So many options! Im also appreciative that you can check out samples to take home. I thought I found the perfect flooring, but once I got it home, I didnt like it as much in my lighting. So I was able to go back and find the perfect flooring. I also appreciative how COVID safe they are.

Sandra Bernacchi did a wonderful job helping us decide on the perfect carpet for our home. I was very satisfied with her service and communication. The hours available at the store were not very conducive to customers, however, and I would have really benefitted from being able to schedule time in the evenings to look at samples or even have a dropbox to return samples. Overall, I would recommend working with her again as she also referred us to a terrific installer.

Aaron helped my girlfriend and I with exceptional service. Had some trouble with out of stock product, but they responded with giving us many more options immediately. Really responded with an act of urgency and really seemed to care.

The delivery company that was hired by ProSource caused damage to a blue stone patio at our clients house. The owner Bill Kerns would not address the issue or pay for the damage caused. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by the owner. The sales person Aaron was very helpful but stated that the owner would have to address it.

Ive ordered with ProSource of Milwaukee on several remodel projects over the last year and a half. The showroom is beautiful and my Account Manager is very organized, solution-oriented and fast to respond. I will continue to source some of my project materials here.
