Wonderful! We had quartzite recently installed. We were impressed with the install date, a lot sooner than expected. Then the staff that installed the counters were amazing. They took such pride in their workmanship. Luis was so meticulous about the seams and leveling, making sure everything was aligned. Malik showed us we could under light the quartzite for a very dramatic look (something we werent aware of), and also was very meticulous about his installation. I would absolutely recommend them. I had quartz countertops installed and was very happy with this company. The installers called before coming over and arrived within the scheduled time frame. Kai, Kevin and Antwan were polite and professional. They covered the floors so there wouldn’t be dirt and leaves tracked inside. We had a great overall process with K.G. Stevens. Showroom has plenty of options to review. Matt is sales helped us select the best material type and color for our kitchen. Scheduling for measurement and install was easy with K.G. Stevens managing and communicating everything. All the paperwork was able to be e-signed through email. Installers called prior to arrival, were on time, wore masks, answered all my questions, and the countertop and sink look great. They managed everything start to finish. All I had to do is answer my phone, respond to emails, and be home when needed for measure and install. Huge bonus is they are the Costco installer so even more perks if you are a Costco member.

My wife and I recently had Quartz counter tops installed in our kitchen by K.G. Stevens. It was great experience. It started with the company representative at the home improvement show. The salesman Charlie came to our house for the estimate. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. We had a great experience with KG Stevens. Justin came to our house with books and samples and was very helpful and patient while we decided what we wanted. Theyve been very busy, so it took awhile to get our install scheduled, but we had told them we werent in any hurry. They did the tear-out, scheduled the plumbing, and the install. The pre-installation instructions were clear and all the paperwork was handled via email. Everything was on schedule and went very smoothly. The plumber was on time both days and the installation team was a little late, but they called to let us know (only about 20 minutes). Nate, Anthony, and Malik did our install and seemed very capable, friendly, and efficient. It looks beautiful, and were very happy with our new kitchen countertops.

K G Stevens is the best. I got a new countertop. I got estimates from 5 different places. The price was not the highest and not the lowest. But it was very good. I believe I saved close to $1,000 with them. The KG Stevens salesman was very good. No high pressure, listened to me, did not try to lean me in any direction, and very patiently answered all my questions. Also, he was always available for questions and returned my calls. The measuring guy, Carlton, was also very good and made the task fun! The office was good and helped me through the online stuff which is never easy for me. The scheduling was just as they said. The delivery guys for installation were very very efficient and timely. Even though they were not vaccinated, they kept their masks on and wore them properly. Kudos to all. I am very very pleased! This company (team of 3 installers) installed our 2 bathroom counters and sinks this morning. They were on time, efficient, super friendly and very professional. There was apprehension on my part because I chose the countertops from remnants online. But they were absolutely gorgeous. They make the vanities, which are not high quality, look like a million bucks. I would use this company again in a Chicago minute. There are lots of bad companies out there, so Im very excited to use a good one.

We are very happy with our new custom countertops from KG Stevens! I originally wanted to make our own vanity but I was intimidated by the process. Once we went to their warehouse and met with Carissa, I felt so much better about the possibilities and how easy it would be. The process of renovating our master bathroom took almost an entire year (thanks to COVID), so we are very grateful that when we picked out our countertop remnant in February of 2020, KG Stevens was flexible with us and held it until we were finally able to have it installed in December. They certainly went above and beyond with their customer service, working with us to extend the hold. We chose Cambria quartz in Rosslyn and its so beautiful in person. Not a choice that Im sure many would select, but its bold and fits well with our design choices. I love the finished pencil edge. Measurements and install were both quick and to the point. They came wearing masks and were very professional. We are excited to utilize KG for our next bathroom remodel and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have custom counters installed for any project! Thank you!

I have to share how happy I am with the new countertop and the entire experience. Very professional and extremely customer service oriented. The entire experience was fun.

It is so refreshing these days to find a company whose employees are dedicated to excelling at their job. Nathan, Pedro and Adrian from K.G. Stevens are three such employees. These three men removed and then replaced six counter tops, one sink and endless lengths of back splash from my kitchen with no damage to my walls, floor, cabinets or appliances. When a friend called requesting my discarded product, they even willingly stored the removed quartz in my garage, padding the pieces to prevent scratching. In addition to being efficient workers, all three were polite and pleasant to communicate with, a pleasure to have in my home.

I will never go anywhere else. The process was beyond perfect. Professional from start to finish.

Our new bathroom countertop and sinks are beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Only hiccup was the measuring wasnt perfect for the backsplash so they had to trim it and come back a few days later to finish the job.
