Nate, Luke, and the entire team at Ridge Top were fantastic. Nate was incredibly responsive and easy to talk to about my finance options. Because I had a leak in my roof, Nate was able to move my installation up, which was hugely appreciated!! Luke and the team arrived early, setup and got right to work, Luke showed me pictures of the installation and what was under the existing roof - much to my surprise. To see the pictures of the old roof compared to the new roof is such a relief! The team quickly cleaned up and swept the lawn with a magnet to remove nails. The only complaint I have, is that my hostas and some flowers were destroyed by the workers - but thats a small sacrifice I can live with. They gave me an extra stack of shingles, just in case. Fantastic experience working with Ridge Top Exteriors from day one throughout complete roof replacement. Everyone was very professional from sales, management and laborers. They kept me informed regularly about estimated time line, their negotiations with the insurance company, estimated materials and costs. The work crew was very efficient and professional. They took great care in protecting the house, gardens and trees as well as cleanup once the job was done. Couldnt even tell they had been here except, I now have a new, beautiful, fantastic new roof! Wouldnt hesitate one bit to use them again, if I ever needed to replace a roof again. Great job!

We used RT to do our sidelong and window wraps. They were very responsive and communicated very well. Jason, the sales rep was engaging and helpful. Joe, the crew boss was informative and kept me aware of what was going to happen each day. He also stopped me from making a bad decision and tolerated me changing the order mid job. The work is exceptional, the area is clean, and the cost was lower than their other best competitor. What can I say, it was a knock out.

They were very professional. They did a great job cleaned up perfectly no garbage or nails anywhere left behind. What I like is that they had job supervisor on the job. He called me to ask about a dish that was on the roof if I wanted it removed and I really appreciate that he called because yes I wanted it gone. I cannot say enough good things about this company. After two attempts, with no success, to contact another recommended roofing company someone who worked for Ridge Top suggested I give them a call. Boy am I glad I did!I called on a Friday and the receptionist answered with the tag line, Where customer service is our #1 goal. And apparently the company means it...how refreshing is that!Abbie told me she would have Josh or John give me a call and set up a visit and estimate—Yeah right...heard that before! She was spot on. Not only did I get a call from John, one of the supervisors, but by that afternoon he came by, looked at the job assessed what was wrong and by the next day, Saturday, he was on the roof fixing the issue. Had another issue John at Ridge Top Exteriors was able to resolve today. Due to a storm earlier in the week, a large piece of my roof flashing was ripped off my roof. John went above and beyond by running to the local Home Depot and picking up a new piece to match the rest of my home and very professionally installed it, I cant even tell it apart from the rest of the roof. Again, thanks John, definitely will be a repeat customer in the future.

Working with our sales Rep. Dave was easy. He explained the Ridge Top process, and we picked out our roof and trim color. John and his team finished our roof in one day. I wouldnt even known they were there, if it wasnt for great communication from John and the great looking new roof when we got home from work. During the project they took the time to respectfully communicate when needed, were careful around our landscaping, and everything was cleaned up when they were finished. It was a truly hassle free project!

Work was done to our satisfaction, with the help of Abby, our project manager. I was impressed with the fact they were able to do a complete tear off, replace several water damaged areas of plywood, and install a new roof in one day. We selected them for the price and warranty and would recommend them to others.

So I met with Jason in January to get an estimate on new vinyl siding, at the time I had 61 year old cedar shake siding, so it was time for an update. I had 2 other estimates in before I met Jason. Ridge Top came in smack in the middle price wise so I chose them for my project. I waited a bit for the material but the project finally came together the week leading into Memorial Day. I was gone for most of the installation. Looks great and there was a short punch list that was completed last week.Joe the project manager was very responsive to my questions and that meant a lot. Overall a good company to deal with.

I used Ridge Top to re-side a duplex with LP Siding and 2 dormers on another property. The work they did was good. Omar and crew were excellent to work with.There seems to be some disfunction with the scheduling department. It took more than a year from contract to complete for the siding project, and I realize it was covid but there were a lot of other issues that clogged up the process.I am also left with gutters that were not installed correctly and have been waiting a couple of months now to get that resolved.So overall I would say the work is good but maybe the back office needs some renovations.

Ridge Top Exteriors did a great job of replacing our garage roof; it involved removing two layers of asphalt shingles plus old cedar shingles that were in bad shape. A large and very efficient crew did the job in less than four hours and hauled all the debris away when they were done. They made sure that all the nails were picked up and that the yard and driveway were clean. Very pleased with them and would recommend Ridge Top to anyone needing a roof replacement.

Last May my insurance put me in touch with Ridgetop to replace my roof. Paul, my sales rep, mentioned they can also do asbestos wrap arounds.So this spring when I wanted to get new siding and replace a few windows I called him up. With Covid related delays it took awhile for the siding order to be filled, but Paul was very communicative.The siding team has a great attention to detail. I especially like what they did with my power line hook up. Looks beautiful and I can fee the difference in terms of drafts.I didnt include before pics but just picture greyed out white asbestos in place of the lovely linen vinyl lol.

We wanted to have our roof done by this company. However once we got ghosted for an appointment for a final quote. And after Ive waited over a week to have one emailed to me. Im officially over the poor customer service. And dont want a call back for any reason.

I needed my roof patched after I took my chimney down. Im coming off of a horrible experience while getting my roof replaced this summer so I was not looking forward to finding a new contractor to take care of the work. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions, and this was before he even came out for the estimate mind you. An unusual review seeing we did not go with Ridge Top, but here goes.We had Dave Homme come out and give us an estimate to replace our roof. He explained the process, explained my options, even took the time to educate me on roofing techniques / venting / and what the warranty really means.We are having the siding replaced by Company X and fortunately for us (unfortunate for Ridge Top), we received a multi-work discount that left us no choice but to go with Company X. Outstanding service and customer service. Ben was who I dealt with through the process of my roof and gutters and couldn’t of been happier with the service I got. I bought a house that needed a roof and gutters ridge top was not only competitive price wise it was their service during prior to the agreement and the past reviews I read that made me go with them. I had gotten 3 other quotes and Ben and ridge top made feel the most comfortable spending that kind of money. The installation crews were A+ Great at what they do cleaned up my yard spotless and had it done in no time. Highly recommend this company and Ben.

Technician was on time and ready to go to work. Once the problem was diagnosed, he set up a time to repair it. He ended up doing the work a day early.

Called on a Saturday and they quickly scheduled an inspection Wednesday. We had water leaking toward the house and it turned out to be an ice dam. Tom quickly inspected and made honest recommendations. Did not try to sell repairs but gave sound advice on how to handle moving forward, a simple snow rake will prevent the issue in the future.

I gave 3 stars because of the way the roof was replaced. The front of the house where the roof was replaced looked great - it was the back of the house where the roof was replaced that had problems. It was like two different levels of expertise was at work. It also rained and they did not cover the bare roof in time to prevent water from leaking into the bedroom and into a closet on the second floor. Later I found some damaged siding and a torn screen from old roofing material hitting the siding when being removed. I will say (and give them 5 stars for the response) they did fix everything (the ceiling, siding, screen). They also redid the roof on the back of the house.

They were great. The only issue I had was they had to get on my neighbor’s roof, but didn’t tell them and I got an angry call from my neighbor. But they apologized and made it right with my neighbor who wound up asking them for a quote.

Had a major worrisome ice dam on our new roof they had installed 2 years prior. Even tho they were inundated with ice dam removal they fit me in quickly. Not a cheap service by any means but very much needed & their professional & prompt response made up for the “ouch” in the pocket book! Jason was wonderful in setting up the service & Josh did an amazing job clearing the ice & snow.

RidgeTop were great to work with, and contacted me to keep me informed of what was happening and when they would start on the project. A great company to work with, and has an A* rating with BBB. Now I know why. They were very professional and punctual, and they cleaned up all of the old roofing shingles and debris with no problems or issues. I went with Ridge Top Exteriors because they promised 100% customer satisfaction and absolute quality work without any compromise Unfortunately, that is not what happened. We chose the color we wanted for our vinyl siding but was later told we couldnt have it (should have been our clue to get our down payment back and go elsewhere!) When the material arrived the corner guards were wrong and I was then told the corner guards we were promised we couldnt have (so the ENTIRE look of our project we were originally promised didnt happen at all) I told them to do a different vinyl corner guard and that I didnt want metal. Day of the project what do I get? Metal!!!! I told the worker on site, the sales rep and their boss this isnt wasnt what I ordered. Guess what? Metal corner guard still went up on my house! After they finished I had another contractor come out to inspect, because at this point I obviously did not trust them to do things right. The contractor said they did not install a chimney saddle even though they tried to tell me they did and charge me $1,777.78 on my bill for it! I asked for the chimney saddle and the wrong corner guards to be deducted off of our bill. They told me they didnt charge me for the corner guards so therefore they wont take anything off for installing the wrong thing. So if you want to get almost nothing youre promised, be overcharged, and get poor customer service go with this company. If you are looking for great customer service and quality work please go elsewhere!

My house sustained severe hail damage in April 202O just as the Pandemic was really taking a strong hold on everything around us. My initial consultation with Dave was informative, friendly and without any of the dreaded pressure one often finds with sales reps. I signed the contract and shortly after my roof was replaced. The roofing crew was professional, quick and did a wonderful job with clean up, Due to shipping delays, I did have to wait for several months for my siding but again, once it arrived, Clint and his crew were professional, quick and very tidy. There were a few areas of concern I had but Clint went above and beyond handling those issues. I am very happy with the overall makeover and have received many compliments from my neighbors!

We are very pleased with the work done by Ridge Top. The crew worked incredibly hard, and they were obviously a highly skilled group--the tear-off and new roof installation took less than two full days. They were responsive to our questions during the process, they took great care of our property, and the roof looks great! We also appreciated the virtual imaging of the house that they provided prior to the installation, which was helpful when selecting a color for the roof. Id definitely recommend them.

The price was well over what I thought was proper I was charged 600 dollars for a job that took 20 minutes to fix.The people were polite but the service and work done did not warrant the price.All they did was inspect and replace some nails to tighten up the fasea

Some of our fascia was blown off in a storm. Ridge Top immediately stabilized the situation and kept me well informed in terms of timeline for materials and work. They also color matched to other trim elements that were on the house. It was all very professionally done.
