Great print result but minor bumps with communication. Did not receive a call to pick up order and it sat waiting to be picked up until I reached out. Product turned out great though.

She went above and beyond and did it for a VERY reasonable cost, with limited time— I’m very impressed and I will definitely be doing business with this company again in the future!

I have always had great service and I feel very fair pricing from City Screen. If Im honest I get something done just about every 6 months for my club and they always treat me right, even though its relatively low quantity 2x a year. they do great work and everyone in my group agrees its quality work !

Brought two pieces of clothing in to be embroidered with new company logo. Was told would be done in 5 days, called 6 days later because I didnt hear anything from them. They then said they werent worked on and would be done by the following Wednesday which was another week later. Called today just to hear they still havent been worked on. Could have been a good future client, but no communication and doesnt meet standards for work time.

Used them multiple times for multiple orders. They digitized our logo from the files I brought in. They were able to get me a proof and shirts done in a fast manner. We have had over 100 items done now - multiple orders and have always been really happy with the results.

Love working with them. Whether I have a design or just an idea for one, the staff is super helpful, friendly, and just absolutely wonderful to work with. I go to City Screen Print for all my shirt needs. They have never disappointed me.

Simply put Lack of communication. I felt I was a bother to them because I wanted two jackets embroidered. Bought the jackets in on a Tuesday. Was told by the staff that a proof will be sent to my email by Friday. I had to call them the next Friday asking for my proof which wasnt done. I then got the proof 2 weeks after giving them my jackets. Took another 1and a half weeks to get the jackets done and I had to call them to see if they were done.They do not contact you throughout the process and if you need anything done within a month, I would not recommend them. I dont know how long my jackets were sitting finished because my patronage wasnt worth a phone call to let me know they were done. No communication whatsoever.

Had a small and simple order to embroider four pieces which were purchased from a different vendor. The embroidery did not look like the font as promised. I brought this to the attention of two employees. Even though they could not assist me, the owner contacted me and addressed the situation to my satisfaction.

They lost my order but then we’re able to expedite it getting done in time but forgot 4 shirts in the order. No one apologized about the mess up in the order throughout the process which was frustrating.
