ZERO STARS!!! Horrible customer service! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Went in to get quite a bit of prints done with them. Picked them up and when I got home I noticed that they missed a lot of prints and gave me too many of others. Mistakes happen so I email them. Lady responding to email says they will get me the correct prints and to go in and pick up. get there and a guy at the counter, horrible people skills, denies all claims that they will be replacing my prints. Claims that the email meant something compeltly different than what was written and that I would have to pay again for the order! Their mistake and I have to pay more to get it corrected!!! Horrible place!!! Stay away from these crooks.

It is a small family owned, exceptionally helpful business. I had a particular printing specification that i wanted. They gentleman working there was exceptionally helpful in developing options with me. Although they had workable options, he said that they did not have the capability to do what we decided was the best option and referred me to another printer that could do it, despite losing my business. I will go back there and refer others there whenever possible.

Was a great experience in ordering Bridal Shower invites! I sent the graphic via email and called to confirm receipt! They printed some samples for me to look at, and then had them ready 2 days later! Prices were reasonable as well!

I had a rush project. I even had to make last minute changes. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Prices were good as well. I would highly recommend this location for your next copy needs.

Honestly, I dont like to use any other print shop! The fact that its a private family-owned business makes it that much better. Bob & Marge are always so understanding; I tend to have LARGE orders and they always manage to have everything done promptly and without complaint. Thank you Print Graphix!

Such a great experience! Went to FedEx for a quote and they were 3 times more expensive for the same job. Great quality and even greater customer service!

My printer decided to fail on me at 6pm on a Wed night, so in my search for a print shop near me, I found Print Graphix. They were super helpful and were able to print both of my 13x19 projects from my flash drive. The only issue was that they did not have that size paper in matte but I had some in my truck so it all worked out. The print out wasnt perfect, but 5 minutes and slightly over $2 later I was on my way.

They produce good work, there are only two people staffed here though. Their communication when work is requested via email or their online form is pretty slow and spotty at best. But, they are very reasonably priced, I drive from Brookfield to this location for forms and other print material.

The staff here are always so kind & helpful! Ill never go anywhere else for my prints. The prices are so reasonable too! 10/10

Ordered my wedding programs from them. Within 2 days I was getting an email stating they were ready. Very fast, affordable, and they look amazing!!! do yourself a favor, get a template for 7 bucks off Etsy, make your program, email these guys and have affordable, beautiful programs made!

This is far and away the best print shop I have ever used. Fast, efficient, super friendly-- every business should be this customer focused.
