Underwhelming customer service/communication:We recently ordered company shirts through this company after having a decent experience prior with a personal order. Within the order I had approved shirts and one embroidered polo with a set price.After confirming and paying for the order, a few days later I get an email saying itd be an extra $65 because someone forgot to include certain costs.I let them know they approved it and should take accountability and honor it or Id just get it done locally elsewhere and they could reimburse me the cost of the polo.No one followed up with me or said anything. Here we are two weeks later and I called. The lady said, oh my manager didnt call you? After telling her no one has contacted me she said, they decided they were not going to give you the polo at the price you paid and would reimburse you... Ill be sure they call you.The lack of accountability and communication is very distasteful. This is our last time doing business with them.

Great employees who were most helpful and answered our questions promptly. Produts have always been of superb quality. This was not our first experience with Will Enterprises.

I always have a positive experience ordering my t-shirts from Wills. Every year it is a very easy process. Coming up with a new design for our shirts every year can be difficult but their art dept is extremely talented. I would and have recommended Wills to anyone looking to order t-shirts for an event!

Will Enterprises has been a great company to work with. I had some concert tees made up for the New Kids on the Block concert this summer and they turned out great! We ordered over 3000 t-shirts for an event. Ryan and the staff at Will Enterprises did a great job for us. We appreciated that we could order our shirts in batches as the registrations were finalized. And we were able to get one last order close to the day of the event. No one went away without a shirt and everyone liked the quality and printing.

As I was looking for a t-shirt printer for a club Im involved in I reached out to about 5 different printers in the Milwaukee area. Have to say out of all of them the best experience I had was with Will Enterprises. They were extremely helpful and were always very quick to respond. When I wasnt sure what t-shirt brand/quality to go with they had several sample options mailed directly to my door for comparison. Additionally they had competitive pricing and offered to match any lower quote I found. 5 stars for me!!

We had a tight timeline and yet our giant box of shirts arrived early. The quality was very good and the print quality was great. The results were just like the proofs I reviewed and Wills staff was very cautious and took the time to understand our needs during the proposal phase. We had, what I consider, a complex order of sizes and prints. This didnt phase the Will team. Will we shop them for our next promotional opportunity? Oh, Will I.

As a member of a local running club and involved with many of our events, I have the obligation to find the best source for our race shirt and promotional needs. From the salesmans discussion of options to the art teams ideas, I feel like the staff at WILL really appreciates the business and offers us the best VALUE. I have had no issues with the orders and will continue to do business with them.

I have been having shirts for our annual tailgate party and t-shirts for work needs printed through Will Enterprises. I have been using Will Enterprises for over 10 years overall. The turnaround time is quick and professional. The art on the shirts looks exactly like how I designed it. Pick up is a breeze.

Overall a terrible experience. Arrived to pick my items and was told there was additional set up fee (something about number of stitches in the logo). I showed the front desk person my invoice just sent to me yesterday with no such fee. She did the old ill check with my manager routine and came back momentarily with a yeah, youre going to have to go ahead and pay that. Very indifferent, short, bordering on rude. Without much I could do except refuse the product, I went over to the loading dock for pick up (really, you cant hand me three shirts here, but instead I have to go to a loading dock?) and waited in the snow for about 10 minutes until somebody answered the door. When I got the stuff home and tried it on, there was considerable puckering around the logos on all my shirts. NOT what youd expect after dropping $120 for three polo shirts. If I had to find a positive it would be that they were relatively quick about getting the job done. Unfortunately, the job they did was tainted with hidden costs, rudeness, and inferior quality.

Will Enterprises is a very difficult company with which to work. Though they have a phone number on their catalog, they refuse to handle anything via phone, instead insisting on emailing back and forth. It took me over a week of back and forth emailing to finally get my order right, and even then I had no confirmation from Will Enterprises that they were starting my order. While this is my first year of dealing with Will Enterprises, our pool has been using Will Enterprises for around ten years, despite the constant difficulties, because the prices are reasonable, but this is the last year we will be using their services. A company as large as Will Enterprises should be able to handle large orders without so much hassle.

Our YMCA ordered summer camp t-shirts through Will Enterprises. Filling out the order form was very easy and convenient, but they skipped one of our orders. When I tried to reconcile the issue, they said they did not receive it. I re-forwarded the sent email and was told a Manager would be contacting me. When I spoke with the Manager, he said he would send the order and asked if I had any other questions - as if no mistake was made. I was very disappointed that no accountability was taken for the mistake, no apology was given, and to top it off, they didnt have the color in stock, so we were sent the wrong color. As a result, our kiddos didnt have their shirts for the first day and didnt receive them until the second week of camp :( I would suggest if you go through Will Enterprises (we will no longer be using them), to order your shirts very far in advance so they have time to fix the mistakes before the t-shirts are needed.

It has been 6 months and our issues are still unresolved. Ill-fitting shirts and sloppy screenprinting placed too high on the shirt.

The t-shirts arrived on time and were done well. The girls all loved their volleyball t-shirts.
