Im VERY DISAPPOINTED with several things dealing with this shop. I decided to go to this location because my husband has had work done on quite a few of his cars over the years.First, my husband and I go to the location and not once but twice had to wait at least an hour after posted in addition to verbal business hours to open.Second, we did not leave the shop until after 7pm that evening. Not once but two days in a row. There before 10 am leave after 7pm waiting for the techs to finish installing stereo and rear camera system. It seems that when it came to being a female we are put behind others. Another young lady was going through the same issues. They get your vehicle in the work area then take ALL DAY to so call finish.Third, I noticed for some reason everything wasnt working that shouldve been working within my system. My radio DID not work clearly. I have to BT through my phone. The back up wasnt working as it should. Plus as I utilized the steering wheel volume controls it would shut down the stereo system. This is also with a module (that I was told I needed in order to properly operate) installed. So I go back to discuss my dissatisfaction with the service as a whole and Im told that sometimes things just dont work. Very impofessional. REALLY???😡NOW, MAYBE 5 months later back-up camera doesnt work at all! I spent 2 whole days, plus $500+ to be dealing with garbage service. Then told no cash-refund after ALL this horrible service. And to not be able to utilize everything I paid for as I should be able to do. Yes, I did read no cash refund but with my husband receiving great work on several vehicles I wasnt worried. But, BOY was I WRONG! Im not done with them yet. I will LEGALLY receive some kind of satisfaction. Word of advice BEWARE!! NOT ONE STAR FROM ME!!! Only pressed 1 star in order to post. This is a bunch of total BULL!!!

Very unprofessional and if your a female make sure you take a man with you because they treat the woman like they don’t know anything. They also tell you to come a certain times and they’re not even on time. Will never do business with this company ever

They are not a good place, spent 2600 on rims and tires. Took 6 hours to put rims on... they never answered any return calls

I brought in a used government car that I had purchased to become my new work/service vehicle. My radio would turn on, but would play no sound. After about 15 minutes of hunting through the car the technician found that the factory harness for the speakers had been cut by the old department which is common on old police cars. He repaired the harness in a clean professional manner, and I was out in less than an hour with a working stereo! Thank you!

They move to slow and they tell u there gonna call when ur order is ready and nvr do. Always gotta wait all day or days to hey wht u paid for.

Tire needed to be re-sealed, went twice tire still leaking... Didnt clean bead, just added sealant. Wanted to charge me to do the job correctly as it should have been done the first time around... Going back today to hope they repair it correctly without charging me... Ill update...

Had my Truck over a week. Promised me it would be done on a specific date, it wasn’t done. Had to drove up to the shop 2 different times to check on my car because nobody would answer the phone : I have issues with my truck that I didn’t have when I dropped it off . I paid over $1000 for service and not happy with any of it.

Their radio are more expensive than most place, a $100 more. And theyre no the newest model. Also the radio didnt right in my truck. And the tech didnt clean up his mess from installation.

Went to get 6 rims resealed and 4 of the 6 are still leaking. The guy just kept adding black sealant around the rim. Rims are still leaking. Refused to give me a refund and told me to take the rims to Sanchez on the south side. I strongly recommend that you dont go to Godfather warehouse electronics unless you want to get ripped off by bad attitude non American foreigners that clearly dont know what theyre doing..
