Brilliant DPI has done several projects for me. Usually last minute. From quotes to stick on my wall. A gigantic poster size picture to stick on my wall and has made itty bitty locket size pictures for my daughters locket. He has done a great job with all of it. I am a running coach and personal trainer and have little understanding of the advertising world. I was looking for a place to make a inside joke gift for my daughters birthday. Nothing big a sign that was 5 x 18. I had been looking online for weeks trying to find a place that would use what was apparently a non standard color as the background color. Then I reached out to Chris at Brilliant DPI. A couple of Facebook messages and a phone call later he saw my vision and was able to make it a reality. I am guessing this was a very small job for them (size and cost wise), but I was treated like I was one of their largest customers. We have been working with BrilliantDPI since we moved the company here. I was looking to get a decal printed for our office - Chris was referred to me by a friend. The entire BrilliantDPI staff was professional, responsive and friendly! The decal was ordered but it didnt stick to the wall too well do to a number of factors - the paint on the wall was too wet, our office temperature was out of wack and other things.Chris, the CEO, personally came down to check it out. He made a new decal for us ASAP for free! Ive been working with Chris and his team ever since for all our print needs.I would highly recommend BrilliantDPI for everything from business cards to building signs. These People are vey hard to deal with. They messed up the vinal on my car... it was peeling off after a week. They tried to fix it but made it look worse. They refused to offer me any kind of discount/reimbursment, and they would not redo it for free. I would not recommed this business to anyone! EVER! What a RIP OFF!
