Can I post no stars? I had a curbside pickup order but no one ever came out, no one answered the number posted on the signs and when I called the main Walmart number for the location I got put on hold for 10 minutes. I was on my lunch and had to leave.

Lottery Machine always Malfunctioning. Told employees they agreed and am working on issues. Always same answer for Months. Employees always standing around in groups chatting on things about their last night dinner etc.. Instead of watching Customers walking out with shopping cart full of Unpaid items. Seen this many times happen. Not all employees are doing that : but a bad few. 😡😡😡

Great found everything I needed and 2 employees actual took the time to take me where I needed to go instead of the annoying pointing to the direction

So the parking lot was full of trash (seriously, like a ridiculous amount that Ive never seen in a store parking lot before), and the store entrance smelled strongly like stale cigarettes and BO. The whole store was dingy. Also, so much of the merchandise was kept behind locked cabinets (even mens socks!), to the point that I left without getting things I needed because there also wasnt any staff around to help with the locks. It was a bad experience, even for Walmart. I recommend avoiding this store if you can.

Went to pick up monies from the RED CROSS, BECAUSE my husband and I had a Severe fire 🔥in our house. But they not only made it difficult. We left without the money from the RED CROSS because, according to the clerk, we didnt have the confirmation that we needed. We really need the money because are staying with someone else who we need to help since she is a single homeowner, paying for her own home and everything that goes with it. Thank you. 🥰⚘😒

They were Out of some items. Also... Their lines are just too long. All of those Employees, and Stil Too Long Lines. Even the Self check out had long lines. Nice to have Options to go shop at other places. The New Target should be Open soon. Im hoping theyll be Much Better.

Avoid this walmart at all costs. Ive had very nice employees but too many rude ones. Also Ive been physically assaulted here twice by people waiting in line by shoving their shopping carts into my body so..... good luck if you come here

The workers need better customer service skills but, I like the fact I can shop for just about anything I need. Just wish there was better help on hand.

Some of the employees are super nice but some of them are terrible and almost ruin the way I see this store. They swear and laugh obnoxiously while whispering to one another. Probably gonna go to Aldi across the street. Tell them they’ll get raises for performance because more people from shorewood with money would come then. Just an idea.

This place is horrible. Everything is locked up, and it takes 30mins to find someone to help. Ive found employees to be quiet and unhelpful. They just watch you go in a circle, they dont say anything, and please dont ask for help, they dont know anything. Bottom line is! if you dont know what youre looking for, and need help finding it. Not ur place. IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN their product! Go somewhere else . Or find the ONE NICE GUY in electronics. Everyone else walks around checking their phone.

Disheveled, ransacked, lacking staff, and staff that is there has basically lost the will to live. Managers do not exit their hideouts unless police demand. They are installing new self checkouts. They also have installed huge metal roll-up doors at entrances in preparation of the next riot surely on the near horizon. Some carts have been fixed and now have 3+ working wheels. Parking lot has dope sales and other traffickers but the prices are steeper than most competitors at the bus stand. Police are now permanent fixtures. Mall cop security attendant is worthless. The homeless couple I visit there is still working the door at late hours and they are better to talk with and work harder than the actual employees. That couple brightens the day of exiting customers with a kind word and thanks, exactly what the front end staff should be doing but cant.

There was a lot of unsavory characters hanging around outside and I didnt feel safe shopping at this location. The no loitering rule should be enforced by the police.

Had a online order for pickup and the young ladies said they were waiting for me they got my order to me quickly like the blink of an eye...they were friendly polite and courteous.... beautiful workers keep up the good work 👌 East capitol.

Always enjoy shopping at Wally World. If you can find helpers very kind.

Absolutely horrible! I understand the area itself is not great but I didnt even feel safe taking my daughter inside due to all the trash, literally and figuratively, in the parking lot. Just nasty!

Great service, helpful staff. I was there a half hour before they closed and they were very gracious to allow me to still check out after closing.

Sold out if a lot, most likely due to uwm move in. Otherwise relatively clean and easy to navigate.

It was ghetto, no good customer service, nothing on selfs, people who were shopping were rude and in considerate and stood line for up to 45 mins because there was only 2 lines open.

No organization or sense of urgency when it comes to checking people out. If youre looking for quick shopping this is not the place

As usual this store is always very busy. Because it is so busy the store is always a mess and inventory is low. And the check out lines are long long long. None of their employees seem happy to be at work. But as I would guess, the busiest Wal-Mart in Wisconsin, the store is serving a much needed service to the north side of Milwaukee.

The location is big, aisles are spacious compared to some other locations and they have plenty of products to choose from however customer service was ok, alot of traffic when i went. I would go back but definitely visit other locations closer to me over this one.

All the staff are very friendly and the manager is the best of all they are a great team and there are great deals every day

Ghetto would be the word to best describe my experience. Not only the customers but the workers as well. Most of the workers are young kids. It was dirty and the parking lot was super packed.

Im from Michigan this has to be the most ratchet is run down Walmart Ive ever seen where they had to have uniform police officers in the store and police cameras on the building this place needs new management ASAP

On the first of the month, only two check out lanes were open. The first of the month is the busiest time. There should have been more check out lanes open for business. Also, there were pallets with product all over the store that was not put on the shelves.

I went there looking for four different items and they had neither one never going there again.

Clothes for women has a lot more to choose from than most stores and also styles are better. More of a selection for alot of other departments as well.

If theres another accessible option nearby Id go with that

Its got stock but aside from that nothing good about it. Its got a crazy busy parking lot, not a pleasant atmosphere, usually the smell of pot is lingering in the air... Not a place Id go after dark. If you have a choice, go elsewhere!

One of the WORST stores Ive ever visited in my whole life. They never have inventory you need. The workers are awful, and may as well not be working. The cashiers give no care about how long their lines are, theyre going to finish their side convo. Lines are ALWAYS in the back of the store. Its nasty. What more can I say... If the college students didnt need it, Id suggest they close it like they did midtown.

I wish we could give 0 stars. If you have to go to this walmart make sure you go EARLY!!! The employees here do more talking than working and its obvious that they could care less as long as they get their check. Last time I went self check out was closed and lines were in the womens clothing section because there were only a few open. I didnt even buy my items. I put them back and left.

Asked a girl where freezer packs were, and she said “no” and walked away. I get that it’s a difficult item, but the attitude she gave me made me not want to go back.

This location could do so much better. I dont understand why another Walmart, just as big, can stay organized, stocked, and clean...its because the employees and managers dont give a damn.

Refused to ring up my Disabled brothers purchase in electronics, despite no other customers. Had to stand in line for him in at busy front register. **NO HATE TO WALMART STAFF...But Ive personally boycotted this company since 90s for unethical business practices. If not supporting someone I love, would never have been here.... DEF NOT inside store!

Its a Walmart its got what you need when you need it an affordable price. Staff and supply seems good as any other at Walmart. Would continue to return if need be in the future. I did notice at the time of my shopping that the electronic section as well as automotive seem to be lacking some stock but that could have just been time of day.

There are never enough staff working here during the day. It is super frustrating coming in, because when you do you can expect to be waiting in the line for a good half hour because three check out lines are open. If youre intending on coming in for one or two items, dont bother coming in here. It truly is not worth the time or the money.If the checkout lines were not bad enough, this place is always an absolute mess, is always poorly stocked (if even at all), the parking lot is trashed, and the best employees in the store dont even work for Walmart - they are the Charter salesmen that harass you even when you say no. This Walmart is a joke.

Too crowded! Lady was nice in the money 💰 center but when I got to the cigarette 🚬 line, lady just closed her line down and walked away with a full line of customers still waiting for her! I left the store immediately! This is why I do my shopping online and get groceries delivered.

I was looking for a plain white t shirt and they only had one option. A six pack of v necks and almost no size options. Everything else was bright orange or yellow 😫🤪

I enjoyed my shopping experience yesterday. The store wasnt crowded, majority of what I was looking for and purchased was on sale and my cashier (a true gentleman) was a delight to talk to. He asked me about all of the kitchen items I was purchasing. I explained that I have been purchasing everything for my kitchen for the past couple of months because I have absolutely nothing after leaving an abusive situation of 13 years. My ex sold any and everything I ever had. My cashier gave me some dap and congratulated me. I walked out of Walmart with my head so high, I almost thought I was floating after talking to him (cashier). Wish I had gotten his name so I could call his management team and let them know how much better he made me feel.

Ive been to Walmart a few times recently for various items. I prefer going in the morning before the store gets too crowded, as this location can get very busy then with long lines so if you want to avoid that then go early. On days I go early I can get in and out pretty quickly and I do use the self checkout.I find the majority of the employees at this location polite. Only one seemed grouchy and that was from one out of four recent visits.The particular items I had wanted was in stock but I also saw some empty selves in spots too. It depends on what you are looking for. My first visit was for paper products and the following visits were for summer clothing plus athletic equipment. And I did find some cute stuff that fits me well. Still be aware some sizes sell out quickly.I was also looking for sporting equipment. I had less luck with that. I wanted hand weights but the hand weights they had were mostly picked out (shelves almost empty) plus they all had those cancer warnings on them! I quickly decided I didnt want those at all and instead bought a different brand online. I had to return a container of badminton birdies as that had a cancer warning too I hadnt noticed in the store. I did get a tennis racket and a few balls.I took a quick glance at the bikes but felt unsure on how to go about actually looking at one. They are tied in place on these things and I had no idea what the prices were.The prices are pretty good at Walmart but you need to be careful what you buy.The dressing room is closed.I had no problems returning things with a receipt.

Young, rude, unprofessional staff; all the way down to the MANAGERS! Worst shopping experience here. Lines always long, workers walking around, talking, playing around. One to two lanes open on busy days. JUST HORRIBLE!

Loss prevention and managers love to follow you around like a criminal if you appear lost or spend too much time in the store. How about ASKING IF I NEED HELP FINDING ANYTHING! Instead of assuming everyone is a shoplifter, offer CUSTOMER SERVICE and assist shoppers. The store is always out of stock, dirty and unorganized. 2 million checkout lanes and only 4 open, meanwhile there are literally 20 employees walking around doing nothing.

And if ur there close to Closing Time, omg! The WORST, Most Rude person comes on the intercom Loud As they can be every few min ( I know its supposed to do it every 15min or so but they do it about every 5min) telling you they are closing, in the RUDEST LOUDEST, WAY possible. Cant stand the Staff but the Walmart product is as it has always been. Best ever

Shelves are not stocked well. If the website says ot is in stock here, dont count on it. I used to rely on this location when I took the bus. Now I drive to Target. Or perhaps the 27th st Walmart if needed.

I love this Walmart honestly. It’s just that the location and the many improper events that have occurred here, make it locally notorious. I like the convenience but I am fearful while I’m there because you never know what could happen. Like any other store, they may or may not have what you need.
