a discount or even better get my door installed!!!!! We have had a new floor installed since this was promised to be here by mid June at the latest. If they ruin my floor putting the door in they will be paying for the repair. If i could given them -20 stars I would.

I have sat through a lot of window quotes and Nate is the one of the most nice, efficient and thorough sales people I’ve encountered. Nate was factual but not full of pressure. Nate made me feel comfortable with Falco as a company and with him as a professional. Nate was also very kind and interactive with my children. Nate was patient and thorough in answering all of our questions and worked to get us a price on our project that was reasonable.

Nate Hansel came out to our residence and provided us a quote on siding with a handful of options. I can honestly say he is one of the nicest salespersons that weve ever had come out to our home. He was friendly, helpful, and never once pressured us. We didnt initially go with the quote right away, but after he left a few hours later we requested him to return to which he did as quickly as our schedule allowed it. Went over everything with us once again to make sure we knew just what we were getting. A very nice all around experience so far with that aspect of Feldco. In a few months the siding will go up and I am sure we will be pleased with that as well.

I was having some trouble with a door that the original homeowner had purchased and was under warranty from Feldco. I had them come out and look at it and it was in need of some repair and they said it was so old they were not sure what to order. After some time I was contacted back by Tracy who was very courteous and happy to help schedule a time to have the parts delivered and door fixed by an expert. The day came and Bernie came to my home and instead of just having the parts had an entire door. I was shocked and so happy this company just simply replaced my door instead of me having them come back out if it broke again. Salesman was friendly and helpful.. it was all downhill from there tho. No communication what so ever our doors were suppose to be installed in 6-10 weeks and I’m currently at 74 days with no email no call nothing. I had a big picture window installed on May 11 2021 by Feldco. The experience was very pleasing. My tech Peter showed up on time and got right down to business. Peter was friendly and he explained what his scope of work would be and what to expect of it. He worked without a break he was really clean and he cleaned up his work space afterwards very well. He wore a mask the entire time which I appreciate. His work was really productive and professional the window looked awesome, and seemed sturdy once Peter was done. He seemed to like his job had a good attitude with a smile even though my small yorkie barked at him the whole time.Thanks! My 1881 home needed to have the trim covered in a burgundy color, which was not available in Milwaukee. My sales rep, Nathan Hensel, went the extra mile to drive to Chicago to get the correct trim color so that the job could get done the same day. Very happy with his service.

Bryan came to our home to originally quote us two windows. We instead asked if on the fly he would be able to quote all of the windows in the home. Bryan was totally understanding and patience with us, he was completely knowledgeable about the product and was able to convey that knowledge effectively, and wasnt pushy or forceful as my wife and I were deciding how we wanted to proceed. Had the service door between garage and Family room replaced. original door was horribly drafty and didnt lock properly. New door is great. Secure, seals out all the cold air, and my wife especially loves the color and how well the door just pops now! Installer (Marcin) was fantastic and everyone was overall great to work with.

So I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for an issue with one of the windows that still hasnt been resolved 8 weeks later.The salesman was very pleasant. We ordered vinyl windows that look like our homes woodwork but had to go with plain white for our bedroom due to cost. A day later, while he placed the order, the salesman called to say that he would hate to see white windows against such nice wood in our rooms and upgraded four of the windows to the wood finish on the house.The windows were installed ahead of schedule and very efficiently. The installers were very pleasant guys. I was home alone with them and didnt feel uneasy at all. They also installed them very quickly and cleaned up completely.A few days later one of the windows jammed and trim popped off. Its not a piece that impacts the function of the window but it looks odd missing. I called and the scheduled a tech the next week. My husband said the tech was very pleasant and said hed order a new piece of trim because the one that popped out was measured incorrectly. This truly doesnt bother us as we had 17 windows put in so a piece of trim being off is not a major concern but wed like it fixed since windows arent cheap.So its been 8 weeks and no word. I called to find out the tech never ordered the part and now we have to have another tech come out to assess the issue. Again, I would have given 5 stars but its just a little annoying to have schedule time at home again for something that seemed pretty minor.Overall it was a very good experience. We had a few different contractors/companies out and we are happy we went with Feldco.

Next time I will not waste time with different companies I will just call Feldco. The patio door was exactly as the sales guy had described and the installer was really professional and very clean. We decided to replace our two entry doors and storm doors and decided to go with Feldco. The sales man came to our house on January 9, 2021. Very nice and professional. We new it would take some time to order and make these doors. On April 1, 2021 they were installed. We had Peter and Janek install our new Provia doors from Feldo. And they did a wonderful job. They ripped out our old doors and disposed of them. They cleaned, swept, and vacuumed as they went. They explained everything to me when I asked questions. I received several keys to my new doors. All the aluminum and caulk was installed, matched and they did a great job. Since I do not have any hang over from my roof, these doors take a lot of weather. After the caulk dried and settled, small areas began to pull away from the aluminum and cause wholes. I called Feldco and they set up an appointment right away to have some one come fix the caulk. Since I have a custom color, it did take some time to order it because of the pandemic. The service technician was Dave. He listened to everything I was concerned about and fixed everything. Everyone I dealt with from Feldco was courteous, friendly, and professional. Anytime I emailed or called, someone got right back to me. All the work done was clean. The value of my Provia doors is excellent. I would recommend Feldo in the future if someone is looking for new entry doors.

After the initial sales pitch and measurements, I was sort of skeptical and initially unimpressed. I had to reschedule the installment date a couple of times until it fit my schedule. But dont get me wrong, those were minor delays. The installers showed on the scheduled date and put on a brilliant installation performance. They had all their supplies. They cleaned up debris inside and out. I was was impressed by their efficiency.

We wanted to complete window installation of the rest of our windows before Christmas 2019. The windows remaining were larger and some were odd sizes. I expected a group of installers, but just one man came. I worried that he wouldnt be able to finish before nightfall. I recall that he was Polish by birth, and so delightful! Sadly, I dont remember his name! At any rate, he plowed right in and finished the job by flashlight! He did a wonderful job, too, and the windows kept us warmer all winter!

I had a new garage door and opener installed by Feldco. The installer and trim tech. Did an outstanding job. I am very happy with the quality of the door, and the quality of the install. I would recommend anyone looking to replace their garage door to call Feldco and take a look at their product line.

My experience was painless. The windows were installed quickly and professionally. They are easy to maneuver and have made a difference in my heating bill. Before, I was using towels and plastic to stop the drafts, no need for that anymore!

So I’m not a professional AT ALL and I’ve only seen 2 different window installations prior to my window. So my window has extra trim, the guy installing it looked puzzled how my new window could just simply fall through my opening with the trim still attached on the inside,I have to get my trim redone at some point since it’s outdated, scared to see what’s under there. The windows were measured twice before installation, the old windows seemed bigger then the replacements.I got a courtesy call from Feldco about the install, I mentioned my concerned and I was told I should be ok and someone would call me back. Someone did and they said if I don’t feel a draft and don’t see daylight I should be ok.I can’t see daylight with trim and insulating foam in the way.Just saying.Its been a year and the windows are still looking good apart from the trim that makes no sense.I also had a door installed, no problems there at all!!!

After having Feldco replace the windows and patio door on our duplex, they were the obvious choice when we decided to upgrade to a more contemporary look for the front doors on our house. Kelly Briggs was a huge help in steering us toward a great design. In total, we had 5 doors and 10 windows replaced. Installation was professional and completed in one day. We could not be happier!

We are currently experiencing a similar situation to many others who gave one star. We were promised a window by a certain date, and now “the system is down” and they don’t have it for us. Exceedingly disappointing since we arranged for another contractor to put a rough opening in our external wall in order for Feldco people to then do their job. So we have a hole in our wall in cold November weather. My husband has called several times and we keep getting told that someone will call back and they never do. I hope I can update my review to give more stars if they are able to respond more professionally soon.

I was very happy at first until we had a problem with our casings on or windows. We have been calling to have them fix due to them falling off. Poorly done!!! They stopped over said they will be in contact with us to get them done and we still have not heard anything from them. This has been 2 months now. My husband had been calling. This is now starting to bug me and the front of my house looks horrible without it. I will never go back to them if this is how they treat there customers. I am beyond upset with Feldco and have given them every opportunity to fix the situation for me before resulting in a negative review. At this point I truly hope I can help someone save money and time but providing accurate information on the horrible experience we have had. We did our entire house in July ($14,000). We chose them because we thought with the $6,000 we would save by choosing them over another company, we would be able to complete another project in our home. WORST DECISION EVER.At that time, only half of our screens were available. Over the next couple of months we have had to have six different technician appointments - three to get all of our screens finally installed (the last ones came in October) and three to fix the locks on our windows as three windows DIDNT lock completely and one window they didnt even install a lock - it was just an empty space! Everything has finally brought me to my breaking point when the largest window we had installed (a huge picture window with sliders on each side) recently POOLED WATER at the base of the window. We live in Wisconsin and it is about to be winter and I have POOLED WATER seeping into my window.It has taken me 2 weeks to get someone from the Milwaukee office to even CALL me regarding this issue and now they want to send out a technician to get the problem fixed. I told them the only fix at this point is to install a brand new series of windows in that room. Forget trying to speak with a supervisor - Ive made this request numerous times and cant get a single person of authority on the phone. DO NOT use Feldco. it is absolutely NOT worth the money saved. I thought we were installing new windows to save on our efficiency come winter and now Im terrified it is going to cost us more.UPDATE: 1/31/2021 (because I didnt think it could get worse)I couldnt give 0 stars so its getting a 0.5 star rating. I honestly didnt think we couldve had anymore go wrong with our windows and yet, 6 months later after the initial install (with an appointment booked for tomorrow morning to receive yet ANOTHER fix) our giant picture window (which has already been fixed for flooding!!!!) is literally LEAKING WATER EVERYWHERE in the middle of a snowstorm! I am not exaggerating when I say that we have had people out to fix issues from our initial install at minimum, 10 different times. We had locks that were not installed, locks that were installed but didnt line up so the windows didnt actually close, a window that flood, a window that had a piece hanging down from it, in the interior, etc. - you name it, we have had it happen. I honestly didnt think we could have yet another issue like this. I am beyond myself that 6 months later, I am still having to regularly take off work for 2-4 hour blocks to have a service man come out to the house for yet another issue and Feldco has yet to offer me ANYTHING! No discount, no im sorry we really did screw up your entire house of windows, no ANYTHING! At this point I am ready to find an attorney to get my money back so that I can bring in a reputable company and replace the entire house of windows again. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT fall for the we know what were doing sale pitch - this is absolutely awful and the customer service has been terrible. I have cried more times then I can count because when I spend $15K on windows, I dont expect to have continuous issues like I have. And yes - I have both video AND photos of all of these issues and will be sharing it with every local media outlet I can.

Replaced 3 windows and 2 doors with storm doors: was expensive yet we were fortunate enough to get a really good salesmen Chuck whom did a great job coming up with solutions. the product is expensive but for the service and end result of the product its just one of those things where you pay more for that better service and quality. There were instances of small challenges but to be able and call our sales guy up and have someone over see the work like Chuck is huge. if your looking for that extra quality factor its worth going with Feldco.

Our experience was phenomenal. John Read was our sales rep. He was very pleasant to have in our home and go through the process. We had tons of questions throughout the process and he answered every single one fast. If he didnt know the answer, he would be up front about it and get back to us quickly which was great not to just have an answer thrown at us without being 100% sure. The installers were also great and VERY fast and accurate. We had 5+ windows replaced and there were done in a matter of a couple hours while also answering our questions and recommending where to pick up new blinds. The windows look fantastic and the energy efficiency is very noticeable. Havent ran the A/C since they were in and our home stays cool. Price was also a huge factor. We got another quote that was literally 3x more than the Feldco quote. We are very happy and will always recommend Feldco to anyone with a project they can do.

We needed to replace all our windows. We feel the product is good quality and they look very nice on our house. The crew that came out were professional and efficient. They were here by 8:00 am and completely done before 4:00 pm. They cleaned everything up and even washed our windows! A few landscape plants were trampled but that would have been hard to avoid since they were directly under the windows. Theyll grow back. Feldco needed to come back to fix an issue with one window. They were accommodating and got the work done efficiently again. One guy came to do that job and he was excellent! All-in-all we are very happy with the windows, the service and the product. And we are satisfied with the cost. We would recommend Feldco when youre looking to replace your windows.

The Installer damaged our Soffit during Installation and tried to cover it up without telling us. I just happened to look out the window at the time. I understand stuff happens so I asked for a Manager to call me to discussed. I never got a call back and the Installer replaced the damaged piece with a non matching new piece.

After 20 years, the front door to our home was in desperate need of replacement. Ive seen the Feldco ads on TV and decided to request an on-line quote. Within minutes I received a phone call to schedule an appointment with Ken, a Feldco sales technician. Ken was awesome. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the products. He spent a great deal of time explaining the door construction and materials used in the process. He was even able to generate a diagram of the door we selected that included the design, finish and hardware. Very impressive. Within six weeks of our order, installation was scheduled with Pete. He too was very personable and talented craftsman. He removed the old door and side lights and installed our beautiful new French doors in a few hours. The quality of his workmanship and the door were phenomenal. We are very satisfied with our Feldco experience and would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks.

I would definitely not use this company. I ordered a very expensive picture window, they took my deposit, measured and for over 9 weeks I have heard nothing. I have called multiple times and was promised I would get a call back. Nothing. I am currently trying to get my deposit back and taking my business elsewhere if I can get someone who knows what they are doing to call back.

Well going through the first Wisconsin winter in our new home, I knew I had to replace the windows before another Wisconsin winter came in 2018. The Feldco team from start to finish (salesman to installer) were all very professional, friendly and GREAT t work with. When the crew arrived, they arrived when they said they would, got the work done in an efficient manner. Our experience with Feldco was a big disappoint. We had to have Feldco out here multiple times to fix sub-par workmanship, both windows and siding.Your window installers arrived unannounced and were very sarcastic and had little regard for our home interior and belongings. Their sloppy workmanship splintered the paneling under the family room bay window. They broke an expensive duck lamp as well as a couple of my wifes antique dolls. The bay window wood wasnt even stained.I could go on, but my fingers are getting tired.Feldco will never receive a recommendation from us. JUST THE OPPOSITE!

We had ordered windows and had multiple no shows and reschedules for both installation and estimate dates. This was extremely frustrating as we had to take off of work on multiple dates for them to not show. Several times without even a phone call. We were told a manager would call us to try to make it right and we never received the call nor did they do anything to compensate the fact that we lost wages waiting for them. This was an extremely frustrating process.

Great company to work with. No pressure from the salesman. Willing to work with you on ideas and prices. One year ago had double hung windows done in my four seasons room. Cooler in the summer and now warmer during the winter months. Total of nine windows. After being well pleased with the installation and cleanliness of the installers, I needed to have my front drafty entrance doors replaced. After talking again and looking in their catalog the same salesman had again helped with ideas. Went with a beautiful single entrance door with side windows that replaced my cold, drafty glass double doors. Is a great compliment to my home. Will recommend and call on them again for future use.

Very courteous installers. My sliding glass windows look and feel solid and well built. The look and feel is awesome and I like the way it locks. The screen door slides smoothly and doesnt lock up. I am very satisfied with the work done and the door itself. Guaranteed for life is a great peace of mind.

Its draftier in my house with feldco windows and siding than my 50 year old windows. My walls are cold as ice and cold air blows throughout my house. I dont believe any insulation was used with my siding.I have tried to resolve this issue but no luck.

We got our windows and door replaced by Feldco. Quality products and almost half the price of that company that rhymes with Fella. The only problem is we had to wait almost 10 weeks to get it installed due to end of the year orders and limited installers.

We had several sales reps come out, however Adrienne from Feldco was one of few who listened to what our requirements were. He educated us on the product and gave us a very fair Price. I sent him to my daughters house thats how much we appreciated his straight forwardness. The fellows who installed were on time, courteous and efficient. I would recommend this crew to everybody.

Our experience with Feldco was excellent! We thought it would take an entire day to replace all of the windows in our home (10 windows), but it only took about 4 hours. The men moved fast! I also expected that there would be a mess to clean up after the men left, but our house was spotless! They truly did a great job, and I would recommend them.

Other than my amazing windows, I never knew anyone was in my house - cleaned up everything completely and not a fingerprint on my new windows! My overall experience with Feldco was terrific, I dont have one gripe whatsoever. I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends.

They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. And my warranty carries to the new owners if I should decide to sell my house. We needed an exterior door replaced, which was a bit of a custom size. Feldco was able to get the door and frame ready for installation in less than two weeks. The installation only took about an hour. The end result is a beautiful high quality door, We definitely got a lot of value for what we paid.

Feldco has been outstanding the entire way through the process of getting a new exterior door and storm door along with installation. Our sales person was nothing but kind and never pushy. Our installation team was outstanding and left no mess at all even though it was raining all morning; he did everything he could to leave no mess behind. Feldco rocks!

Windows were installed and looks nice but, the windows do not open wide enough to fit a standard box fan into the window for some fresh air. Our older windows open wide enough for this accommodation. These windows do not. If I knew this was the case, I wouldve looked else were for windows. This is the reason for the 2star. Otherwise, good service

Feldco did our original first floor windows 7 years ago and we finally got around to doing the second floor this year. They were very professional and did a great job. We were lucky and caught them when they had a sale going on.The installer was prompt and actually a little early. He installed everything correctly and quickly. He originally missed two spots with caulking. After a quote communication with the company, someone came out a day later and corrected it.I am very happy with their service.

My daughter recently purchased her first home, a small cape cod home. 1 1/2 story, with a detached one car garage. We were in the process of getting quotes for siding when I saw the TV commercial for Feldco. I called and requested a quote. The sale person came to the house, met with my daughter (I was unable to attend), and reviewed the details to replace the current siding with vinyl siding along with a couple of gutters, some trim and fascia work as well. To my surprise, the quote was for $42,000! Discounted to $31,000! What a joke. Im positive the sales rep tried to take advantage of my daughter who is young, by getting her to sign for this work. I have three other estimates for vinyl siding replacement on the home and garage, and none are higher than $13,300. I caution anyone who is thinking about using Feldco. I cant recommend them for any work at your home, given my daughters experience.

The company as a whole exceeded my expectations from start to finish. A very friendly representative came to our home for a consultation and let us know our custom garage door would arrive in 6-8 weeks. We were happy to have our door installed by the end of the sixth week. Technicians were quick and efficient and the entire staff we encountered was friendly. We are planning to update our windows and will definitely be contacting Feldco to do so.

Our Feldco salesman was straightforward honest and not pushy. I appreciated that Feldco narrows it’s window choices and builds in quality rather than unnecessary and expensive confusing options. Communication with my contractor is important to me. Fedlco did not provide even ADEQUATE communication from the time the salesman left my rental property. I scheduled a Quote at the end of October, Sales rep was great, signed my quote and wanted to move forward ASAP with my window replacement, as there was damage and safety concerns for my tenant and her children. I was given an estimated installation of the first week of December.Because Feldco had not contacted me, and it was after December 1st, I reached out to Feldco, to get a status update. They scheduled my installation at this time for that same week. They then called me back The following day to reschedule my installation because they were mistaken about the status of my window. So my window installation was scheduled for JANUARY 23rd! Frustrating. I wonder how much later it would have been if I had not called them? But I still needed a window.Again, I did not hear from Feldco, so I called about a week before my installation to confirm the date and time. Repeatedly asked to ensure someone called me before they arrived - as it was a rental property and I was meeting them at the residence.They did not call me. After rushing to meet them before they began the installation, they informed me they would not be removing concrete from my old window - a request I was assured could be fulfilled at the time of my quote. I reached out to customer service and was informed the Director of Operations, Jay would be reaching out to me.The original sales rep, that gave me my quote did come to the installation, and speak to me about my concerns. I was never contacted by the DoO.I reached out again today with a request for him to follow up as I was told he would over a week ago. I left work to hear the voice message the sales representative left me to follow up on my request.The quality of the work looks great. I am happy with my window, I however will not use Feldco again to remodel any of my other properties, or my residence.I was in need of quick, but quality replacement. I was misquoted on time, left in the dark, and stressed out about spending $6,000 on a project that was not going to be done as I initially requested. The ends don’t justify the means for me. Thank you for my window, the installers were great - but the lack of organization and communication in a company of this size deters me from believing any other Business transactions will be anything less than a burden.

Was impressed with the installation crew and how quickly they got the job done. My new windows look great and Ive received many compliments on how nice they look.

We just had our bay window and two other windows installed. They turned out great! The installers (6 of them) were all very professional and did an excellent job! They were here for 3 hours, and when they left you would never know we had windows installed that day as they cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend Feldco!

Aside from the quality windows that have made a difference in heating and cooling bills aside from their aesthetic value, the contractors did an excellent job of removing and replacing my house of 25 window without breaking a single shard of glass. The trim was done remarkably which has enhanced the siding on the house which makes it measurably more enhancing to look at. :)
